Very prompt and professional, good communication via Whatsapp (just make sure you have service/wifi!). Our driver was very friendly. We'd definitely book with this company again the next time we visit DR!
We used them for transportation, great service, you should find them with the sign and very professional and best car.
Miguel Velma was very professional and polite. Ride was clean and comfy. Good value for the money!
Luis was an amazing chofer. He was fun to talk to and had great recommendations on food and things to do. He even got us local drinks for us to try on our drive. Would definitely recommend him and this service.
Luis Heredia Was the best driver
Mr. Heredia was great, very friendly and safe driver. Would recommend this service for ground transfers. Enjoyed riding with Luis and hope to see him playing in the MLB someday.
Jonathan Jean drove me from the airport to the resort. He did a great job! Kind, profesional, and just a wealth of knowledge. He has some great advice on places to check out and things to avoid. 10/10 would recommend
Excellent communication , very clear direct instructions. Clean vehicle, cold water bottles nice touch.
Brandon was absolutely wonderful. Very professional, perfect and safe driving to and from our resort! Highly recommend him!
Mike Fisher transportation is fantastic! The price is very reasonable. They are reliable, safe, and friendly!
Best driver Miguel in all of punta Cana
Amazing experience! Would highly recommend them to anyone
Danilo is awesome!!!! Highly recommend!
Danilo was great driver! He was very accommodating. Got us from the resort to the airport quickly and safely. Would highly recommend!
Amazing service and both times at the airport and pick up from hotel they were on time. Recommendation having a the drivers Venmo QR code for tipping would be helpful especially since a lot of people don’t carry cash
Great service, Danilo was early and kind helped us get our bags and was a safe and speedy drive. We did the round trip in the SUV and it was a great start and end to the trip!
Danilo made our private transfer from our resort to the airport comfortable and enjoyable. We learned new words in his language and had some good laughs.
Edgar was an amazing driver and the truck we were picked up in is amazing. This is for my finances birthday and Edgar made it very special.
Driver was punctual and courteous. Black truck transportation was clean and cool waiting upon our arrival.
Danilo arrived at the resort early and patiently allowed us to check out without any rush. He was exceptionally polite, courteous, and professional. The ride to the airport provided a delightful conclusion to our relaxing getaway.vacation.
Had a difficult time finding our driver. The ride to the resort was pleasant but once we arrived, we had trouble finding the correct check-in atea.
Great communication before the pickup and when I arrived. Friendly service. No issues. Would use again.
Danilo was a very professional driver. The car was very clean and luxury, the car ride was very smooth and quick. I highly recommend using this private transfer service
We were very impressed with our private transfer from Punta Cana airport. Our driver was waiting for us, when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. For our return trip from the hotel back to the airport, the driver was about 15 minutes early, and we happened upon him by accident. It all worked out though, and we had a great ride to the airport. The vehicle was very clean, and well kept.
HIGHLY recommend using this company. Not only is the price better than most other similar services we looked up, but they have hearts of gold. My 3-year-old daughter left her beloved plush toy under the seat on the (smooth simple) ride from the airport to our resort. As soon as we got to our room and realized it was missing, I messaged the operator on WhatsApp and they confirmed with the driver that the toy was still in the car. We booked with the operator again on departure day, and sure enough our first driver held on to the toy for the ENTIRE WEEK and handed it off to us as soon as we arrived at PUJ. We were incredibly appreciative that Best Punta Cana Tours went above and beyond to make our little girl's day!
Easy booking, good and clear communication ahead of time, day of arrival and for departure. Friendly, professional staff and a very nice, clean vehicle. Would definitely use Best Punta Cana Tours & Transfers again!
Easy to find them at the airport, and they get you out of there rather quickly . Friendly drivers create a comfortable atmosphere
My wife and I booked a round trip, private transportation from the airport to our Cap Cana resort. When we arrived at the airport inbound, we responded to the company's text message as requested when we landed and then again when we had our bags and were leaving the terminal. We found Chris near the Refugio cafeteria and he said he did not receive the text. He was charming and talkative and immediately called a driver that arrived about 10 minutes later. Ironically our text messages were answered the following day at 2:00 pm with "Welcome to Punta Cana." We would not have been bothered except that the day before we left we arranged our pickup at 1:00 the following day, which Best confirmed, warning us that they only gave a 10 minute grace period after arriving. Fair enough. However, when it was 1:00 on the day of departure, Best was a no show. I texted Best, the concierge called several times and finally at 1:07 I received a text that the driver would be 10 minutes late. That time came and left, and finally the driver arrived 30 minutes late. The company blamed traffic but we saw no backups or even busy traffic on our way to the airport. We were able to make our outbound flight. The drivers were pleasant and drove safely, although their English was limited. The company was clearly wanting to do well but just could not come through. I hope they are able to improve but right now their reliability is questionable.
I advise you to request Danilo as your driver. He was so much fun, gave us Spanish lessons to and from. He is very nice and excellent service.
Service was quick without any issues. Driver was friendly as well. Airport to our hotel was a short ride And the company is also safe. I felt confident and protected. Thanks to Best Punta Cana Tours. Allan Ishmail
We were given the opportunity to receive transport from RONNY SP at seasonal transfers to our departing flight. Ronny was there before the designated time and waiting patiently. Along the ride we were offered amenities, drinks and great conversation. Would highly recommend!
Very pleasant experience. Edgar our driver did a excellent job. Though speaking little english, we understood each other very well.
Everything was good with our pick-up from Lopesan Resort and drop-off at the airport. I would definitely recommend.
We were unsure of the Hotel location so the driver waited to make certain we were at the correct property. Because were a foreign country that gesture was really appreciated.
He was very communicative. Our flight was 2 hours behind and was still greeted when we arrived. Very hospitable and managed our luggage. Gifted my husband a gift for his birthday. We took the VIP transportation and was great! Definitely recommend!
My name on a sign made it easy to find my driver. The driver communicated really well before meeting up.
We had a very pleasant transfer to the airport. The driver showed up at the hotel early and got us to the airport in good time. The driver was more at ease in Spanish but we didn’t mind it. Very professional. He took out our luggage from the SUV and wished us safe travels.
Very good yeah man very polite I hope he gets to drop off when we leave 🙏 👏👏👏👏👏👏 I will recommend to everyone that needs your service
Friendly and helpful! They kept us in constant contact so we were never worried about pic up! I would recommend
Great services from start to finish . The gentleman were on time . Helped withs bag's definitely will recommend again
Endy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. A good conversationalist. I would recommend them to anyone..
The driver arrived right on time. The van was clean and comfortable and we made it to the airport with no problems. Great service and for a great price!
The drivers were on time even thought my flight was delayed over 6hours. Drivers showed up with my name on a tablet made is super easy to weed through the busy airport chaos.
The driver was on time and nice, but he took a picture of my passport and was playing rap music with curse words.
Horrendous experience we waited outside the terminal for over an hour as the driver was sent to the wrong terminal and it was 30 degrees. The operator told me it wasn’t his fault the driver went to the wrong terminal. It certainly wasn’t mine he then sent me photos and asked me to find the driver to which I refused. They did turn up an hour late and did buy 3 drinks but it’s not good enough. Avoid at all costs the drivers also can not speak a word of English. Worst airport transfer I’ve ever experienced and the worst customer service Also.
This is the worst transfer company from the UK I have ever experienced. The driver kept us waiting for over an hour in the blistering heat. The operator then told me that he was there, he clearly wasn’t, I was then told by the operator it wasn’t their fault that the driver went to the wrong terminal, it definitely wasn’t mine either. We stood outside for over an hour trying to resolve it. It was my friends birthday and we missed our booking because they were so late. Then then did buy 3 drinks to compensate and promised a collection to apologise then decided they were not going to honour that. This is not the service brits expect avoid this company at all costs the driver couldn’t speak a word of English, and it was impossible to communicate. If you don’t want to be left for an hour in the blistering heat just take a taxi, much cheaper and more efficient they also get you to walk to the very end of the terminal and it’s hot! Spend wisely and book with a reliable company. Avoid this company at all costs.
Elias was great! He was very prompt picking us up from the airport. We felt very comfortable with him.
Great customer service. The driver waited a longtime due to the lengthy lines in immigration but was super pleasant 😀
What’s App & Texts wouldn’t go through therefore had to wait several minutes for private suv transfer, very disappointed. You pay for an SUV Private Transfer for quick and classy arrival to resort uou expect them to be waiting for you, not you waiting for them. When driver arrived he was very personable and we enjoyed the ride until we got to the resorts driveway when the SUV broke down, he had to wave down a van to bring us to the resort. Wasn’t the drivers fault, we actually felt bad for him -he was so nice! Purchased this to arrive in style but was dropped off in a junky van. Not a good way to start a 5star vacation. Very disappointed
Highly recommend!! We will book again when we return to the DR. On time and very professional. Also quick to respond and confirm details of transfer.
