Terrible experience to up charge you at every step then under deliver with every following step. I expect it will be a huge hassle to get back to the airport. Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid the salesmen as you walk out the airport. Go directly to the provider outside. He will give a sales pitch as well
Easily and quickly met at the airport! Nice clean car.. When they saw that I used a walker I got a car instead of a shuttle van. Driver very friendly! I come down here to Vallarta 2-3 times a year and always use Viator/Grayline. Never failed me.
Our trip got cancelled due to a hurricane. I was very impressed by the company's flexibility and understanding to the situation and in an age where every major tourism company would try to make a quick sale rather than build a long term relationship, it was refreshing to see how helpful they were and refunded me the dues. Even prior to this, their communication has been timely and very convenient. Highly recommend!
Our trip was canceled (flight and hotel) due to Hurricane Simon. We called on 10/09/26 and spoke to Marcos and advised him that our trip was canceled due to Hurricane Simon and requested our refund on our shuttle transport. Marco’s stated he would email us with the cancellation information but we have yet to receive that.
At both side of the transportation, the drivers were fantastic. They were helpful and shared great information about Puerto Vallarta.
I booked this transport for one. The driver got me where I needed to go on time and safely. Would highly recommend
To keep walking outside of the airport. Also have cash on hand for tips and other expenses. Also have currency calculator downloaded on your phone.
As we got to get line they informed us that we had to pay another $27 extra otherwise they would not give us service. Had no choice to pay for them to take us to the hotel. My question is if cost more how come we weren’t charge from the beginning. This should be round trip. Is it going to be same problem? Are we going to get service back to airport?
Our hotel what listed on any of the “zones” lists for PVR. I looked it up online and it said Zone 2, so that’s what I booked. At the airport, the company said it was another zone and charged us more. They could have set the price at whatever they wanted and we had no choice. I’d already prepaid. Also, it isn’t a shuttle as advertised. It’s just a regular car. On the return trip, they were late and came in an actual taxi. Just book a taxi or Uber. This was a ripoff.
They just throw you in a taxi anyways. Just get a taxi instead, its cheaper option in reality. I booked this because I didnt want to use the taxis and wanted to use a reputable name, cost more , but didnt care because I didnt want a taxi, they used taxis to stick me in at 1/2 the cost to them of what I actually paid for. Just FYI. Over paying, especially if more than one person.
Great communication and great service.
Great customer service and have nice rides. The part I don't like where they tell you that you need to meet one of their representatives the next day from 9:00 to 12:00 to set up your return trip back to the airport only to find out they try to sell you excursions and you already killed half your day.
I would recommend booking thru Viator. It was easy, quick, secure and reliable. Gray line driver was very professional.
The driver was smart and knowledgeable and friendly
Used Gray Line for transportation service to and from the PV AirPort. They were easy to locate amidst the busy arrival area and the ride to the resort was comfortable. Pick up at the resort for the return trip was on time and drop off was seamless. Jose our return driver was very pleasant and provided us with local information during the drive. The representative at the resort was polite, informative and applied no pressure when discussing excursions.
It was good!! We got right in a private transfer and he took us straight to our resort and was friendly!
The best company 👌...!!!Friendly, professional transportation !!! Very good communication !!! Recommendation !!!
They are on top of everything when you arrive, but leaving was another story. We did not have a late model car that was exclusively for us for our return to the airport. First, they were late, pickup was to be at 9:40AM, depart at 9:45AM. I had called the rep that works at the hotel 5 times in a row and she did not answer. Which when we spoke she said, if your ride is not out there, call me. Went to see her and she called, which they said stuck in traffic, be there in 10-minutes which puts at 10AM now, okay, no worries, just wish you would have answer the phone or someone update us. After a short wait, a gentlemen walks up and says he is with GrayLine, no name tag, no shirt. I called the rep, she answered this time, and asked does she know who this person is. She said he is with us. I advised her that he doesn't have a shirt, and is telling us to take a cab and we will not have to pay. And she said yes, because we can't get the normal cars into the hotel. Which is crazy because we were dropped off at the lobby entrance, Uber picks up at the lobby entrance, our boat captain picked us up at the entrance. I don't like the switch at the end and lying about it. As the porters told us, they can get in, they just don't have the cars available.
From pickup to return to the PV airport everything was smooth Reps at airport and hotel very attentive and helpful . They were tgere to help and do not leave you stranded or unattended until cabs arrive and they help you in .and sent you on your way …. Drivers good . Thanx Grey Line
I booked and payed on line however as soon as we arrived I was told that we would need to pay an additional $27.00 if we wanted to be taken to our hotel, it also had to be paid in cash!!! Don't ever use Gray Line or trip advisor for your transportation needs.
The pickup was fine. But I paid for a roundtrip and only recieved one pickup. I needed to switch my pickup day and was told that could easily be done. But when I contacted someone, they said the transfer already happened. But the first pickup only happened, not the second one! So I paid $92 for ONE pickup. I will not be using this service again. Uber was only $25. This is taking advantage of travelers. It's gross.
A little difficult finding the rep for Greyline at the airport but after that all went well. The ride was quick and the driver friendly
I booked this through Viator. Viator could not provide me with pick up info to return to the airport. I tried right up until the night before. I requested a refund since they did not provide round trip service. Viator refused stating the tour operator, Gray line stated they came to pick me up at the hotel and I was a no-show. I had to call an Uber because I had no information on the pick up nor did Viator even know the information..
Our recent trip to Puerto Vallarta using Gray Line for our travel from the Airport to our resort and back to the airport was great. The drivers were very friendly and respectful. Would definitely use there service again.
Alma R Rivero (Renee) was so helpful. She was my representative from Gray Line PV, she was able to tell me about lots of cool activities to do in Puerto Vallarta (it was my first time there), as well as she was always there for me when I needed, gave me a city tour package as a gift for my bday after I bought a scuba diving trip and helped me to adjust my departure time from the hotel when the flight was delayed. Overall really great service, i highly recommend!
nice air conditioning ride to and from resort. Driver very courteous. he answered most of our questions about how the weather was during our visit and what to expect.
I was led to believe that the company would take me to my resort. However, upon landing in Puerto Vallarta I was told it would be an extra $200 round-trip since they did not go to region five. I took a different way to get out to my resort and would never use this company again.
easy and to the point. drive on the way back was done with shady taxi ride, did not give the same feel as when going to hotel from airport. Wish the ride back had been with a better car considering the payment plan and information supplied. Still recommend.
I booked a round trip transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. The trip from the airport to the hotel went just as planned, but they missed our trip from the hotel to the airport, leaving us stressed and having to find alternate transportation for our departure.
We used Gray Line thru Expedia Canada in Puerto Vallarta to transfer from airport to hotel . Excellent and prompt service both ways . No complaints at all .
They explained everything great and were very helpful with loading and unloading our suitcases we enjoyed the service to the hotel
Grey line was great to work with. They picked me up from the airport and made sure I got back there for my return flight. I was able to book some tours through them which used Vallerta Adventures. The rep at the hotel explained I need to take a taxi over to Vallerta Adventures but that was only about 40 pesos each way. One thing you should know is that when you land in PV you will clear customs and collect bags. You well then walk through a lobby where there are lots of people holding signs. KEEP WALKING until you are outside and find the grey line rep. The guys inside are trying to scam you into time shares by offering free massages and tours. They will act like they are who you need to speak to for your transfer to your hotel but unless they are wearing a grey line shirt, just keep walking
The ride from the airport was efficient. However the return pickup for 8:15 am (per Alex) never showed and the hotel had to call a taxi to get us to the airport. I paid for round trip.
Grayline told us they could not find our reservation even though it was confirmed and it took an hour of calling Viator and Grayline before they picked us up from the airport.
I never found the rep at the airport. Had to take taxi. I couldn’t reach reservations to let them know my flight was delayed 3 hours
Pickup at the airport was confusing but once we found them, it went well. Got to our hotel without issue. They handed me a paper and told me to take it to the front desk the day before I left to arrange for transportation back. The next morning (day after I got there) I had received a text at 0730 about my pickup at 9am to be taken back to airport. I woke up after 9am and was told to just call the number on the paper they gave me and the customer assistance would help. The day before I left, I called both numbers on the paper, neither of which went through. I went to the front desk at my resort with my paper and they told me they couldn’t help me as the gray line rep had left for the day. Upon waking up the day before I left, I also messaged the tour guide on Viator and explained my situation, asking for help. I asked for conformation that we could still be picked up on 4/24, which was the day I stated online when I purchased the transfer, as well as the first time I messaged the tour guide after booking. They didn’t reply for 24 hours, until we were packed up, in a taxi, on the way to the airport. Upon requesting a partial refund from Viator, Viator customer service told me I could not have a partial reimbursement despite not receiving the service , because “they were prepared to take me to the airport.” If you have no issues, hypothetically would be great company. But lack of customer service, lack of answers through customer support chat & tour guide chat, and huge miscommunication. Very dissatisfied, will be refuting charge with my bank since Viator won’t refund. Don’t waste your money on a transfer. We fit 4 adults, 6 suitcases, and 4 backpacks in one taxi and it was only $40 total. Taxi instead.
We were pleasantly surprised by how great this shuttle service was. I was honestly worried after reading some of the previous reviews. Our transfer was included with our Costco package, so I was even more worried as we didn't book directly. We found them after asking directions as we didn't know exactly where to find them (don't cross to where the big buses are, turn left right after coming out of the airport and walk down the sidewalk and you will see their giant flag) Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind and professional. The vehicles used were very spacious and clean. On arrival they had no problem waiting for us to grab a couple of beverages from the Oxxo before departing to our hotel. We had to meet a representative the next day at our hotel to get our return slip. I absolutely hate doing this, but the window was very large and the lady was lovely. It was quick and painless, zero pressure to purchase any excursions. For the return shuttle our driver was early and waited for us. He brought us right to the departures door. We will definitely be using these guys again. Muchas gracias!!!
Pickup service from the airport to the hotel was fast and efficient. For the service to return to the airport, the driver went to the wrong Holiday Inn and was about 40 minutes late.
Do not book, take a taxi instead. It is significantly cheaper and more reliable to take a taxi from Puerto Vallarta Airport to your destination. The shuttle service never arrived to pick us up from our resort to take us to the airport, and we had to grab a taxi. Taxi rides are about $10 or less. I also attempted to contact the provider several times regarding a partial refund and the failure to pick us up, but received no response after multiple attempts. DO NOT BOOK THIS! I repeat, DO NOT BOOK!
Very attentive and easy to find at airport and be on our way! This was a no brainer-will Definitely use them again. Easy to find upon exiting airport. Within 3 minutes we were headed to our hotel with details on how to arrange return transfer. Driver was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us lots of details about the area and recommendations. I used the same company then to make excursion plans and again no issues at all. And recommended excursions were fantastic!
We had to get a Taxi to our hotel 3 km from the airport When we got to the taxi areas of the Puerto Vallarta airport there were no taxi's they are not allowed. What was there were private transfer cars and vans that charge excessive fees, we had to pay 340 pesos for a 3 km ride. I am glad it wasn't further as the cost climbs. Quite a scam If you need a less expensive taxi you go behind the Oxxo and cross the foot bridge and there's taxis on the other side where the same trip we took was 140 pesos, and way less for further trips as well.
Great service. Our driver was waiting on time to take us back to the airport. We would definitely use this service again. Would also recommend to our friends.
Excellent service. Helpful staff. Would book this company again without hesitation. We were traveling with six adults and two infants and there was plenty of room for all and our luggage
Speaking more Spanish thsn English is terrible as a American tourist company seem to Carter towards Spanish speaking individuals than folks who can only speak English also asking nine speaking Spanish for tips when leaving when trip is over but allowing Spanish to get off without being ask that's terrible also tips are not mandatory we already paid for the tour please do better making everyone feel comfortable
Fabulous, friendly service to Zona Dorada in Bucerias. I ended up being the only passenger both ways!!
I've had smoother transfers at other destinations. The aggressive time share sales guys will trick you when you arrive and are looking for your Transfer. It would be easier to have clear instructions as to who we are meeting and where. They packed us in a shuttle van with AC, which was nice. This is when I noticed that others were just jumping into taxis and were paying a lot less. A family of 3 jump onto our shuttle and paid cash right there for cheaper than what I paid online. Lesson learned. Instead of pick up being rearranged like you're paying for online, we had to hunt down a sales rep to book our return in hotel, this step is a waste of time. I prebooked to avoid this hassle but again, Lesson learned! Just come and pay for taxi which so many are doing. Save yourself some money.. I know that's what I'll do next time. Rep told us we might not get a shuttle back and there's a chance we will get a taxi; which they pay for at a cheaper rate which I could have the hotel arrange for us. Lesson Learned!
Read the instructions on where to meet. Worked great!!!! The guide met us and stood in line and got us on the next shuttle.
Be careful, the Website data entries did not match the actual hotel zone and pricing. Greyline associate corrected the shuttle number. Wait times for shuttles is a 15+ minutes in a chaotic area. Staff is friendly and courteous.
Very professional and punctual. Pleasant experience. Had some offers for tours and restaurant recommendations. That's always helpful
