Hotel Bellavista

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bellavista Hotel. What truly made the difference was the people. Matias and Miguel were incredibly helpful and genuinely kind — they gave me great information about the area and made me feel like I had my own personal concierges. They consistently went out of their way to follow up and make sure I had everything I needed. A special shout-out to the bar team as well. Katalina and another lovely bartender (whose name I regrettably didn't catch) were fantastic during my working meetings — attentive, professional, and made the space feel comfortable for getting things done. The staff here really set this hotel apart. Highly recommend. I look forward to my future stay here

This hotel is ok. View is very nice and the bathroom is large, but few amenities. The room was incredibly hot, no air conditioning, but you can request a fan. We had to open the window and the door to the hallway to get a breeze and some cold air in. It’s right on the main road which is loud and smoggy. Somehow there is a funny echo with sound outside which makes you hear everyone’s conversations as they walk by. Reception was a bit rude. The pool is small and you need to reserve a time. Parking is interesting, there is a small lot in front, or you can park on the grass in front, or there is a small lot behind the hotel. Happy to have a mini fridge and a filtered water dispenser in the lobby. Clean room. Breakfast buffet is a bit chaotic.

Great location on the lake, however because it is on the main road the street noise is significant. Closing the windows at night stops most of the noise, but since they don’t have AC, the rooms can get really hot. Rooms have smart TVs, however my room wasn’t connected to the internet and I couldn’t connect it to the public WiFi because of the landing page. Tried to sit up in bed and the bed rolled away from the wall, apparently the bed is on wheels and the staff failed to lock the wheels. None of these were major problems for me but ai could see them being a major problem to less savvy visitors.
