I gave two stars because they can delete at 1 and they really deserve no stars. This is a scam they took my money but never came to pick me up. They ignored every form of communication from me but did respond to my cousin only to offer to pick us up the next day even though we were leaving the DR the next day and we didn’t book for the next day. Then trip advisor refused me a refund because the merchant didn’t approve. Why would the merchant approve of a refund especially when he didn’t show up. I tried to dispute with my bank but Chime notoriously denies disputes so basically this merchant got away with scamming me and TripAdvisor allowed it with their stupid policy of needing the merchant to approve the refund. Be aware do not book and if you can help it don’t book through TripAdvisor or Viator if you don’t want to risk not being refunded if the merchant is a scammer.

To start off the communication was poor when it came to pick up. Not knowing we will be in someone person vehicle. I thought it would be a group of us.

Excellent tour guides! Entire excursion was fun!

Our tour Guide Christopher picked us up 2 hours late at 9:30am for a 7am pick up. He was constantly on his phone on the drive down. He stopped to buy breakfast and had us waiting in the car… when we got to the location so late all that happened was that the other tour guide just shoved helmets on our heads and hurriedly told us to get in the buggy. No good afternoon no introduction no orientation of what we were doing first. Nothing. He then forgot to take us to the cigar factory and remembered at the last minute. The WORST PARTis he SCAMMED US OF US$135!! He booked a Santo Domingo city tour for us the next day and never showed to pick us up and never gave us a refund. He eventually stopped answering our calls and texts. Be careful of Christopher of Magical Tours/Trips. He is is unprofessional and a scammer !

Be very careful of the driver/tour guide, Christopher from Magical Tours. He scammed us out of US$135 by collecting our money cash for another tour the next day and never showed up to pick us up and never refunded our tour.

SCAMMERS!! DON’T BOOK WITH THEM So we went to this activity with Christopher. He was great with us so we decided to book another activities with him (Dolphins & Jet Ski). We trusted him and paid him in cash on this activity day for the next day. But the next day, he says he got into minor accident so he will have to cancel our activity. He said he will send money back as soon as possible. He didn’t and stop responding to our emails. He took 37K DOP from us. SCAMMERS!!!!! I will post the email exchange between us.

We had a blast!! From the multiple zip lines to the midding off road buggy tour.. so many laughs!! Definitely bring a change of clothes and bandana!! Everyone was so friendly! Depending on where you stay it can be an hour ride on a bus to get to start of the excursion

Christopher was simply amazing. From picking up he made sure he answered all of our questions. He even stop because I got car sick and made sure I was ok. Very attentive and great communicator. Thank you for the experience and for making sure my family enjoyed the experience from the beginning to the end! I 100% recommend it and will be booking with him again in a near future!

This was a great experience… the only complaint I have is the “dirt” from the buggie excursion.. lol… everything was fun and we really enjoyed ourselves… you will get very dirty… so bring an extra pair of clothing.

Christopher was an amazing tour guide. He helped a lot today and brought us there. Make sure you call and ask for Chris and make it happen with him. He knew everyone and did his best. Just the driver in the morning was late cause he had to pick up people from different locations, but Christopher managed it very well.

Our experience with Christopher was beyond amazing. We were surprised we could fit in so many activities in one day, each one more exhilarating than the previous. We got to experience life as a local and we learnt a lot about the culture and Island. We’d book an adventure with Christopher again!

It was a good trip, the food was very good, safe driving, but it felt rushed. The buggie was good, horse riding was a little boring, the zip line was fun.

Christopher will make you take out money, drives drunk, and rob you. He stole my boyfriend’s phone, and makes you go to the atm to take out money. He say he will pay you back. We had an amazing excursion with Chris in Punta Cana! The day was well-organized and packed with fun activities. Horseback riding was a peaceful way to enjoy the countryside, while the zipline offered incredible views and a safe, thrilling experience. The buggy ride was an absolute blast — messy, adventurous, and full of local scenery. We ended the day at stunning Macao Beach, which was the perfect spot to relax with its clear turquoise water and soft white sand. Chris and his team were friendly, professional, and made everything seamless. Highly recommend this tour for a great mix of adventure and relaxation!

Chris the tour guide was so friendly he took care of us the whole day he gave us good deals drove from place to place gace us extra time to enjoy the activities made our experience so fun he also had other excursions that we paid for can’t wait for those !!

The guide introduced himself as Christopher spoke with us to confirm our booking as we inquired to cancel due to another poor experience we had in DR. We booked the full day excursion and was going to cancel but he accommodated us for half day and agreed to pick us up from the hotel. The overall activities are well rated but the subtle scams and weaved in tricks through intentional miscommunication is what gave a bad experience. Throughout the whole excursion there is a photographer present taking your photos but you’re only allowed to take your phone during some of the activities. At the end of the excursion they’re going to hit you with an additional bill after presenting you photos you’re thinking you’ll get free but charge you $120 for unedited and unprofessional photos. Well they got me good as I paid but only got the raw photos but was promised by the guide to have my edited photos within the same day now I’m back in my country and still no edited photos. These activities can be done on your own at a cheaper rate especially if you’re renting a car cut out the middle man and create your own experience and get cheaper rates.

Christopher was an excellent guide. I recommend this excursion to all visitors. Only the the zip line was a lot more stairs than I expected

Me n my family had an amazing time. A special shout out to Christopher. From beginning to end made sure an our entire party of 30 people felt comfortable. The food was excellent and the entire staff made we was all accommodated.

Great trip and experience visited local cities as well. Tried all natural cigars and shopped a bit. Rode buggies through springs and natural landscapes.

Amazing excursion! Our guide Christopher was knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel at home in Punta Cana. We did buggies, ziplining, horseback riding, and toured a traditional Dominican home. He even offered a beach stop, but we were happily worn out from all the fun and the great Dominican food. Highly recommend!

This experience was great! My boyfriend and I was extremely exhausted after the day so safe to say that it was a good time. We didn’t get the chance to go to the beach because it was closed (coral season) but they made up for it by taking us to two fresh water rivers throughout the day. We started off stopping in the town to try empanadas, then we went to a tobacco farm to learn how cigars are made and to go horse back riding. After that they took us downtown to the market & we got the chance to walk through it and went to a cacoa farm where a family sells natural cocoa beans, cocoa powder, & other goodies while showing us how coffee & chocolate is made. Then we went to a local restaurant (the food was AMAZING) and finished the day with ziplining & buggy rides. There was a photographer there to capture all of the fun moments. They provided round trip transportation so that was a peace of mind. They had an open bar for us the entire day so that was great as well but I truly appreciated Christopher for going the extra mile to get me a birthday cake in my favorite flavor and getter everyone to sing happy birthday to me. This was so special & sweet of them, thank you Chris & Xavier for being excellent excursion guides and for showing us the upmost hospitality. 10/10 would recommend & don’t forget to tip them as they deserve every penny! :)

Chris is a good tourist who explains the adventures on the day and executes then to the tee. My family had a nice time! We look forward to working with him again.

Don’t book with these guys . The tour guide Chris scammed me and my family out of 300$ . Claims I cancelled my excursion that I paid him for after I paid him but he’s the one that came up with excuses to not take us and never gave me my money back. I wouldn’t cancel something I already paid to do if you would have kept your word and picked us up like you said you were going to do. They just want your money and don’t care about anyone
