Both me and my family had a great time at the Hotel Cabana del Lago. The rooms have a stunning view, everything is very clean and the break fast is very good. I was particularly touched by how kind and professional people were. They were extremely patient and try to accomodate all our needs. Mrs Myriam served us for dinner a few nights and she was extremely nice to us. I would really like to thank everyone, and I strongly recommend staying in this place. We will come back for sure!

Hotel Cabana del Lago is on a hill with Lake Llanquihue water-front location. Rm. 311 has creaky floors, a deep toilet flash on the side and is uncomfortable. We hardly got sleep. Moreover, the room to its right has a view of it from its side window. We thank Mr. Andrew who checked other room availability and successfully changed our room to 526 the next day, which is more comfortable, with the same new carpet as the hallways and a new toilet bowl, the flush of it is easy to push down. Its downside is a roof blocking our view of the lake when in bed. Both rooms’ bathrooms are outdated. From afar and in pictures its exterior and common areas look appealing. Their complimentary breakfast has sufficient variety but . . . Their Bar’s hamburger with bacon and crispy chicken that is tender inside were succulent.

A wonderful location on Lago Llanquihue. With views, subject to weather obviously, I mountains at a distance and more closer volcanoes. Our room was excellent - all facilities covered. Spacious. Shower was good. Daily service was comprehensive and excellent. Parking is adequate, and believe there may be further spaces available on enquiry. WiFi good.
