Yelapa & Secluded Private Beach All Inclusive Adventure

Always a fun day trip in Banderas Bay with a class act company. The staff love to spoil you during the entire trip, while pointedly ensuring your safety. Had a few dolphins escorting us home too.

The day trip to Yelapa was amazing! The main guy, Ricky, was so thorough, funny, and friendly. The same goes for the entire crew. We never had to ask for anything from them because their service was next level! We did everything - saw whales on the boat ride there, got ATV rides to the waterfall where we snacked, jumped off rocks, and swam in the cool pond, then headed back to the beach club for lunch, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and lounging in the pool On the boat ride back we saw tons of dolphins, had more drinks, and stopped the boat in the middle of the ocean to go down the slide and jump of the top of the boat. SO FUN!! He played great musing the entire time as well so there was dancing and singing, too. All this cost less then $200 per person including extras in the little town and tips and the shuttle to and from Sayulita. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TRIP!!!

Even though the name of the tour indicates it, the tour did not include Yelapa. It was just the all-inclusive private beach club. Ricky was the tour leader, and he was the best ever. He was very attentive and inclusive without being intrusive. The rest of the crew was equally attentive. The open bar meant truly open. The crew never let your drink get to the bottom before they approached you to see if you wanted another. The drinks might have been watered down a bit, but that was a good thing. If you wanted a "double", all you had to say was "Por Favor". The location was outstanding, the facilities were clean, and the food and drink kept coming. We opted for the optional $30 ATV ride through a small fishing village and to a beautiful waterfall, which is not to be missed. We have pretty much done most everything in Puerto Vallarta over the years, and this tour was a great day and good value for the money.

The tour is known to canceling your “excursions” if it’s not filling up to capacity it will refund your ticket or offer a cruise they have that is being booked. Have to take out two separate excursion. He didn’t purchase the excursion he thought for going on, but they did give us an option to cancel.

this was a fantastic excursion. the food and drinks were great. the people who worked the venue were kind and attentive. i highly recommend this event

Great vibes from Ricky and the rest of the staff was incredible. One guy was taking drink orders in the ocean swimming and it was cool to see.

It was a great excursion! The staff was the most attentive of any excursion we have ever taken - always making sure we had water and other drinks from the bar, cleaning up garbage, serving snacks and lunch. I would definitely recommend it!

Walk the rope bridge; wade through waterfall…exhilarating…paddle board/kayak was pleasant with calm waters…Dolphins and whale spouting water were a wonderful bonus The entire coastline was cool from the sea

We did not get to go on our tour today because my son woke up at 4 AM throwing up and he never does that. What I wanted to write is that I give them five stars because they refunded our money and I really appreciated that we will definitely book when we come back next year. Thanks you for thinking of our situation you made my son not feel guilty about being sick.

Ricky and the crew were great, we had some teenagers and ourselves, he made sure we all had fun. The staff was literally there anytime you needed anything. Even swam drinks out to the ladies on the paddle board. Customer service was top notch

My wife and I really enjoyed the boat trip. The boat was large and spacious, the washrooms were big enough to accomodate the guest. The snokeling spot didn't offer much to see as it was slightly too deep, the warm water and the crew interactions (bringing drinks out to swimming customers ) was a nice touch. The overall location was good. The hick to the falls was easy and the sites and people along the way were good. The falls had low water flow due to the drought, but were beautiful nonetheless. Thanks for the good time!!

this was hands down our favorite part of our trip. all the staff were super attentive, constantly bringing drinks and making sure everyone was having a great time. they literally swam margaritas out to us: 10/10 service!!! there’s tons of dancing and fun activities all day, plus the food was amazing. i cannot recommend this enough. it’s a great way to get a taste of the area outside your resort while keeping the good vibes rolling. also a great price for all the things that are included. shout out to papi chulo for such a fun experience!!

Wonderful ❤️ The crew took incredible care of everyone. The food, the drinks, the service were top notch. When we stopped for swimming, there was a turtle floating around the boat and whale breaching so close to us. The host Ricky was great, entertained us and made it a memorable excursion. Book this excursion!

The whole crew is very attentive, professional and friendly. The food, drinks and vibes made our entire day. We didn’t want it to end! You can either hang out on the boat all day, or take advantage of the activities included like snorkeling, paddle boarding, a massage on the boat (what!!) and some time in Yelapa. The boat is clean and very comfortable. The food was fresh and delicious. We saw other tour boats while out on the water, and ours looked wayyy nicer. We are very happy we did it! *we were a little skeptical due to the politics in Mexico at the moment, but our entire experience was wonderful. We felt safe and comfortable the entirety of the trip. Would definitely book again!

Phenomenal and unforgettable experience from booking to debarkation. These guys are on it and Danny and Company's service was the best we had on our entire cruise. Everyone from our youngsters to grandma had an excellent time vibing to the music, sippin the bottomless cocktails, grubbin on the delicious food and snorkelin the cove. Just Do It!!!

Yelapa was great. Main Ricky guide could have made it more fun and personalized by introducing his bartender and crew. He only kept saying his name. Jorge and a few of the attendants were super good and always making sure we were happy it just would have a whole different, better personalized experience had they introduced themselves. Especially since the boat had 1/4 of their usual capacity. The slide was fun, jumping off the top. Jack was fun hiking up to see the waterfalls was great. It just could’ve been a five star experience instead of a four star experience.

We just did this tour for the second time after an amazing experience last year and have confirmed it will be a yearly thing! The service and quality of food & beverage is as they say, outstanding! In fact the food was better this year. It was a smaller crowd so they used a different boat then last year, we preferred it. Much better seating arrangement on top and more comfortable chairs. The only negative was the tender back from our time at Yelapa. Having been there before we didn't need as much time as they allotted and were ready to come back and waited on the dock for an hour. Would have been nice to have a couple of pick up times. Just a suggestion but we will not hesitate to do this tour next year!!! Thank you for an amazing day!

6 of 5 stars for the crew. They were super fun and helpful :) My teens loved jumping off the top deck at the swim stop. We would have liked more time swimming either from the boat or a relaxing spot on the beach in Yelapa but both stops felt pretty short. Yelapa was beautiful, but we didn't see a good area for "setting up on the beach." Other than the shorter than expected stops, the other minus that dropped the stars was the exhaust. Our boat's exhaust was brown and sometimes even darker. None of the other boats I saw left such a yucky plume. They need to tune up the engine or maybe use a cleaner fuel.

A fantastic boat tour. Boat had comfortable seating and lots of room. The staff was friendly and provided amazing service. The food and drinks provided were also wonderful. We would have like more opportunity to swim and snorkel, but I think we would have had to pick a different tour. The hike to the waterfalls was really not worth it, but little village we stopped at was lovely. We were a group of 15 ranging in ages 23-83 and we all had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend.

We had fun with the crew, the service is good. Food is OK, drinks were plenty. The problems are that we didn’t see whales, the snorkeling was not a good spot, you couldn’t see anything in the water, nothing! We were able to see all the tropical fish in Aruba Cancun Hawaii, but nothing here.. Also we came from a cruise and didn’t expect almost 4 hours on a small boat again, little bumpy, my son got sea sickness threw up, he was miserable!

Comfortable boat, great food and great crew. The snorkeling wasn’t the best but water was calm and clean and fun to swim in. Sexy David kept the party going and the drinks were good and plenty!

Not as expected. Boat was in pretty rough condition. Trip was rushed, you only get an hour in each destination. Then you’re about 5 hours on the water. The smell coming out of the bathroom made me gag. You can smell it all over the first deck. Bring a sweater for the morning if you decide to take this tour. Also do not think it will be at all relaxing. I personally don’t recommend this trip but maybe it’s for you.

Chica Loca is the best! I have been on several tours with them and they always deliver. The mega yacht is a beautiful vessel, clean,modern and comfortable. The crew is fun and attentive to every need and detail of the trip. There was plenty of delicious food and drinks served with a smile. Loved having a photographer on board to capture the day AND a masseuse for a mini massage...WOW! Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the bay, visit Yelapa and make some unforgettable memories! Thank you Chica Loca.

Amazing! A group of 16 of us did the Yelapa tour and it was above and beyond my favorite part of this Puerto Vallarta trip. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, funny, and entertaining. Toward the end of the trip my ears hurt and they turned the music down, such a kind gesture and I did not even ask. They are just that attentive to their guests and the experience they provide. The food was better than the food I’m eating at my resort. The drinks kept coming and the music was on point. I will return to PV and do another tour with Chica Loca!

Overall, it was a nice experience and a great way to get out on the water while vacationing in the area. One reason I chose this tour was because they had a pickup at the Nuevo Marina- which is very close to Bucerias. The "yacht" was spacious and comfortable. There were many options for seating on main deck and upper deck. The staff were incredible and extremely attentive. I never had to leave my seat for a drink! Although, not having coffee onboard when tour started at 8 am was unfortunate. David- our emcee, DJ and trip leader- was fantastic. Excellent communication throughout the day. After picking up more people at the Puerto Vallarta Marina, we had two stops. First was to get in the water. Paddleboards, kayaks, swimming, etc. This was a fun experience and just the right amount of time to enjoy the water. Second stop was Yelepa. I chose to wander around the island on my own, rather than walk to the waterfall. It is an interesting island and our time there (1 hour) was adequate. The main beach was a too far away to walk to during our time at Yelepa. The only negative of this day long adventure was the volume of the music. It was so loud that it interfered with my ability to have any conversation and my overall experience. Blasting music really did deter from my ability to enjoy the adventure. Some tips: It is cool in the morning on the boat- bring a layer or extra towel. Get your coffee BEFORE boarding!

We recently experienced this excursion as a large group of family and friends, and overall, it was just okay. One of the biggest frustrations was the inconsistency with timing. The company stresses the importance of arriving at the pier on time, which we made sure to do. However, once everyone else had arrived, our guide insisted that we wait for one couple who was more than 30 minutes late. When this was questioned, his response was simply, “my boat, my rules.” That was not a great way to begin the excursion and set a disappointing tone for the rest of the day. Additionally, snorkeling was not offered, even though some of us were expecting that as part of the experience. The beach shown in the promotional photos is also not the same beach where you actually relax if you choose not to participate in the waterfall hike, which felt misleading. They do offer massages, but you have to put your name on a list, and there’s no guarantee you’ll actually get one. It seemed to depend on time and availability, which wasn’t clearly communicated upfront. Overall, it’s an okay excursion, but based on our experience, I would not choose to do it again.

The entire experience was fabulous! The best part about it was the staff, they were extremely attentive to everyone’s wants and needs. The boat was also exactly the way it was shown, it is far nicer than a lot of the other ones you see going out for tours. They even had massages! I enjoyed myself immensely the entire time. The only thing was that you couldn’t see anything in the snorkelling part. Although, that may have had something to do with the very rough seas they’ve had here and everything was very murky. Overall, I would highly recommend this experience.

Chica Locca, the operator, delivered a great experience; DJ David was very playful and made the time on the boat fly by. Crew was the absolute definition of attentive. For example, one passenger tracked a bunch of sand onto the deck of the boat. When that passenger realized his mistake, he went to shake his shoes off over the side of the boat. As soon as he stood up, a member of the crew was there to mop up the mess. Literally right away. None of the crew was ever still, either cleaning the boat surfaces or serving passengers. The only down side is that I never got the massage included in the tour but seeing as I didn’t even know it was an option, I’m not upset about it. Def recommend.

Service was 10 out of 10 Staff went beyond our expectations. Drinks were flowing food was served. I use a wheelchair and they were very courteous. I cut my foot on the boat and they we’re extremely attentive Had a massage for free but I gave a nice tip. A fun time.

This tour was amazing from the moment we stepped on the boat til the moment we got off the boat. This crew really knows how to have fun, bring people together, and make an experience a great one. I would highly recommend. Thank you to all of you again!

6 girls from Canada went on this boat and let me tell you we had a blast! The service was amazing, the food from the minute we got on we got served breakfast, drinks non stop never had to wait. lunch was amazing better than our hotel and then snacks. Plus the girls got massages you had to sign up for. Music was vibin, everyone on the boat was just dancing and having fun. The stop to Yelpa was beautiful and even the stop in the ocean where they came out and served tequila shots for me and the girls to do body shots. Hands down best party on the island, all the staff was fun, nice and respectful.

This was the second year we conducted this tour, and it was again a great experience. This year, however, there were children present, which added a new dynamic to the event and required additional attention to safety and engagement. Overall, the tour continued to be successful and enjoyable for all participants (minus the kids).

A great all day tour! The boat is massive and very well maintained. Great drinks, food, and service from everyone on the boat. My boyfriend actually lost his sunglasses at the snorkeling spot (they fell off his face), and one of the crew members dived to the bottom to get them! Highly recommend if you're looking for a boat tour in the area.
