Had a great time, the food was great and the rooms were nice. The beach was okay, as we expected as we’ve been to Punta Cana before. The staff is great, resort was kept clean and well maintained. Lots of chairs at pool and beach, never had any issue trying to find a spot. The cute cat is a plus for us too, we love animals. The best thing about DR is all the things you can do, we definitely recommend excursions. Had a blast doing UTV rides and visiting monkeyland.
After doing so much research on all inclusive hotels I decided to book here and I dont regret it, worth every penny. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with a genuine smile. The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming but Amauris Porfirio went above and beyond. Since the moment we arrived he was the first one to help us out with our luggage, he took us to our room and explained how everything worked, handled every question we had about the hotel, he made us feel seen and welcomed. He offered a tour of the hotel since it was my first time there and I mentioned how my birthday was the following day and when I ran into him the next day for my dinner he wished me a happy birthday and gave me his best wishes. Very hard working and admiring person, he set the expectations for the rest of the staff and they met them. The food was great, they have a lot of options from room service, buffet, restaurants etc. The only down side was theres no spicy food lol. The rooms are clean and well maintained, beds are comfortable. The beach is also very beautiful and my favorite part was how secure I felt going to the beach at night. Theres always staff walking around and they are very strict on only letting hotel guests be in those areas.

The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is amazing, and the level of service truly made our vacation unforgettable! A HUGE shoutout to our incredible butler, Yafriesy! He went above and beyond from start to finish, scheduling all of our activities, arranging dinner reservations, and making sure every detail was taken care of. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so special. He was always one step ahead and made our vacation completely stress-free! We also had some amazing servers, Sammy Sosa and Deylin, who provided exceptional service and made our experience even more enjoyable! Another special thank-you to Raphi, who took such great care of us during our private cabana days. The attention and hospitality from all of these individuals truly stood out! The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous, and I would 100% recommend upgrading to Preferred Club! The added amenities, exclusive experiences, and upgraded service are top-notch and absolutely worth it! From the beautiful property to the incredible staff, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. It’s the people who truly make a resort special, and this team did exactly that! Our recent one-week stay at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana was absolutely excellent. From the delicious food at every meal to the warm hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is its incredible staff. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire trip. A few special team members made our vacation unforgettable: • Our Butler, Eddy: Eddy was phenomenal. He found us at least twice a day just to check in and make sure we had absolutely everything we needed. He went above and beyond by arranging a wonderful surprise birthday dinner for me, which made my celebration so incredibly special. • Dario (Preferred Club Beach Bar Bartender): Dario is a master at his craft! He serves up the absolute best Cupa Chino on the entire resort. Visiting him by the beach became a highlight of our daily routine. • Our Waitress, Gabrella at Oceana: We want to give a massive thank you to our waitress who took such amazing care of us almost every morning at Oceana, as well as at several different restaurants in the evening. Her excellent service and welcoming attitude made every meal a pleasure. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation experience in Punta Cana. We cannot wait to return!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Secrets this Summer. The room was great and maintained well. The resort had lots to offer and we particularly enjoyed spending our time at the quiet pool. The buffet had a great range of food, all of which we enjoyed. The restaurants had great variety and the food at the Japanese and French restaurant were personal highlights. Booking excursions in the lobby through Amstar was easy and Wisva was particularly helpful. The service we received throughout the resort was impeccable but Euri and David were particularly great to us. Nothing was too much and they always greeted us with a smile and remembered our order, making us feel valued. We enjoyed the evening entertainment, it is difficult to choose an favourite show but we were particularly impressed by Queen and the burlesque show. Michael J was a fantastic entertainer, again he made us feel very welcome and checked in with us regularly even during his busy schedule. The entertainment in the day was varied and lots of fun, Chocolate was again a great host. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend Secrets to our friends. We hope to stay again in the future.
