The rooms are acceptable and have the basics covered. In the mini fridge you’ll find water, and they give you one or two soap bars. The AC works great and there’s cable TV. Some rooms have a balcony and others don’t. Drinks at the bar are honestly not good, but understandable given the hotel’s category. There are several pools, though they’re quite small and it’s clear they could use more maintenance — doesn’t seem like they’re cleaned very often. On the plus side, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, even better than at other resorts I’ve stayed at. Service is amazing and everyone is willing to go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible. The food and service were so good for me that I’d definitely come back, just for a quick budget-friendly getaway when I need one.

Don’t go it smells terrible, this hotel has plumbing and sewage problems my family had 4 different rooms, 1 room the water in the shower area didn’t go down. Then another room the toilet just didn’t flush. All rooms smell even if you close the bathroom door. My daughter woke up throwing up from the terrible sewage smell. Is a shame because the hotel has potential, location is great, the staff looks like they are trying to do whatever they can to accommodate the customers but you can tell there is only so much they can do. The smell is not only in the room is throughout the hotel as soon as you open the car door to the lobby the smell hits you in the face. Also the water from faucet is salty and smells fishy no that is not normal for hotels near the beach.

This is a great getaway resort. Nothing uber fancy, but everything functional. We are very well, the gym was excellent. The drinks were nothing to write home about, but that was not a surprise. The service was exceptional. Very happy with the experience. We got two rooms, there were four of us.

Honestly the staff is awesome, very nice staff, Wel coming and pleasant. The entertainment is awesome and the food is awesome. BUT THE BUILDING IS TERRIBLE! We literally had to be given a big bottle of water to take a bath because we lost water so many times!!! The toilet tank is disgusting. The toilet broke a couple times the ac was leaking water from the floor 🤦🏿‍♀️. I hated my room. The beds were clean and all but they have to do better where the bathroom and buildings are concerned. The building is very run down.
