Every part of the day was incredibly well-organised. They managed to pack the day full of amazing sights without it feeling rushed. Our driver and guide were both so nice, sharing so much information on everything we saw and always offering to take photos. We would definitely recommend this to everyone, you will not regret it!

Juan was our tour guide and he did a great job. The driver hnow how to drive. The view was awesome, the weather was a bit foggy and raine, but at the end was sunny as well. I recomend this tour. I don՝t know what else I could write. Come here and experiece yourself.
I was a bit skeptical of a van tour, not my usual style but I only had two days in Patagonia. It was a very long day but well worth it. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and his English was great. 5 am pickup in Punta Arena was tough but nice nap on the way. We hit many many stops and for a single day tour I thought it was wonderful. Definitely tired after the ride back. Overall would highly recommend this tour if you just have a short time here.
The full‑day Torres del Paine tour was absolutely worth the early 5 AM start from Punta Arenas. The scenery in the park is stunning — beautiful mountains, powerful waterfalls, and bright blue lakes that make the long day feel completely worthwhile. Our guide, Daniel, was excellent. He’s very knowledgeable about Patagonia’s history and the science behind the landscape, and he was attentive to everyone throughout the trip. A long day, but an unforgettable one. Highly recommended.
Even though this trip is 16 hours long, it was a fantastic trip to one of the most amazing places on earth. Our driver Jonathan was excellent and got us there and back. Driving for 16 hours is never easy. Our guide Juan was charismatic, friendly, and extremely knowledgable of the park and its flora and fauna if you’re lucky and go on a windless day, you will get some excellent photos around the park.
This was a wonderful day with incredible views! Daniel was a great, knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide! Jaime was a good driver. Daniel was happy to answer our many questions and taught us so much about Patagonia. We saw SO many animals! Including an elusive puma (or two?!) Guanacos (alpaca), condors, rheas, flamingos… But it’s definitely a long day in the car. Three straight hours out/back with no stops. Lots of stops in between. There were opportunities to purchase food but understand it’s not guaranteed depending on timing. For some reason I thought there was some level of hiking on this tour, which there wasn’t.. I clearly just misunderstood but thought I’d note it so others don’t make the same mistake. Highly recommend this experience!
It’s along ride from Punta Arenas and totally worth it. The majestic views were breathtaking. Absolutely recommend!
This was an amazing tour. Daniel is brilliant!! Cannot recommend him more highly.
We had a great time! The drive was beautiful, and the van was clean and comfortable with room for up to eight passengers (not including the driver and tour guide). Our original tour guide had an emergency last minute, but we picked up a different tour guide in Puerto Natales and she was wonderful! She was very knowledgable and passionate, and happy to answer all of our questions. The trip is mostly driving with only a little bit of walking at the Milodon cave. We stopped for snacks and drinks in Cerro Castillo (where you can buy souvenirs) and stopped for lunch at a restaurant inside the national park. They stopped to view wildlife along the way so we could enjoy and take pictures. Be prepared for all types of weather - cold, sun, wind, rain - it changes all the time. Long day but totally worth it!
Our tour guide Daniel is very friendly and knowledgeable about Torres Del Paine. He made our trip a very delightful one.
I booked this tour through Viator, and the day before the tour they dumped me onto another company called Camino Tours with zero explanation. I waited in front of my hotel at 5:00 AM in the freezing dark for over an hour. No pickup. No text. No call. Nothing. I tried calling and messaging—of course, no response. Seven hours later, at 12 PM, they finally replied saying they “don’t know why” the other company didn’t pick me up. Seriously? They then offered to refund me and take me the next day. Guess what? That was my last day in Punta Arenas. They refunded the money, but they cannot refund my time, stress, ruined day, or the only reason I flew all the way from the U.S. to Punta Arenas: Torres del Paine. Good luck trusting this company. You might get your money back, but your tour probably won’t happen. What a joke.

Torres del Paine is beautiful.. we really love this tour.. it’s a long journey going and coming back but it’s worth it
Johnny (Juan) is a fantastic guide. Anyone can learn and repeat facts, but Johnny's passion is what sets him apart. He loves what he's doing, and he makes you love it too. He pointed out so many things we never would've noticed. It's as if his mission is to make it the best tour you've ever done. But his knowledge is not confined to flora, fauna, and geology. Once we realized we're both also history nerds, our conversation took off. I could've talked to him all day, but he moved effortlessly among our group of eleven, spending one-on-one time with everyone, getting to know all of us and making sure we were all having a great tour. When you book your tour, ask for Johnny.
The expedition was well-organized. I have visited the most impressive places in Paine, including the big waterfall, best views of the lakes and mountains. The guide Daniel is excellent. He is very knowledgeable about the region and answered lots of our questions. He is very helpful and cheerful too.
Long day (5 to 21:00) but totally worth it. Spectacular drive, landscape and very knowlegable guide (Daniel). The warm/sunny weather also added to the experience :)
My husband and I had a great experience visiting Torres del Paine National Park. The tour was excellent, it was a log day but it was worth it. Miguel the tourist guide was amazing, he was friendly, with a huge knowledge about the park and the area, he and the driver Juan, who was driving slowly for the wind, made our tour enjoyable and safe. I highly recommended it. Torres del Paine is a beautiful place to visist.
What views! It was a long day but oh so worth it!! Sunny weather and increíble views!! Chile is a beautiful country.
Scenery is breathtaking but you must bring hat, gloves, warm clothes because of the wind and rain or snow. The tour guide Maria Jose was great, and Juan was a phenomenal driver!
It was a long day . There were miles to go and lots and lots to see . I enjoyed all of it . Our young guide , Maria Jose was learning English but made up for it with her energy and eagerness to make sure everyone had an unforgettable experience . We saw a mammoth cave . Many mountains , glaciers and lakes . Weather was rainy, sunny , windy .. it’s the Andes and it’s the end of spring . Our driver Juan ( not sure it’s the correct spelling ) He was nothing short of amazing . He drove for almost 18 hours . I suspect he was tired but he was incredible . He would make sure I got the photos I wanted and keep such a great smile on his face . These are incredible ambassadors of Chile . Yesterday was one of my favorite days , ever ! I highly recommend this tour group and tour !
Well organized and efficient. Fernando was a great guide. Bus was nice but small, quite full and cramped, my only complaint.
a long day in a small bus from punta arenas but a smooth hotel pick up and drop down. excellent guide. about 3 hours each way to get to the interesting stuff but then absolutely a fantastic place to visit. We had great weather. you may not and that would impact the experience. But don't book and you won't visit one of the great places around the world.
We saw soooo many beautiful things it’s hard to narrow down our favorites. It’s really a once in a lifetime experience. Be aware- it’s a very long day but soooo very worth it. The bus is VERY cosy, so be prepared to sit shoulder to shoulder.
Visiting Torre del Paine in winter (July) is perhaps not the ideal time. A lot of clouds, fog and the cold weather limited the experience, but it was worth to do it - to see glaciers, lakes and (hidden) mountains...
This tour was INCREDIBLE!! Alex and Kathy were amazing and went above and beyond. The van ride there and back is brutal- 4 hours in a cramped van, but the destination is so worth it. They took us to the very best spots in the park, set up photos, stopped at places just bc we wanted a quick pic, Alex even wiped the side windows several times to make sure we could see the views from the van. Overall absolutely amazing and would highly recommend this tour!
It’s amazing if you want to visit the national park but have limited time. Fernando was an amazing guide! It’s a fully packed trip so be prepared :)
The tour was a good introduction to the area. It made for a long day but worth it. There were plenty of stops along the way.
This was one of the best experiences we have had traveling all over the world. This park and its views are absolutely stunning and a must see! The tour guide Gabriel was AMAZING! He knew ALL the best spots for pictures and he was so knowledgeable about the park. His English was excellent and he communicated with us before pickup so we were ready on time. Be prepared because it is a long day but it is well worth it! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour and Especially Gabriel and Jaime the driver. Jaime was so careful on the winding and long road to and within the park. He is an exceptional driver!
It was a long day but so worth it. The cavea del Milodon was very interesting and the different viewpoints in Torres del Paine were stunning. Even though a lot of time is spent on a bus, you can enjoy the views! Camilla was such a lovely kind and knowledgeable guide - despite 2/3 of us speaking English, she always made the time yo translate from us. Our driver (Juan?) was great. I felt really safe. The minibus broke down on the way back which meant that we came back to Punta Arenas 2 hours later than expected but they dealt with it the best they could given the circumstances. They were very apologetic and these things just happen. Thanks a lot for a wonderful day with lots of memories!!
This is a full day trip. You get a great overview of Torres de Paine. Not the tour you want if you want to hike but great for sightseeing. Our guide gave a lot of information about Patagonia. We really enjoyed the trip.
Incredible scenery. Happened to go on a great weather day sp the views were great, would definitely recommend checking weather, the tour guide told us sometimes you can't even see the mountains if it's too foggy. Had a great tour guide and driver, very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had, and the guide spoke great English.
This is an amazing trip but make sure you understand it is 15 hours with an early start. They say to bring food but there was plenty of food along the way. Our driver Miguel was very helpful and spoke in both Spanish and English. Plenty of toilet stops along the way. Don't expect to see exactly the same as others. We had overcast conditions with winds but still loved it.
Great experience- Amazing views and lots of history, tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. Long day, but would recommend, such a great time!!
This was a great, albeit very long, day and I was quite pleased. The group was reasonably small, and mostly Chilean, so it felt like we weren't getting lost like you would in a large group, and also the experience felt reasonably authentic. One thing I would add, there are more opportunities to purchase food and beverages than the description implies. However, because there is *absolutely nothing* on the 250km between Puerto Natales and Punta Arenas, you really do need to be prepared to go for 3 hours with no bathroom stop.
Went as 2 couples (both chile first timers) and had an amazing time! The tour guides Christian and Jose were knowledgeable and was able to navigate the tour in both English and Spanish. It was a little cloudy when we started and he was able to modify the schedule, to make sure that we visited the park during the afternoon when it’s most sunny. Overall had an amazing time and would do it again!
Nice one day excursion with lots of view points . You should know there is very little walking in the national park
It was a long day, but well worth it to see the beautiful textures, colors and clouds sweeping across the sky. Guide Pablo was a true gem, interpreting in English and sharing the local knowledge. Highly recommended for nature lovers.
what a spectacular day out! Best views ever! Absolutely stunned. superb guide with lots of info! Highly recommended! Also wheater depending , we were lucky
The driver and the guide were efficient, professional, and friendly. Due to Torres del Paine being so far away from Punta Arenas there is a lot of time on the road and very little time in the park itself. But if you get a good day the scenery and views are spectacular.
Miguel was a tremendous guide conveying the whole tour in both English and Spanish seamlessly. Communication leading up to the tour from his company were stellar. The roads are a bit rocky, the trip long in and out of the park but the rewards were tremendous. We saw SO MUCH in one day. There was sufficient time at each stop to see sights and take pictures. I would do this tour again in a second. I highly recommend this tour
Pablo was fluent in Spanish and English. He gave us adequate time at each stop and did everything that was promised in the description of the tour. Great driver and turned me right on time. Great overview of this beautiful national park and the cave.
While a long journey , it was worth every mile.. Torres del Paine is absolutely breathtaking . Our guide was Gabriel .. he was very knowledgeable and gave an excellent tour . Will request him next trip!
This was a great trip. We messaged on WhatsApp the day before the confirm the details, but they picked us up around 5:30 am (some people were a bit earlier and others were a bit later) and then we drove for 3 hours across Patagonia to the park. Even on the way, we already saw some condors and guanacos and rheas in the morning light. When we reached the park, our guide Cristian suggested the Torres first and the cave at the end, because the morning light was looking good - and that was a great idea. We got to stop at several different locations to get views of the Torres from different angles, as well as the different lakes and waterfalls in the park. At one location we had an hour to walk by the glacial lake (or to stop by the cafe for a hearty stew to warm up from the high winds, despite it being a sunny day in high summer!) but it was mostly about ten or twenty minute stops to get a sense of the natural beauty and sometimes see local animals. When we got to the Milton Cave, we didn’t get a chance to learn about the archeological past, because we were lucky to come on a day when a family of local zorro foxes had set up and we got to watch them playing instead! Then it was the three hour drive back to Punta Arenas, arriving around 8 pm. It’s a long day, but unforgettable, and definitely worth it. As I said, be prepared for cold even if you come on a sunny day - and if it’s raining it might be less pleasant.
🥇🏆fantastic tour ! Terrific guide , excellent driver , wonderful stopping points with best views of the Cave & Torre del Paine . Highly recommend!
🥇🏆FANTASTIC tour : frequent bathroom stops , wonderful guide , excellent driver and plenty of photo ops ! Highly recommend!
We had a great day seeing the beauty of Torres Del Paine national park. Everything went as scheduled and Gabriel was a very knowledgeable and capable guide. He gave us a lot of interesting insights of the area and made sure we got the best views of the sights. He also would point out wildlife (like a fox we saw, and Andean condors) and answered any questions we had. Only constructive comment is that we would have liked to spend more time and some of the spots- especially Grey Lake — we sometimes felt rushed.
Nice but 90% of the time was spent on the bus. The visit time is too short and it's very tiring to spend the entire day on the bus
The plan for tour was awesome and well worth the 8 hrs in car, 4 hrs each way. Torres del Paine was well presented and super happy with tour and organization. The reason for 4-star is our guide, Edwardo, was speaking Spanish mostly, and he was yelling and speaking in deafening levels. Also, we were 11 people crammed in a van and the space was super tight and super small seats - not comfortable at all!
Torres del Paine was awesome and totally worth it. The reason for 4-star is the guide; after 3 hour long drive, the guide Edwardo chooses to sightsee without giving us a well needed bathroom break! Without going into details, he just shrugged his shoulders on the request and we got a bathroom break after almost 4 hrs! Then he chose to speak Spanish mostly and barely gave any English explanation. He made the trip a bit disappointing for us. The driver was great and drove well on this long 4 hr each way journey.
Completely worth every dollar. Fast pickup, great tour guide and amazing views of the park. Would highly highly recommend.
