The activity was great but when it came to the lunch purchase I had an issue… Paid 129 per person and was told in ad or sale lunch was included.. When it was time for lunch they wanted me to pay 10 per person and said it wasn’t included… As told I paid only for $ 99 version without lunch I produced ticket to show I paid $129 per person x 5 $645… No lunch No refund for overpaying….
Whole day filled with fun activities. And it was definitely worth the price! Had a great experience :D When in doubt, book it!
Eloi, our guide was great, and we had a great time zip lining, horseback riding, tasting cocoa/ mamajuana and doing the dune buggy’s, however, the rest of what was offered did not happen. It was pouring by the end so the group did decide not to go to Macao Beach, which is completely understandable, but the Cenote was never an option, nor did we go into the city at all. Aside from Mamajuana, no alcohol was provided, and we did not see cigars being rolled. This is also not a private tour, there were around 15 of us. I will say for the mount we paid, I think it is worth the cost anyways, but just be aware the description is not correct. The horse back riding was all of 20 mins, the bugies were only about 20 mins, never got to see the caves, purchased pictures for our group never received all the pictures, still waiting to hear back, spent more time driving in the van than anything. The place where we road the bugies had the horseback riding so not sure why we went to a different place. The only part that was very nice was the 20 mins we got to spend at Maco Beach. This was an all day tour and each thing we did only last for 20 mins, most time was all spent driving around. Not worth the price.
Had the best tour and very friendly. Took they time to explain everything and took Our pictures had beverages for us.
This tour is exclusive, they gave us the best treatment, the transportation was private just for us, we had an incredible time to see the culture, the adrenaline in the buggie, the zip line, the horses, the food was very good and everything was excellent.
The tours are incredible very complete 8 hours of great fun the food is very good love the Dominican flavor, know the typical of the country is very nice, where we made the zipline bugies the ranch is very lindola nature know the people incredible beach thank you very much we had a great time
we did this tour with this company, it was the best, I recommend it very punctual and their service is excellent. do not hesitate to contact them... we will come back and we will contact them.
Initially I was terrified of the thought of being 100ft in the air, however I got over the fear. They serve you unlimited white or red wine and play music that distracts you from noticing the height. The ride up was so smooth that I didn’t notice that we took off until I eventually looked down and saw the beautiful city lights. The dessert was the bomb.com
The dinner in the sky was amazing! However the car ride there and back was not. No one wore a mask and the car was stinky. Also upon leaving a guy from the club The Scape approached us asking us to go there and we said no, he got on our van and rode with us, my husband and I were well aware we were not traveling back to the hotel the way we came and were going down back streets, this was very scary., we then hollered out to the driver this is not the way we came are you taking us to the hotel and he then said no scape, we said NO. We then pulled up to the scape and let they guy out and we went to the hotel. We did not tip for teheexperience we tipped because we made it back safely. lesson learned always book through the hotel.

Booked a 7 tour for €388 and on the spot we were told that we were taking the 5 tour which only cost €240. We would like €148 back as compensation, we will get a ridiculous €25 back. DO NOT BOOK. River and beach not seen, without further explanation or apology. SCAMMERS!

Very punctual at the time of our pick up visits are from morning until afternoon about we returned at 5pm it was really amazing everything we did the place is very beautiful nature know their culture, it was a wonderful experience this Enterprise is very responsive and recommendable.
