I went there in September with my son and my mother. We started each with a massage, the people didn’t even say hi, they look miserable, the massage was awful, just not good, unprofessional. Then with no guide at all we were told to go to the sauna and to hurry cause the time was limited, small sauna, not sure if they clean it after each use, half way was getting already cold, nobody came to check on us, so nobody to tell. Then we headed to the pools, where one of the massage lady was taking a soak and looking into her bottom part with the reflexion on the mirror, then she looked quite happy. Not sure what kind of water is in the pool, and where even the water comes from, besides to be clean and warm. We went to the coffee shop, the only place where they said hi and welcome us with a smile, the food was quite good I can’t complain. Then we had the bad idea of having a mini facial. Omg!!!! what is that? please don’t call it a facial, or even a face massage, simply it’s a nothing kind of a touch. Then finally done for the day, they forgot to give my ID back and I had to come back to this SPA? retreat? so far away from giving a good and professional service. I wouldn’t recommend this place, simple a waste of money and time. As an advice train and supervise the people you hire and one of them even had a bad smell. Say hi and be nice to ppl who are paying for a service and giving you a decent job.

Excellent place, cozy space, in contact with nature; the café has vegetarian and gluten-free options, the pools are spectacular, and the massage service is the best way to end the experience. Super rich everything, perfect service

Located 3km walk from the nearest bus stop, it is two hot water basins with temperatures that hover around 38°C and 41°C depending on the basin. It is also possible to go swimming in the lake and back in the hot bath. There is a sauna which is over and above the entrance fee We enjoyed a 50min massage very well done and really relaxing. Wearing a swim cap is mandatory. There is no information on which jerseys are allowed or not. If you're around and it's ugly, don't hesitate

Fully recommended! I have gone for several services and each of them gives you an unforgettable experience. The service is excellent and the place is located in a privileged environment, surrounded by nature and with a panoramic view of Frutillar, which makes it even more special.

Very good experience, we went for a breakfast promotion + bio pool and it was a rehabilitative experience, very friendly staff and always concerned, very rich breakfast with fresh ingredients, the water was very good, an exquisite temperature, totally recommended.

Lousy attention from scheduling to closing the view. While it is a nice idea, the attention leaves much to be desired. Better not even open on Mondays. We were in the pseudo vat - finishing the session and a person arrives to empty it - we were literally in the vat - having contracted the experience until 10 PM. Start disarming and activating the system. He wouldn't let us have privacy to dry them or change clothes, I take the pump cap off. She'd already taken our stuff and started handling it herself. We asked for space to be able to change, I didn’t want to go out, we had to insist on the subject of personal space – they charge you the same as normal day, but no cafeteria and no garzón care. The front desk person hopefully opens the door even if you have the appointment. You could tell they do maintenance on Monday mornings. All the paths full of cuts of pastures and plants... in short a fiasco the experience. The Bioswimming pools that are graceful to be able to look at the lake had on the edges the rubbers with which they cover the pool - some half broken. We'll never come back. I don't recommend going on a Monday.

Buy the Reconecta packs, we recommend. Go with time, the whole place is fantastic to do the activities in a quiet way. The cafeteria is small but very beautiful and with great coffee and food.

It is a very good place to use Hot tub and massages. In my experience, Hit tub spaces are excellently implemented. Comfortable, promoting a pleasant experience. Linked in a peaceful way with the Mood. About the Massage Service, I can mention that it was totally a pleasant experience, very dedicated. We requested a board to accompany in hot tub, perhaps one of the low notes, or not perfect, since the mix offered, was not binding nor good quality, except cheese and some cookies with rosemary. The rest were 2 mayonnaise-based pastas, where the flavor of this was abundant, making the attempt to mix it with other flavors imperceptible. It could be a more gourmet experience but it mixes poorly with some donut cookies (mini) and canned olives. It has a small cafeteria but with the option of occupying outdoors. I'd say the forte is the Tea and Coffee experience. It also has a bi-pool, an outdoor experience with lots of contact with the beach of Lake llanquihue. It’s a good place, but in terms of accompanying some grocery experience, it could lower your rating.

The landscape of biopools and relaxation massages is a tremendous panorama. Congratulations to the whole team from the reception, massage therapist, restaurant, all very available to make the experience very pleasant and relaxing. Hugs.

Very nice place; broken down in such a way; * hot tubs good, comfortable and well located * the charcuterie tablet, lousy messy and with low quality products * the cafeteria very beautiful the place, but unfortunately it took more than 30 minutes In preparing two coffees and the robes could not prepare it (they did not have the right tools) Massage , very nice place ; with two men and women who could not perform massages there was no technique and no intention in what was done ; while they did not do the massage construction noise (relaxation at all) Summary: A nice place under construction must go again on 2029

The descent of the sauna very steep and should ask if there is any inconvenience to perform massage with a man. We had no problem; very good experience. But we have acquaintances who prefer women masseurs and would not have a massage with a man. A simple question. Are you indifferent or do you have a preference for male or female massage? We had a great time!!!! Thank you.

A 360 experience of connecting with nature, the perfect break to rest and recharge. We recommend starting with the sauna and a dip in the river and ending with massages.

I was at the Immersion Meeting organized by Josefina, Bernardita and Andrea together with Cancagua and Sauna Nativo and it was a wonderful experience thanks to the expertise of the organizers to guide the group and the magnificent place. The facilities in Cancagua are spectacular for the activities there: the spacious and very comfortable Yurt for group activities, beautiful gardens and hot tubs overlooking the lake, covered terrace on the beach to shelter from the rain and sauna available on the beach. The very comfortable and pleasant bathrooms show the care of every detail for a great experience.

The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature and on the shores of Lake Llanquihue. The pools are private and with the perfect temperature. I had a massage with Caro which was very good, the place warm, nice music and I stayed to take an infusion to finish relaxing. 10/10

Great and relaxing spa in the middle of nature overlooking the lake. The Jacuzzi we booked was so nice and relaxing and our massages very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

100% recommended, not to be missed in Frutillar. The tubs are exquisite, ideal temperature and surrounded by nature and amazing lake view, yet retaining privacy. The sauna has a beautiful view of Lake Llanquihue and Frutillar. Massages are in a very comfortable area, heated (as we went in winter), rich aromas and very friendly staff. Ideal for relaxing.
