The guide is considerate, although nearly whole group speaking espanol, he would still share in English in order to let me catch up.

Good half-day trip with a good guide.

Lenin our guide was amazing, super accommodating to our requests. Explained everything in detail and took time and care to explain me in English and making sure I understood him.

We bought the Tour to Sillustani - while most agencies were advertising it at 50 PEN pp, this one showed 40 and when we were not ready to book, offered us 35. Once on the bus, we saw the local Peruvian people actually pay 25pp and given the ticket is 15pp, shows that a 3-3.5hr tour with bus + driver + guide can be had for 10 PEN pp. The pickup coordination was strange - most people got on in one spot, but were driven around town for 30min in a minivan first. Seems they were told that they can meet the bus 30min later if they walked to that spot (which was 5min walk for us). The first stop at Puma overlook was set for 7min, but people took 10-15, then the guide gave us a little information on the trip. I wish she'd say more about Puno on the way. The next stop gave free opps for pics with Alpacas and also some shopping and tasting of local quinoa bread. We got to Sillustani at 3:30 as sun was starting to get lower, and our tour seemed to be much faster than some other groups. Listening to those, they seemed to get a bit more content, but it was still good to have a guide to this strange site. She had some pictures and those were helpful. The location is beautiful, and if we were 10-15min early we could have seen a great sunset, but that was ignored to allow for more shopping time.

A wonderful experience, full of energy that the place transmits, very cold, so do not be overconfident like me who was wearing a light sweater, but our joy of sharing this experience as a family in the land of my mom was so great that we enjoyed our visit to Sillustani a lot, the people were very attentive, the guide was very helpful in explaining in detail every step we took in the place.
