Costa Love Hotel Puj

Really nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. Owner is equally as nice. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in this area. A+++

Great staff, nice rooms, and a restaurant. Safe area as well. The area is quite loud, tho DR is quite loud. The cost is a bit higher, especially the food. Definitely tourist prices while nearby places are cheaper, but its convenient. They have sushi, but the cost is on par with American prices, I opted not to try it.

The hotel was ok for the price. I got to check in early which was great. The restaurant was really good. The only bad thing I experienced was paying for a shuttle which was $25 I gave to the staff the day before I needed a ride to the airport. Then the driver said I needed to pay $25 when he dropped me off I called the hotel and told them I wasn’t paying the driver bc I already paid the day before. Make sure you get a receipt. That’s the only thing that made my experience not so pleasant.

Costa Love Hotel in Punta Cana was a great choice for my one-night stay before heading on a cruise from La Romana. It’s close to the airport, which made getting around really easy. The front desk staff were amazing—very helpful and welcoming. Jamie stood out in particular. He helped with my luggage, assisted me in ordering food, and even came back to adjust my order when something wasn’t available. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at the on-site restaurant the next morning, which was a nice touch. The hotel is very self-contained and worked perfectly for a short stay. It was a bit noisy at night (I stayed on a Friday), but that was expected with the lively area. Overall, a solid, convenient option for a short stay.
