Worst hotel experience — broken facilities, bad food, no Wi-Fi, and zero service. Avoid at all costs. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking. ❌ 1. Internet Never Worked From the moment I checked in, the Wi-Fi was completely unreliable. I reported it multiple times, but nothing was fixed during my stay. In today’s world, this is unacceptable. ❌ 2. Poor Maintenance & Cleanliness The hotel is clearly not well maintained. Several facilities were either broken or in poor condition, and overall cleanliness was below expectations. It gave the impression of neglect and lack of care. ❌ 3. Very Poor Breakfast Quality The breakfast was one of the biggest disappointments: Extremely limited options Food did not feel fresh Overall low quality and poorly managed ❌ 4. Housekeeping Issues Room cleaning was inconsistent and frustrating: The room was not cleaned unless we repeatedly complained Even after requesting service, it was often ignored or delayed 👉 I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. 👉 You can find better, cleaner, and more reliable accommodations, even smaller boutique places or cabins, that offer a much better experience.

Awful experience, wasnt allowed in because my visa is in process

came in for some gambling fun, lost all of our money, but did land one on the roulette table ! i would definitely recommend, especially if you are familiar with casino games, definitely avoid the slots, those will suck up your money with no return so fast.

The key card power switch was broken after fighting with it for a few minutes and was about to go down tell the staff, I found the breaker box and all the breakers were off. Was a little worried that there may have been an electrical problem for someone to have turned off all the breakers. A/C-Htr didn’t but fortunately it was cool enough to leave the balcony door open to cool the room.
