Snorkel & Epic Boat Ride To Los Arcos Sanctuary

This experience was well worth it. Eduardo was an incredible guide. We had so much fun and the snorkeling was beautiful.

This trip is very well valued! Armando was absolutely amazing and informative and so very friendly. You felt very welcome from the moment you met him. We adored the snorkeling and saw so many fish. Armando was one of the best guides we have had in any tour. Incredible knowledge, great energy, very warm. Tour was just what we wanted. Staying in the romantic zone we wanted to be able to walk to the pickup point right here at the pier. And then it was a beautiful ride out to Los arcos where we started with lots of education about the islands and the water and the wildlife. Even got to see some blue-footed boobies (birds) which only show up in a few places in the world. Then we all got in the water and Armando led us safely through a beautiful cave. Meanwhile he was taking photos of all of us in and out of the water which he provided to us even before we returned to the shore, for no charge. Unexpected and something we could not have done that easily. One of our favorite photos he took was from underwater looking up at my wife and I holding hands with a big fish in the foreground. Unbelievable. The other pleasant surprise was after the snorkeling portion he took us to a private beach where just the six of us were able to hang out and wander and wade into the water which was a beautiful blue color and a gorgeous spot. We had breakfast sandwiches too. We took the 9:00 a.m. tour which we were unsure of at first but the water was calm and the light was great and we were back around 11:30. Highly recommend this tour.

Excellent tour. It’s well worth the money. You leave and return by a boat from Los Muertos pier in old town. This makes it a really enjoyable boat ride seeing PV south shore from the water, in addition to an excellent tour of the Los Arcos and snorkelling. Our guide was very friendly personable and knowledgeable in local history, legends and the environment. He was very thorough explaining the safety procedures, day’s itinerary, our well-being and that we got to see many fish, birds and points of interest. I highly recommend the tour to anyone who wants try snorkeling and explore the Los Arcos national park. I will look at Los Arcos differently from now and will bring any of my visitors anytime.

We had an amazing time! Aeri was an incredible guide and was very knowledgeable of the marine life, biodiversity, and even the bird population. When the visibility wasn't great with the two spots we went to, he took us to another one just out of kindness and we saw sea turtles, manta rays, and pufferfish. Truly an amazing experience--highly recommend.

We had an absolute blast snorkeling at Los Arcos! From the moment we met up at Los Muertos Beach everything was perfectly organized and incredibly fun! Eddie was an amazing guide, very professional, attentive and knowledgeable about the best spots to see the marine life. 🐠 The views were breathtaking and we felt completely safe and taken care of throughout the entire tour. If you are visiting Puerto Vallarta, you cannot miss this. It’s a 10 out of 10 experience and we will definitely do it again!

Such a nice experience with professional people in charge. The guide guy, Eddie, is very experienced and his treatment is super human (kudos for the patience he had with me lol), I was very nervous at the beginning of the experience cuz I didn't know how to breathe through the snorkel and he patiently took the time in the water to help me control my breath and practice. Once I got it, I enjoyed so much all the sea life I was able to see, times fly snorkeling so I highly recommend to use long sleeves to avoid burning. I took this tour twice, is a amazing experience, today in particular the visibility was incredible, Eddie our guide was very nice, he explains all the history about Los arcos, animals, a little bit of Puerto Vallarta, the tour included a lunch, water, towel, ofc the snorkel, and one extra detail: they take pictures for free when you in the water. The tour has 2 different sites for snorkel, Los arcos and playa Paredón, in the way you can play songs and enjoy the view, was amazing, you should definitely go!.

It was great. Eduardo was informative and personable. He greeted us by name and took many times to show us important facts about the island and the conservation efforts. I am a non swimmer and didn’t plan on going into the water and just let my son snorkel. Eduardo showed me there was nothing to worry about and he made a great effort to have me join in and not feel like I was a burden on the group. I think this is a great way to be introduced to snorkeling for non swimmers and i give many thanks to Eduardo for making this a bucket list achievement for me. They provide water, bagel sandwich and a towel to dry off. You get two places to snorkel, a small beach and a great boat ride on Lily either a great Capitan! A must for any traveler in Puerto Valarta!

The trip was great! Beautiful relaxing boat ride from PV to Los Arcos. We saw many birds, particularly the Blue-footed Boobie! And the snorkeling was good too. Lots of different kinds of fish, including a Moray eel. Eduardo was a fun, informative guide who knows a lot about a lot of things!! We were lucky to get him on both this trip and a visit to the turtle camp to release the turtles!! I highly recommend taking the boat ride out to Los Arcos versus the bus. So many sights to see along the shore. Oh, and the sandwiches were yummy too. 😄Thanks, Eduardo!!

It was an incredible experience, surrounded by so many fish and wildlife, the guide Eddie was very knowledgeable and attentive at all times, we had two snorkeling sessions and finished the tour with a delicious ham and cheese bagel. Additionally, they take photos of you at all times and send them to you later.

I loved the tour, the guides are very well prepared gave us a very good experience, we had to visit the arches in very good season the water was crystal clear and the guide all the time is attentive with those of us who are snorkeling and help if necessary to people with less experience, I like that the tour left the beach dead as it facilitates us the arrival and return to our hotel excellent service 👌

Incredible experience, I was encouraged to go alone and the truth throughout the tour made me feel very comfortable. The guys explain all the way interesting animal data that we could see on the tour. They are very nice and at all times are on the lookout if you need anything, definitely a 100/10!

It's a pretty informative and recreational tour, totally full of information about the biology of the place, all very well explained, Alex a great guide and quite experienced in his work, super recommended the tour. We saw turtles, jellyfish, rays and quite a variety of fish.

They recommended the tour and I was delighted, it is quite economical for the quality it has. I really liked the attention they gave us and the opportunity to swim close to the arches, even if I wanted to see a whale, maybe for the next occasion I will come back with them for that activity on my next visit!!
