The optional excursion from Puella is fabulous. The lunch too was amazing. Whole day was extremely well spent.

Friendly tour guides and beautiful place to visit. We enjoyed our tour and would love to do it again. The group guides were extremely informative and entertaining
The boat ride, while pretty, was very long. There wasn’t very much to do once in Peulla except eat lunch at the hotel and pay for extra excursions (and a very short walk to a waterfall). For those looking for active day I would choose a different trip.
We had a great time on this tour! it was an all-day excursion--we had the opportunity to see a bunch of the countryside. Highly reccomend!
The scenery is incredible. But I found this a bit expensive for what was or I should say what was not offered. Basically you get a beautiful boat ride which was incredible but nothing else. Perhaps my mistake that I didn't realize lunch was not included. The hotel is stunning with spectacular views, but the food was mediocre and expensive. Before you arrive they try to get you to purchase another tour. I think being more forefront about what is and is not offered, would've been helpful. Also, I changed my embarkation destination and therefore did not go to Saltos de Petrohue (included if you depart by bus from Puerto Varas) and should not have been charged the full amount. Lesson learned. I could've bought the tour for less than half the price on site at Lago Los Santos.
We gathered at PTO Varas downtown office and got into a bus that took us to the small waterfall Saltos de Rio Petrohué, about 45 min ride. During the ride the guide, Fernando, explained the day activities, what was included, etc. He mentioned an optional activity once we reach Hotel Natura that included an open bus ride to a farm and a catamaran lake navigation. I read on the Viator reviews that there was horse back riding so I asked the guide about it. He said he wasn’t sure if there were horses available and that we needed to check at the boat. I made sure the guide knew I wanted to ride, so I assumed he was going to check for me. After an hour on the boat ride, the guide told me that there are no more horses. There were only 4 horses available and a family of 4 took them and that there wasn’t any possibility for me to ride. So, if you have your mind set on horse back riding as an optional activity, make sure you don’t trust your guide to help you book it, specially if they could sell 4 rides instead of 1.
Make sure you take your own lunch, expensive alternative was only offer. The rest of the trip was fabulous
We had a great time exploring Peulla. The trip was well organized and the guides were very knowledgeable and very attentive. Thanks for the great experience.
The whole day was amazing. The guides, the timing, the places were all wonderful. Can’t praise the trip too much. Mother Nature at her finest.
The boat was comfortable and calm. Short hike to waterfalls was pleasant. The only stop on the lake was to a hotel with a $30 lunch and $20 visit to a sort of petting zoo. I would have preferred more stops on the lake and more lunch options.
Great and friendly service, beautiful lake and mountains, amazing trip. 4x4 tour is just ok. Definitely recommend
Left Puerto Varas on coach with mixed group of Chilian, Europeans and South Americans led by Nellie from Touristour. The boat trip was spectacular but spoilt by hard sell of excursions on Peulla island. The island hotel was to provide us with executive menu for lunch but no one had given us a voucher so had to pay ourselves. The island was impossible to walk around because of the horse flies which are very large and have no fear of humans. We did receive a refund for our lunch from Ptotours the next day but if you don't like flies check out when they aren't present.

Incredible sights to see all around on the lake, beside the shore and into the Andes. Waterfalls, snow on volcanoes, an island, and a beautiful lake.

What a wonderful trip, we landed in Peulla, the place is simply enchanting. The hotel does not have free toys for the children, only toys with purchased tokens.
I really enjoyed this tour for the beautiful views, the tranquility of the lake and Peulla. I would recommend bringing snacks and food if you do not want to eat at the only open restaurant. Highly recommended if you are going just to enjoy a relaxing day.
Being in Puerto Varas we decided to do the full day excursion to Petrohue jumps, sailing on Lake Todos Los Santos to reach Peulla and then we took a sailing excursion on the Rio Negro. We did it for the company turistour and met the established schedules. First you have a trip of about 45 minutes by micro to the jumps to descend and visit them that I recommend because fantastic and in environment too. Then we arrive at the port where we embark on a 1.45 minute journey to Peulla. The views are impressive especially of the Osorno volcano and what I recommend is to do the excursion on a clear day because otherwise you will not see it. Peulla is very small there are two hotels one abandoned and one in Functioning, if you want you can have lunch there and if not take something to eat and drink and picnic. Then we did the river navigation with guide that was excellent and to get there we went in a group adapted to the place and cross part of the river with it, it is worth also seeing birds like a Martin Pescador and enjoy the silence of the place. And then the return that gets a little long because the entrance to the city is slow. I recommend it.
This tour starts with a Bus ride to Petrohue with spectacular landscape. The second stage is a boat ride on the All Saints Lake to Peulla. It is undoubtedly stunning! Upon reaching Peulla the problems begin. We have 4 hours free in a small village of 45 inhabitants where there is nothing to do but a small circuit to see a waterfall that lasts a maximum of 40min. To occupy the rest of the time it is proposed that you take a horse ride or a “photographic safari” which are not included and you will have to pay 24,000 pesos extra. The other problem is the lunch which is not included in the tour but in Peulla you only have one lunch option which is the Hotel and you will have to pay 20,000-30,000 pesos for lunch To aggravate my discomfort is not made the scheduled stop at Perrohue Jumping for a matter of natural light... a completely stupid excuse!
Amazing walk! It is a must if you are in Puerto Varas. The bus leaves right in front of the agency and the return is at the end of the day. We went with our 7-year-old daughter who loved! Even the boat ride to get there is “long”, around 1h50, the time passes so fast... and we contracted inside the boat even the Exploration 4x4 tour. We got there and we already embarked on the exploration, we passed through a farm, fed the animals... Then we went to a river and there is included a quick but very pleasant boat ride. We arrived at the hotel Natura and had lunch there but there is not much choice, there is only the dish with entry, main and dessert. There are other options in the menu but not accessible to non-guests (this was the only part I did not like the tour, lack of choice in the restaurant).
Kolla vad som ingår i paketet. Fantastiska vyer under buss och båtresan. Ta med kikare. Om man äter av buff'en så får man en portion, så begär ordentligt med mat från början.
The whole experience is amazing and majestic. The whole tour is inside Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. It departs at 08.00 with a bus trip, which is accompanied by the voice of Guillermo, a didactic and humorous guide, who takes the time to explain not only the history of the places visited, but also the people who compose it. First you will travel to the Petrohué Saltos, where you have to pay a $2,600 pesos ticket for Chileans. There are approximately 30 minutes to admire the jumps, take pictures, visit the souvenir shops on site, and taste the delicious kuchens in the cafeteria. After this the bus leaves on its way to a port, to take a catamaran on the way to Villa Peulla, which will travel for about two hours along Lake All Saints. Deorbitant passages, green mountains embrace the path of the emerald-colored lake, one can go outside and enjoy the caresses of the wind while filling the lungs with air so pure that it is nowhere else to be found. The catamaran features comfortable seating, clean bathrooms and a cafeteria that, while relatively expensive, has a great range of food, drinks, and drinks. During the tour there is no internet signal, so it is advisable to take a book, or download a podcast to listen while admiring the landscapes. Upon arriving at Villa Peulla, one is struck by the unusual landscape. Large green hills surrounded by the emerald lake, many wetlands, animals and, if you are lucky with the weather, a beautiful sky. Either walking or on buses that are there you arrive at Hotel Natura, where you will find the only negative point of the tour, lunch, which is not included, costs $24,000 pesos (without drinks) for a meal that is not up to the rest of the place. Apart from that, the landscapes are simply indescribably beautiful. In Peulla you can choose to walk, or pay for a 4x4 tour, horseback riding, trekking, or various adventure tourism tours (all at an extra cost on admission). Personally I opted for the 4x4, which took us to the heart of the island, walking its paths, crossing lakes, to leave us on a small barge that takes us to navigate an inner lake, where when they reach the center, they turn off the engine of the boat to connect with the serenity of nature. It is approximately 4 and a half hours that one has to enjoy Peulla, at the end, the same catamaran and bus will take care of leaving you at the starting point of the morning, at approximately 19.00 hours. One can’t wait to spend more time in Peulla or Vicente Rozales Park, but the tour is an excellent introduction for those who want to get into Chilean Patagonia.
The place itself is beautiful, it's the second time I go and the views are wonderful. However, this year I got a bad experience from the tourism company that sold us the trip. We bought the barge tickets in the cafeteria of Lake All Saints. The girl also offered us 3 activities that could be done when arriving in Peulla (Canopy, Horseback Riding and Safari). We chose Canopy (it was the most expensive thing) and the girl told us that during the afternoon they would send me to whatsapp the reservation code and confirmation. In the afternoon this girl talks to me saying that the Canopy was "cooped" and that I could change it for the Safari that was cheaper and gave me the difference back. We really didn't want that activity and I asked him about the rides and he told me he didn't have it available either. So we had to access the Safari. The next day when we arrived in Peulla, we were surprised that the Canopy was not working, it was even with "no pass" fences and also the horseback ridings were not performing them. We realized that these activities were never covered, but were not being carried out. This left us feeling very bitter, as they offer us activities that are not available, and then tell you that they are cupped and tie you to the other activity that is the Safari.
We enjoyed a clear day which allowed us to see the beauty of the lake and the surrounding mountains and volcanoes.
Beautiful tourist experience! Until we arrived at the hotel's Buffet Restaurant (the only restaurant in the place) 1.- At the end of finishing the salad we got a small slug…. 2.- The truth was it was a buffet and it had no more than 5 options to choose from. 3.- the attention of the waiters was very good, they were always attentive. 4.- At the buffet they serve you quite little, we had to ask for more to be served quite a few times. 5.- the dessert option is very limited (photos attached) 6.- They offered us raspberry juice and strawberry juice arrived We would not eat here again since the values are not in line with what is offered, we expected more, we had higher expectations given the number of people they receive and the beautiful environment in which they are located, for 24 thousand pesos one could eat much better …. Considering that most of the visitors are backpackers, young tourists who do not plan to waste money, the minimum is to have a decent meal with several options.
Beautiful walk, enchanting landscapes. Maybe a little monotonous for a day trip, as the trip on the catamaran takes 1h30. The first route is new, the second is more of the same. But I recommend it because the tour is so beautiful.
One of the most wonderful places I have visited. I would repeat it countless times. It is worth taking the ride on the 4X4 bus. The company is super punctual and the team is very friendly. Totally recommended
Puerto Varas is everything I expected and more! The landscapes are like something out of a story, with the imposing Osorno Volcano as the protagonist. But what really left me speechless was the Pablo Fierro Museum. A unique and creative corner that is pure art and originality. Furthermore, the friendliness of the people and the security of the place made my stay an unforgettable experience. 100% recommended! Furthermore, its strategic location close to other tourist places makes it the perfect starting point to explore the wonder of the region. 🏞️🌋🎨
El almuerzo del hotel es fome, es muy de colación de casino además es caro en cuanto a relación calidad/precio/tamanño plato.,sin bebestible (jugo), etc
The transfer well, guide not very empathetic, by bus or understood anything that said, lousy audio. Then we started boating without inconvenience, they offer lunch in the only place where you can eat, but it was worth it, rich food, excellent care, although a little expensive. A good experience until we started back by boat to petrohue, there was a lot of wind and waves that hit very hard, and by bad manoeuvre of captain we went from end to direct to the wave twice, the first, it seemed that we hit a rock or bottom, it was a very loud noise, and the second with a very big wave overcame the boat and hit in the bow and burst window throwing glass to the passengers who came sitting ahead. Chaotic Situation, Zero Reaction Capacity (in covers), both the guide and assistants on the boat surprised and scared, only one said take out life jackets, because they were under the seat. At no time were we asked to use them while sailing. The big wave that hit the boat and broke glass came in and flooded the floor. No instruction or call for calm. Zero preparedness to act in the face of an emergency, passengers on their own initiative and scare ran to the back. Then he follows his story passing in front of the island and just tells us that we will continue traveling, would we stop him in the middle of the sea? Did they tell us how to act and what to deal with this emergency? Nothing. So far no one says anything and the guide only tells us that nothing like this has ever happened, in his years of experience facing many storms. If you have so much experience why didn't you warn that in the face of the surf, suggest that people not sit in the front row? That we should wear the life jacket throughout the tour? However, he calls us to bet at the casino on how lucky we were... unfortunate words in the face of such a chaotic situation. And only back did he ask us to put on our seat belts once we took the bus to port varas. This experience shows how untrained they are in particular in this Enterprise, I will not generalize but a call to train to face this type of situation and above all take all the safety measures that are required for this type of excursions. Luckily no one was seriously injured, only and fortunately a slight cut with the glass that practically burst in the face of the passengers. This experience made the turn a terrible experience and everything that had had a good time was forgotten.
It is an excellent trip, first the Petrohue Jumps, tour the lake and then reach Peulla where you breathe tranquility
I really enjoyed the tour. The Jumps are wonderful, the catamaran experience, too and Peulla is very nice. I do not put the 5, because to really enjoy the trip you have to make additional expenses and, although, they say that these three things are not included (entrance to the Jumps, lunch in Peulla and the 4x4 ride) their value is greater than the value of the excursion... Then, the excursion is worth $41,000 Chilean pesos, but the entrance to the Jumps is worth $7,000 (for foreigners), lunch (very normal) $22,000 (plus the tip is $24,200) and the 4x4 ride is worth $20,000... Then, the total cost is really $90,000... It would be better to offer a complete package, especially if you consider that the owner of the catamaran, the hotel of lunch and the 4x4 is the same...
Wonderful landscapes, a very relaxing trip with unparalleled views. Lunch at the Natura hotel and a 4x4 ride are absolutely worth it.
Exceptional scenery, very nice and very good onboard Service too, now if you do not take the 4×4 tour in Peulla you should make a little long stay in Peulla.
The wonderful landscape. The splendid ride with a beautiful view. The weather did not accompany us much, but I still enjoyed all the attractions that the place offers.
All very organized. The trip is excellent, the landscapes wonderful. All very friendly, friendly and attentive to any need.
Me encantó el viaje, el paseo por el lago de Todos los Santos fue maravilloso. Y la expedición en Peulla 4x4 fue una experiencia inolvidable, llena de recorridos hermoso por el lugar. Le pongo un 10 a todo este tour
Very nice experience, friendly guides, very rich Natura hotel food, sailing on Lake All Saints really Beautiful.
Muy bueno el guía Guillermo, denota gran conocimiento y amabilidad ante loa requerimientos de los pasajeros.
Very comfortable boat, excellent temperature even though it was cold. The very polite guide knew a lot about it. The trip was a pleasure both back and forth.
I recommend this activity, it starts with a short visit to the Petrohue, then we head to the lake all the saints and sail for 1:45 min in a catamaran, the navigation is very beautiful, if you are lucky and it is clear you will see the Osorno volcano in the background, you see some very beautiful landscapes. When we arrived in Peulla, we got on a small truck (an activity that is bought separately), we toured Peulla, passed by the river, passed by an interactive farm, the children could feed some animals. Then you get to Rio Negro, and we sailed like 20 min where the guide asked us to close our eyes and listen to the sounds of nature, it was very relaxing. Then we returned to the Peulla hotel and had lunch, it was buffet, the food was good. And at 16:30 we returned to the catamaran to return.
The landscapes and Service delivered on this Tour through the Catamaran, made the day pass very fast. A great tour.
Second time I visit the place and it is beautiful. The previous time I saw it with a lot of sun and now it was with a rain that gave it a different and magical essence. The whole tour is a little exhausting but totally worth it. Do it with Turistour, trustworthy.
This tour is very worth it, but I also appreciate that it is better in winter and with sunny days and with good visibility, very interesting.
Overall, good. There are some things we didn't like, though. 1. For the Petrouhé waterfalls we had to pay the entrance fee ourselves although it was actually included. Ca 4000 pesos 2. Unfortunately, it is more of a taxi tour, as you are transporated from place to place and occasionally an electronic voice tells something incomprehensible, both on the bus and on the ship. In the catamaran you then have to choose a tour that also costs another 40€ - 60€ in addition to the entrance fee of about 70€. It lacked the personal
We went for a walk to the Petrohué Jumps, which we already knew is beautiful, but it was very full, there was not even room to park, so we decided to follow Lake Todos Los Santos and then return. But there the surprise, we pass to the tourist hall (not the walks offered by people just short of the car, we went to the tourist agency), we take the boat, it is a walk of approx. 2 hs to Peulla, 2 hs in Peulla village approx., with 4x4 tour, and return 2 hs. more. The beautiful boat ride, beautiful views, tell you the history of the national park and how they started the lake crossing, the very entertaining 4x4 tour..., at the end we spent a beautiful day of walking, without imagining it...100% recommended
The stretch between Petrohue and Peulla, across Lake Todos los Santos, is simply spectacular. I recommend going on a totally clear day because you can see the green color of the lake (also called Emerald Lake) and the Osorno and Pointed volcanoes. The trip leaves at 10 in winter and takes approximately 1.45, each leg, arrives at Peulla, where you have 3 hours and returns at 3:00 (winter time). At that time you can stay there and tour on your own or take one of the excursions they offer and then have lunch at the Natura hotel. The safari tour is very entertaining, they take you in a kind of adapted truck, to tour the valley, cross the river, they go to a wonderful lagoon, called Laguna del Encanto, where there is another navigation of about 10 minutes. Before, they stop at a very complete and entertaining farm for the children. Fully recommended. This trip is part of the Andean Crossing, those who go to or from Bariloche make the same tour and can also make those excursions in Peulla. It is worth 28,000 and 17 to 20,000 excursions.
I'd say it's the best excursion to do in the area. Start in Puerto Varas from where you go to the Petrohue Jumps, imposing. From there they take you to Petrohue where in a catamaran (beautiful walk along Lake All Saints), they take you to Peulla, a small town of 120 inhabitants. There you have the option to do different activities, we did a 4x4 safari that first takes you to a farm and then to sail in a small boat the Rio Negro. When you return you can have lunch at the Hotel de Peulla. Unmissable!
We went for the day with visits to Saltos del Petrohue, Lake All Saints and Peulla. Incredible places, beautiful landscapes, very cold but worth knowing. Excellent attention to the perfect tour guides and vehicles (buses and catamaran). Very comfortable and in very good condition. Fully recommended. Family trip prepared to receive young children and babies. Eye, go very very warm
