Great show would see it again and would recommend people to come and see the show. Such a great experience.

Excellent show, Make sure to bring something to drink like water as the theatre is warm even though it's outside.
Once in a lifetime experience!! If you do just one excursion make it this one!! From the crew, to the dining experience and the show was unbelievable! Must see!!
Worth every penny from departure to the dinner and show a must do experience in Puerto Vallarta. Just do it !
WOW - we went into this with high expectations from seeing others’ videos but this exceeded them! This is set in a beautiful area with amazing decor and food.
The show was good, the food was amazing. The return trip on boat was the best, dancing and an awesome show by the crew!!!
Fun boat ride to and from the show. The theater show was spectacular. Excellent dinner. Unforgetable location!
Meal and show was fantastic. Absolutely worth seeing. However walking around is and can be treacherous when old. Plus it’s dark. Boat ride was great and the show the crew put on was amazing
Amazing show, amazing staff ! Plus the team members made it super fun on the boat ride to and from the island. Food afterwards was amazing as well. 10/10
The show was much better a few years ago when we came. And then people trying to take our picture every five seconds was very annoying. It ruined a lot of the experience for sure
The boat ride there and the performance was great, 5 stars. The guys hosting on boat 8 were very entertaining. The show costumes were beautiful and the performers were very talented👏🏽! The 4 stars overall was because the food and drinks lacked flavor and there’s a lot of walking on different terrain (which wasn’t mentioned in the description). Have mosquito/ bug repellent and wear very comfortable walking shoes because you’ll be walking on unpaved terrain. If you have difficulty walking (use a cane/ elderly/ knee or hip problems maybe reconsider).
Like a real life visit to Survivors’ Tribal Council with tiki torches thru the jungle, but with a buffet dinner and free flowing alcohol.
This is absolutely amazing ! The costumes were incredible. Food amazing ! Atmosphere unbelievable! Would definitely experience this again .
We've been to the show three times. It never fails to entertain. We had perfect weather and the whole pace was very relaxing. The meal in the jungle is a great experience under candle light.
This experience was so bad, I got the premier experience and it was a waste of money!!! The show was amazing but having the premier did NOTHING but get you first on boarding the boat and having a nice dinner. You sit front row with VIPS AND GENERAL which is crazy because I paid a lot more money then them to have a better experience then me!! You get no nice seating on boat, when getting on the boat your the last so get no seating!! Again don’t get the premier was a waste of money when you get the same with VIP AND GENERAL!!
Having seen this production many times over the past, ALMA was the very best! The acts, music, costumes, and environment were special and the buffet dinner was excellent. The boat ride to and from provided scenic views and non stop service/drinks.
The experience made for a great evening. Ticketing process, easy; seating on the catamaran, easy; booze available, too easy. The crew and music were good; Boat 16 with "David" the MC was super, super fun. The short jungle jaunt to the open-air outdoor theater was easy. The Alma show was incredible and highly entertaining, though we'd gone to Cirque du Soleil a couple of days earlier. The after-show dinner is worth the wait and has delicious food. In a romantic, candlelit, oceanfront jungle setting. The boat ride back to the port with David and his crew was a high point and an unexpected, pleasurable surprise because of their ????? (don't want to spoil the secret). The whole night was a runaway hit! Port fees and $20 per person access fees are extra. Take mosquito spray, a light jacket or umbrella just in case, and if you can afford it, buy the VIP or GOLD package. You won't regret it.
So much fun! An entertaining boat ride to and from the site and a very engaging show and delicious dinner and endless drinks! Wonderful evening!
This was the second time I've been and was an Amazing experience the crew on the boat take you over provide you all kinds of amazing information a little bit of Comedy and sometimes a show getting off the boat you experienced a walk through the jungle with characters up to the performance platform where you watch an amazing show and after that you eat an amazing dinner with options for everyone. The boat ride back is always a great time!
Dress comfortably and with comfortable shoes. It’s a bit of a hike on uneven dirt ground that no one told us about. Super hot and humid which is par for the course in PV, but it felt especially hot with so many people around. The show was good. Food was ok. No way for you to say I’m over it and come back. You’re stuck for hours until the boats arrive again. The best part was Boat 16’s entertainment on the ride back. It was fun and hilarious! It was touted as ancient civilization act but it’s more of an acrobatics and contortionist act. Nothing you haven’t seen on America’s Got Talent.
As others have said, this is a MUST DO IN PV! We have traveled the world and seen incredible shows and this whole evening ranks as one of the best experiences ever. From beginning to the end the entire crew and production were on their A game. The 45 mins boat ride was fun with drinks really flowing and everyone getting in the mood, the crew took care of you non stop. The island was awesome with all sorts of entertainers, loads of candles setting the mood and the show and all the performers were over the top. The buffest style dinner was scrumptious and plentiful and drinks flowed once again. We opted for the VIP package and we received great price to value. It allows you to board first, get fantastic front section seats and a nice area to dine...spring for it, it's worth it. The ride back was so entertaining with a surprise show from the crew and if you even had room for more drinks - well they didn't disappoint. They gave us umbrellas just in case and thankfully the real rain held off until we left the island. Dress comfortably to walk in the sand and be prepared to be mesmerized. Thank you to all.....
Anyone coming to PV should experience this amazing show. The boat ride is fun, the food is delicious and the show is amazing. Be prepared to dress nice, but comfortable as it is outdoors. We got to see dolphins and it rained super hard on the way back. The rain is refreshing. The only bad thing about this excursion is there were no taxis that would take us to Zona Romantica upon our return so be sure your phone is charged so you can request an Uber.
Overall a really good experience. The show was OK, seats not the most comfortable and outside in a very jungle environment (hot humid) Wish dinner had been before the show. Felt very adventurous!
Never disappoints, Vallarta adventures are always phenomenal, what a great time.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rhythms of the Night was absolutely magical! ✨ Beautiful scenery, incredible performances, perfect weather, and delicious food! Watching the show under the stars with the ocean nearby made it an unforgettable evening and a memory we’ll cherish forever. 🌴🌅❤️✨ A Magical Night to Remember in Puerto Vallarta! 🌴🌅
The activity was canceled due to bad weather. The staff was very attentive and helpful, but the reimbursement process is disappointing. Waiting 3–4 months for the refund to be reflected in our bank account is way too long. That’s a major downside.
an excellent excursion that I highly recommend The buffet had a nice selection of dishes and open bar on drinks was well worth the money charged for the entire event. Plus the costumes, acrobats and fire dancers were highly skilled
I was looking forward to this one, and we made it all the way to the island for dinner and a show while it was raining & lightning only to be told after we finished dinner that the performers cannot go on due to the weather (not the agency’s fault, but the rating is from my experience with how the operator handled things. Some people were never told why we were leaving the island before seeing the show. They also suggested we either rebook another activity or receive a refund, I opted to request a refund. It has been a few days and the operator only refunded $26 of my money. I am currently in the process of appealing that. I completely understand they could not control the weather but with as much money as we spent it would’ve been great for them to have handled this appropriately and make sure we received a quick refund without having to chase them down
This was a wonderful experience for both me and my spouse. The show itself is phenomenal—almost beyond words. The best comparison I can make is Cirque du Soleil with an Aztec-inspired atmosphere and setting. The performances, costumes, music, and scenery all come together to create something truly memorable. I was also pleasantly surprised by the buffet. I normally don’t have great experiences with buffet-style meals, but the food here was delicious and far exceeded my expectations. What impressed me just as much as the show was the customer service. When we checked in, our VIP wristbands were accidentally not provided. Once we brought this to the staff’s attention, the manager personally apologized when we arrived at the island and walked us over to make sure we received our wristbands. They also upgraded us to premium seating for the show as an apology. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a company responds to them. The staff handled the situation exceptionally well—not only correcting the mistake, but making us feel genuinely valued in the process. I highly recommend Alma – Rhythms of the Night. Of everything we did during our time in Puerto Vallarta, this was our favorite experience.
Excellent show. Love the natural surroundings with the candlelit paths. The actual show far exceeded my expectations. The dinner was good. Overall the experience was excellent.
I had the most amazing time at the Rhythms of the night show. It’s an absolute must-do in PV. The show was truly entertaining and dinner was pretty good as well. The party on the boat ride back was fantastic! If you’re thinking about booking this, do it!
The entire experience was so worth the cost. Boat ride from the port to the island was enjoyable. The show was phenominal. Dinner was a buffet with ample selections. Return boat ride back to port was enjoyable. If we would return with different friends, this is on the list.
Wow…just wow. If I were to give a detailed review of everything I loved about this show, I’d be writing a 10-page paper so here goes. My partner and I bought the VIP tickets which allowed for early boarding onto the boat (behind the Premium tickets) which went very smooth. Once we were on our boat and had our seats, the drinks started flowing. Our boat was #16 and our host was Danny. If you’re lucky enough to get Danny and his crew as your hosts, then just know that you’ve lucked out and you’re in for one hell of a night! Halfway into the boat ride there, Danny gave everyone clear and concise instructions so that no one gets lost and everything moves smoothly. Once we arrived at our destination, we were directed to the performance location, took our seats, and had our breaths taken away. Once the performance was over, we were directed to our buffet locations where the food selection was very pleasing with a good amount of variety. After about an hour, we were instructed to return to our boats where our host Danny, surprised us by making our boat a party boat by putting on an extra show for us! This was an experience that I’ll remember forever and I can’t wait to come back someday to give more of my friends and family this experience!
Outstanding, I have seen this show 4 times this year.
Excellent show, staff and crew very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I couldn't tip them because Vallarta Adventures took an additional, and to this day, unexplained $80 in "access fees" . This is excessive and leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth. At least explain what the fee is for. Sorry crew! Your employer nickel and dimes customers and that makes them less likely to tip
This shoe was absolutely amazing. Don't waste your money on the premier Michelin chef dinner cuz it was gross.
We had a great time on the trip. The crew of the boat were excellent at making sure everyone was kept with a full drink and comfortable with their seating and location on the boat. The show was great, we sat through a light rain and the show continued; we felt like we got a special performance because of the added lightning and light rain. Umbrellas were provided for everyone and there was water and drinks available. After the show we got a special area for vip dining right at the waters edge and we had servers bringing cocktails and beer and water as we asked for it. There were strolling musicians creating ambiance and it was a lovely experience. The boat ride back was wild with rain and choppy seas, but everyone was dancing in the rain and cocktails kept flowing. The last few minutes of the ride the crew put on a dance show that was high energy and lots of fun. I wouldn’t pay for VIP to get on the boat first or the separate dining area as it was mostly the same and close to everyone else but the overall experience was magical and I would recommend it again to anyone.
This is an outdoor experience, so prepare accordingly. The cruise was wonderful, the team was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the show was amazing. I don’t think we gave the performers enough credit or recognition during the performance due to the weather conditions. We understand it’s rainy season. Things happen. We were provided umbrellas for the cruise and kept them for the rest of the excursion. That was helpful. The people who designed the experience have to reconsider a couple things, terrain and the health and safety of guests and performers. It POURED from the time we sat down for dinner to the time we left the venue. There were no awnings or overhead protection from the elements, so guests who dressed for dinner and a show walked through mud and up steep inclines in sandals and dress shoes to sit on benches covered with rain. Umbrellas remained up during the entire performance, so if you were sat behind someone, the rain poured off the umbrella into your lap. Some guests were offered raincoats, some not. Trails were a challenge due to the mud or level of incline, and since most of us dressed for “dinner and a show” we weren’t prepared for slick, muddy terrain. Again, aside from the weather related issues, we had a wonderful evening. The review would have been 5 stars on a sunny day, but until the weather related issues are corrected, more reviews like this will come in.
The show was fantastic, the only thing is apart from the port fee they tell you last minute you have to pay another fee. I don't like been surprised by "fees". We paid for the premium but the food was not that good and portions were very small. Place was very nice but dirt no floors very rustic.
Ok excursion. Food was 5 out of 10. Long hike. Not handicap accessible. Trails, steps, and guard rails getting to the dinner were a little steep & sketchy. Decent show on the boat coming back. August is very hot and humid both day and night in Puerto Vallarta. Better bring a neck fan and a sweat towel.
The show was fantastic, dinner was good, basic buffet with salads, sides and a few different protein options. Drinks and desserts are also included. Instructions are provided in both Spanish and English making it easy. The boat ride there and back was very nice and the crew treated us to a fun show on our way back. The whole experience from check in at the marina and the return arrival took almost 6 hours. I would recommend this experience for anyone!!
From the very start to the very end they kept us highly entertained. This it literally the best show you will ever see! It’s the biggest highlight of our entire trip. The show has so many extremely talented performers! The ambiance and design of everything was just amazing! I’m so glad we did this! Thanks for the wonderful memory❤️
Great time . Absolutely amazing show. Performers were top class. Would recommend this show.
The experience overall exceeds our expectations. It was a very nice show and I highly recommend! The evening we went, it was supposed to be raining, but luckily the weather turned out so nice! The performers are really professional. They are so great doing their performances. The fire dance, air loop dance, the balancing performance, and the air dance are top tier performances! We got VIP tickets which have really good seats! Plus we have a really nice dinner overlooking the beach after the performance is one of the highlights too. Right from the start up to finish, it was very entertaining! The crews of boat 5 and the hosts are the best! Thank you so much for making our stay at Puerto Vallarta worthwhile!
Great experience from beginning to the end can’t complain about anything all my family really enjoyed it
Great experience from start to finish. Our host was hilarious and kept the energy up the entire time. The boat ride was beautiful, with great views and an open bar. The show itself was amazing, more acrobatics than dancing, but incredibly entertaining and impressive. I also liked that the experience was around two hours and didn’t feel overly long. Dinner was buffet-style above the water, and the food was surprisingly high quality for a buffet. Highly recommend!
the whole experience is fantastic: the cruise, the ambience of the place plus the jungle set up, the performers were amazingly talented, the food is delicious! it's a MUST experience! my family loved it!
Boat ride with Leon was great, literally the ride back included a dance party and show. Greatly enjoyed. The Rhythm of the Nights show was amazing. Very talented performers, very entertaining. Would definitely see again. With the humidity it was a little overwhelming, but they offer drinks to keep you hydrated. Buffet type dinner was after the show. Food was just ok, Nothing super fabulous stood out. The value for what you get was amazing, from the time we left the condo until we return was a 7 hour adventure.
Guide Danny and his crew are fantastic
Definitely worth it! We happened to experience rain along the way and while there, but that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful experience. The food was so delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive. The show is really spectacular. From the live band to the dancers, they all put on a great performance!!! Just a heads up, you do have to pay an additional port fee of $30 pesos/person and another fee of $20 per person when you check in.
