We had a wonderful visit. Everything was perfect. The butlers helped us a lot and the service at the restaurant was super. The quality of food especially at the Peruvian/Japanese restaurant was incredible. Highly recommended. Cesareo was one of our butlers and he was especially helpful. It’s so nice to have someone like that working at the resort.

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff are brilliant and work so hard. Nothing is too much trouble. We were in room 5627 and Meldy was our butler. He was amazing from start to finish. He got us reservations every night for the restaurants..organised our transport and generally there whenever we needed him

Whether it was helping with reservations, answering questions, or making sure everything was perfect, Sensario exceeded our expectations every time. The TRS Turquesa resort was joined with other Palladium resort properties, so we had access to the entire larger resort. The resort grounds were very well maintained and beautiful, including the beach. The pools were gorgeous, maintained and the service at the pools was great. The best part of the resort was the amazing service! The staff catered to all of our needs and went out of their way to made sure we had great service. The most amazing part of the service were the butlers assigned to our building (Selencia and Eury). They took care of all our dinner and activity reservations, communicated great over WhatsApp, sent us daily weather reports and activity schedules. We let them know we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and they even decorated our room while we were gone with balloons, rose petals and a bottle of champagne! My only criticism of the resort was the up-selling. When we checked in, they sold us on the Premium Experience package, and the next morning they asked us to meet them in the lobby for a “welcome gift”, this turned out be a high-pressure sales pitch to join their Palladium Travel Club, which took over 2 hours. It would have been nice to know about these upgrade options and the Travel Club sales pitch ahead of time.
