This is our third time coming here to this resort - we’ve always loved the service here, many great people work here. Anyi - the server by the pool was amazing and was so sweet! Pay her more, she works so hard in that sun and she was one of the best parts of our stay here. Otherwise, the food remains decent! And we were disappointed to see they started to push memberships - we would prefer not to be hounded by sales people every time we walk by the lobby but they were nice nonetheless I understand it’s their jobs. Regardless we always enjoy our time here and would return again!
I absolutely cannot understand why this hotel is rated 5 stars. I have never been to a place as terrible as this resort. Oh my.
I picked this resort after seeing an "Excellent" review on Expedia. However, on the evening of my arrival, I went to the Italian restaurant, and the food was unbelievably bad. The room service food was mediocre as well.
Even when I ordered coffee at the coffee shop and gave a tip, they didn't even greet me kindly; the attitude of the staff was truly awful. The food was terrible at every restaurant we went to for dinner. The alcohol had no flavor at all. Adult-only resorts usually have good drinks, but there wasn't a single thing here that tasted good. Even the corn was tasteless, flavorless corn!!!! And what pissed me off the most was that I went to the buffet restaurant for lunch today. It opens at 12:30 pm, so I arrived at 1 pm to try and get in, but they told me it wasn't open yet because it wasn't ready. The waiter didn’t even bother to get up to tell the guests to wait; he was just lounging around telling us to leave.
Other people who came for lunch at that time were also waiting outside because the door hadn't opened yet. I really couldn't believe it.
If the restaurant opens at 12:30, shouldn't they be ready to welcome guests by 12:20?!!!
I was so dumbfounded that, even though our vacation isn't even over yet, I felt compelled to leave a review. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this was seriously a bad experience.
Because of this resort, I never want to come back to Punta Cana. There is no need to pay to come all the way here. I am so disappointed that I am just waiting for the day we can go home.

I had an amazing stay at Serenade All Suites Adults Only and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation.
The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. You can tell how hard everyone works, and their positive energy really makes a difference throughout your stay.
The food exceeded my expectations with plenty of delicious options at both the buffet and the restaurants. There was always something new to try, and the quality was consistently excellent. The drinks were just as impressive—whether ordering cocktails by the pool, at the beach, or in the evening, they were always well-made and generously prepared.
One of the highlights of the resort was the entertainment team. The daily activities were engaging, fun, and included everyone who wanted to participate without ever feeling forced. From games and competitions to evening entertainment, there was always something happening that kept the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. GALAN THE ENTERTAINMENT IS VERY GOOD PEOPLE 🫡 10/10
Overall, Serenade All Suites Adults Only delivered an incredible vacation experience. Between the exceptional service, great food and drinks, and the hardworking staff who go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a wonderful time, I couldn’t have asked for a better trip. I would definitely return in the future!
Stayed for 3 days with my spouse. The rooms were spacious and amazing and definitely worth the money. I got the room with the walk out pool access and it was a saltwater pool which was very nice. My first day there alot of the people on the beach were trying to sell us additional tours to take and they were not through the resort itself. The all inclusive is really nice but the food portions are pretty small though. The worse part about the trip was trying to make restaurant reservations. They have so few spots for reservations and you have to get them days in advance or else you won't be able to get a spot. When you show up for the reservations, the restaurants are always empty too so it doesn't really make sense as to why they are so limited. We had requested a taxi be reserved for us when we went to check out as we had to go to the bus station for the next leg of our trip. We made this request 2 days in advance and when it was time to check out they had essentially forgot about It completely. After asking for the taxi a second time, we sat in the lobby waiting for our taxi for another 30 mins and nothing had shown up. After going up again to ask about the taxi, they had finally got the taxi for us after people that came after us had gotten there rides already.
