Zipline Adventure Tour In Puerto Vallarta With Easy Cruise Pickup

The staff is great to work with. David and Luis made sure we were safe and well taken care of. The Zip lines were fun and be ready to walk some stairs :)

It was hands down the best excursion on our cruise! Our guide (Israel) was funny, skilled, patient and accommodating. The photographer captured every moment and there was plenty of variety in the zip lines. The pickup near the cruise port was handy and we enjoyed drinks after the adventure. It was a great experience for everyone!

The guides were amazing Jari and Israel! They really kept us laughing and safe during the trip! We had a mishap with times to meet them and they worked with us to still make it instead of just leaving us! Overall great vibes and experience!

The whole zip lining experience itself was less than an hour long. Super quick with just a few lines. It was still super pretty though! Getting picked up was easy but we didn’t know that we would have an hour to sit around and wait for transportation to take us back. After the zip lining you can play in the river or pay to eat at the restaurant. We ate beforehand so we just weren’t hungry so we sat around for about an hour or so. We thought there was a tequila tasting but that didn’t happen. Maybe that would have taken up the second hour. Altogether it was super pretty, the staff was very fun, just could have done without an hour of nothing.

Amazing experience! We had a great time and the team was very attentive and made the experience more enjoyable.

I thought we would be with a small group of around 10 people as that’s what I’ve experienced on similar zipline excursions. We were paired with about 30 people so waited a VERY long time on a very hot day inbetween lines. It took away some of the excitement and thrill having to wait that long for your turn on each line. We also never got picked up at the meeting spot so had to figure out a taxi on our own to get to the excursion which the company did pay for but we tipped. One other thing to note is they don’t allow you to take any pictures or bring your phone/camera and make you “sign in” when you arrive which is really signing a waiver that you won’t do so. They require you to lock everything in a locker. They want you to purchase the very few pictures they took. A guy we were with had his phone and tried to film his wife on the zipline. They said if he filmed or took a picture they’d take him down and end his experience. He was very annoyed but complied.

The zipline guides were great and friendly! We had a fun ziplining! However, the logistics/transportation was not well organized and communicated. We were picked up promptly at the meeting point. After ziplining part was over (took about 45-50 min), we were left in the forest for about 2.5 - 3 hours to wait on our own for the driver to take us back in town. There was no one with us to communicate on the status of our ride back in town. We were just left to wonder. It was a quite remote location in the forest with no options of public transportation/taxis to get out of there. In addition, we ran out of our water supply and there was no water or snacks offered to us while we were left to wait for our ride. So, be mindful of your time commitment when you sign up for this activity and especially, if you go with kids!

This was a first class operation. Very friendly and competent guides and good equipment. Pickup and drop off were on time and accommodating. This was my first time ziplineing and glad I did it!

My family had a great experience on our recent trip to Puerto Vallarta for spring break. There is no accident history, which made us feel safe about going there. The staff made us feel comfortable, and they made the experience worth every penny. 10/10 would recommend.

This was such a fun family experience. The guides were very informative and helpful, all we had to do was listen to instructions. It was our first time and I was super nervous, but they made it lighthearted and enjoyable. I faced my fears and am so glad I did, what a thrill! Thanks to Israel and Jorge for helping us make great memories! Would certainly do again.

Had some great, long Ziplines with easy-to-follow instructions. Fun relationships with the guides. Delicious food at the restaurant after and a fun creek to go relax near!

We were running late but the crew waited for us. The pick up, drop off, training and the support was immense. Our families lot of 7 thoroughly enjoyed ziplining..

OMG. it was great. First time Zip Lining for my wife and I, Jorge and Hiran were awesome. they took their time with us and were very courteous and cautious making sure we felt safe. They were fun and added some great excitement to our trip. Extra Beautiful scenery seeing it upside down. LOL. Lunch at their restaurant was good and with very friendly hospitality.

This is fine for the price. But if you want the best zip line experience in Puerto Vallarta you need to go to canopy River zip lines. I have been on both and although canopy River is twice as expensive I feel it is worth every penny. It includes a mule/horse, ride up the mountain at the end of the tour. With canopy zip line you basically have to climb a lot of steps up to the various zip lines with the last zip line returning you to where you started. With canopy River zip lines you start at the top and you’re going downhill all the time. Canopy zip lines has nine zip lines whereas canopy river zip lines has 11 zip lines, (I remember it having 13 many years ago). I believe you have to go to Tripadvisor to find canopy river zip lines. I don’t believe Viator offers that.

The zipline experience was amazing! Highly recommend ! Our guides were funny and made the experience awesome. Only wish it was little shorter because at the end we waited good hour to leave otherwise I would do it again.

Okay, this was an amazing way to spend the day! Iran & Israel made every line an absolute blast, their love for their job made this a 10/10 experience! Hands DOWN do this, we had so much fun. The whole crew working up there were so friendly and welcoming, thanks a bunch!!

What an amazing time and fantastic group! The guides were wonderful, helpful, and absolutely hilarious too. They made a fun experience that much better. Carlos, Iran, Brian, and Jorge were awesome. The tequila and raicilla tasting afterwards was the cherry on top. Our driver picked us up perfectly on time in the Zona Romántica and it was easy to find the meet up spot. I recommend trying once upside down!

An incredible experience!! Javier and Yohan were our instructors, and they were just excellent. So funny and sweet, and we felt so safe with them. they were also very diligent in informing us of exactly what we needed to do, we were pros by the end of their lesson. The nature was BREATHTAKING, the zip lining exhilarating. The prices were so low too, we were shocked! even for pictures. Everything was just perfect, simply perfect. Wish I could go again. 10/10 recommend to all vacationing in PV!

This was an amazing zip line trip. We had riders ranging from five years old to 76 years old. They did great with everyone. Everyone had so much fun. Great price as well. Israel and all of the guides were amazing.

Excellent time as a solo traveler. Met some lovely tour guides - Jose, Iraan along with a fun group of tourists. Ziplining experience felt very safe and thrilling. Tour guides were funny and entertaining. They provide transport from Puerto Vallarta in an open van which makes for a great drive along the coastline. Great experience overall!

Great spot for all ages of kids. Price was incredible and they worked with us to get us back to boat on time. Took a while to wait for others at the bar… but understandable to only take one van back.

Beautiful scenery, great excitement. The tour guides were very entertaining and helpful. It was our 1st zip line, so two of our party of 3 were terrified. But they made it quite comfortable. Also, we had lunch at their restaurant which was outstanding for its food, ambience & hospitality.

My kids and I had such a great time here. It was my daughter's first time on a zipline and my son's second, but his first experience like this. The staff was amazing, they made sure everyone was not only safe, but having a fun time throughout. I highly recommend!

The guides were soooo funny! Had us really laughing. I can’t remember their names, but we loved them and they made us feel safe. It was beautiful and fun, but it was really the guides who made it so great.

Enjoyed it thoroughly and worth the price ..Crew was very funny. They picked us from Romantic Zone and dropped us back. There is nice little restaurant if you want to spend some time in nature. Overall you can easily spend 3-4 hours in fun filled way

The zip lines were a lot of fun and our guides Jorge, Jose, Israel and Iran were fantastic. They really kept the energy going and had a wonderful sense of humour! Kept us laughing. I highly recommend this experience for zip lining ONLY. Things to note: We only went on 9 zip lines and not 11 as advertised. There isn’t really a swim activity. We paid USD34 for the zip line and they were charging USD50 for photographs. They do not allow personal cameras but the price of the photos that they provide does not make sense to cost more than the price of the activity. They ask you to promote them on social media once we leave the experience but you would have to pay USD50 for the photos. The restaurant is also over priced for food that is below average.

We had a wonderful time today, very organized and fun times for everyone. The 3 of us from Canada) matched with 2 other couples from Northern Cali, different levels of experience. Israel and Jorge made the adventure that much more fun!!

We visited on labor day and were the only two in the morning doing the ziplines which was nice to have all to ourselves. Our tour guides, Javier and Iran we very professional, funny and made sure we understood all the rules properly. We even were able to go across a zipline upside down which was scary but exciting. The views were phenomenal. There is a tasting tour and restaurant that you can hang out at while you wait for the driver to take you back to the meeting point. Picture prices were affordable.

This is a great tour. It is safe and fun. The guides do not make you do anything you don't want to do. They adapted to everyone's comfort level and skill set. The photographers got candid shots of everyone that you could not taken yourself. You get lots of great photos at a reasonable cost - and you are not required to purchase them. There was zero pressure. And the palapa cafe was clean and food was good and very reasonably priced. The restaurant staff also VERY nice and we thought it was worth staying around. This is how the locals make a living - so same as in American culture, tips are very much appreciated. p.s. There is no cell service in the park - sit back and relax take it all in. That is why you come on vacation :) :)

A beautiful setting just 10 min from town. We took a taxi here and enjoyed the forest scenery and the zipline adventure. Guides Israel and Jorge were great. Both kids (9 and 12) and adults enjoyed.

The guy to hook you into the zip lines do a great job and it’s very safe. I would say they are overly aggressive about tips and the pictures are ridiculously expensive. Definitely do not ride with them from the pick up spots either take an Uber to the site or take a rental car. We had heard that they will trap you there for hours to buy the pictures and drink tequila.

We first did the Zipline at Nogalito Ecopark in 2022, and returned this year with my two nieces. We had a blast. The staff are safety-conscious yet lots of fun. The setting is beautiful. Ziplining "upside down" was just incredible. And, glimpsing the ocean...! Thanks to our guides, Israel, JC (Juan Carlos), Iran, Brayan were fantastic. We also enjoyed the tequila tasting at the end, and a chance to mingle and chat a bit with some locals. Highly recommend!

Best experience ever!! Our tour guides made me and my friends feel safe, Israel and Javier were so friendly and joked around with us the whole time making it so fun. They go over all the ways to be safe and you see most of the guides zipline before u to make it to the other side to catch you, so it gave you a better feeling of the zipline safety, over all i loved it and laughed more than ever and i would do it again

The zip line experience was amazing but DO NOT book it through TripAdvisor they canceled my tour while I was already at the place we never got picked up we had to take a Uber 50mins away it was a disaster they gave no explanation nothing so I had to pay out of pocket. Book directly with the tour company…
