Was waiting for the driver for close to an hour. Pick up times and location were discussed the days before. Driver calls after being a half hour late that he’s at the security gate. 30 minutes later I’m calling asking for a refund. Of course the excuse is the language barrier. Only when I called this site did I even get the first response. After calling for a refund then the office wants to call me. I reminded them the only reason I was getting all was because TripAdvisor was on the other line calling them. Better off waiting to you get to your hotel a book a trip them. Cause booking ahead of time with TripAdvisor is a waste of time

The excursion was a lot of fun, our driver and guide were patient with us at pickup, nice enough to stop for food on the way to our first stop since we didn’t get to eat breakfast before leaving our resort. Our guide kept high and positive energy throughout the tour and explained what we would be doing clearly! You could tell everyone working was very passionate about their jobs which made the experience more enjoyable as visitors. The buggy tour and zip lines were the last thing we did which I think was kinda nice cause it gave us something to look forward to throughout the day. Hopefully you get Javier as your guide if you do this experience, he was wonderful!

Javier was a wonderful tour guide! He went out his way to make sure our experience was as immersive and fun as possible. He took great care of a group and made this tour worth the trip to the DR. I highly recommend booking as we were able to do so much in one day.

It was a nice day out on horses and buggies. The zip line was amazing. Unfortunately because of weather we didn’t go to the city and get to see the church and cocoa beans. Overall I’d definitely recommend the tour!

We went to multiple farms, a Dominican homestead, walked through a church (cover your knees ladies), saw the market, rode buggies, and did a zipline park.

Javier, Christian, and Randy were great. They were all friendly and helpful. My family had a great time and recommend them to anyone wanting to have a good day.
