Puerto Vallarta Parasailing Experience

This was great fun! The team did an extraordinary job letting me know what was going to happen and following through. If a 72 year old guy can do this, so can you!

The whole crew was create and Alfredo was great with explaining everything and gave me piece of mind!

One of my absolute favorite experiences ever!!!! I have joint pain issues, so I wasn't sure if I could actually parasail, but Alfredo's team was superb! They made the whole process, from takeoff to landing, smooth and easy. Ten minutes in the air provides plenty of time to take in the amazing views. Truly a fantastic experience that I enthusiastically recommend :-)

Was a bit nervous going into until I read on Google that parasailing in less of a thrill activity and more akin to riding a Ferris wheel. Honestly it was awesome. I’m scared of heights but not once did I feel uncomfortable or any sort of fear. The staff also does a great job!

Amazing!!! Renne and Alfredo Are absolute gems. Booking was easy online , they made us feel very comfortable and safe , this is the business you want to deal with people. Do not listen to all those street vendors trying to sell parasailing tours , book online through viator , and that’s it, Renne and the awesome hilarious and caring Alfredo are the ones you want. Alfredo and his team are great. I was a little nervous at first, but, they are professional and made this easy. Take-off and landing were smoother than on my flight in from Chicago. Nicely done guys.

I hate heights. My daughter and husband went and said it was really chill, the scariest part is when you take off, after that you are just chilling high above the water. After my other daughter went, I felt like I had to do it as well (didn't want to be the only family member not doing it). Alfredo and his team talked me through the whole thing and made me feel as safe and secure as they could (knowing what was about to happen next). It was a lot of fun, I did feel safe and they talked me through the landing perfectly. You start and end on the beach... you never touch water. The rest of your party are able to take videos and they do take a video of you landing that they send to you. You get a great view of PV. They give you a pouch that hangs around your neck so you can have your phone with you to take pictures or videos. I would suggest to take videos. I was too scared to ensure my camera was focused so my pictures were blurry, but the videos I took are clear. I'm happy that I took the leap and went up into the sky.

I had a really incredible experience parasailing. Alfredo reached out to me ahead of time to give me very clear directions about where and when to show up and how to get there. The operation was a well-oiled machine: I walked up on the beach and got very good explanations of what to expect, put on a life jacket and harness and was up in the air in no time. They have waterproof bags to put your phone that you can wear around your neck when you go up, and you can still operate the touch screen so you can take photos or videos in the air without worrying about losing or damaging your device. The waterproof feature wasn't relevant for me (we took off from the beach and landed in practically the same spot) but it did offer peace of mind. The team also took video of my flight, and there was an additional drone operator that got incredible video of the experience for an additional charge - WELL worth the price, especially since I mostly wanted to take in the experience first-hand instead of fumbling with my own camera. The flight was smooth and I felt very safe every step of the way. They use a radio attached to your life jacket to give instructions while in the air

Alfredo Almaraz was great. He was able to take us in right away without the reservations. While my daughter was up in the sky she saw a whale. The whole team was nice and helpful on what to do. It was the best Christmas gift for both of us.

Enthusiastic and professional employees. They quickly showed us what we needed to know and my wife and I had a great time. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

This is such a late review but I can’t recommend this enough! The guys that help with the parasailing were INCREDIBLE! They helped in every way and provided a spectacular experience! There was a young girl who was fearful of doing this and spent the time to reassure her without pressure. My wife has a gate issue and they were so patient and helpful! This was her first time up in the air and she absolutely loved it! DO IT! You won’t regret the experience or this company!

Absolutely amazing time... 1st time for my wife and she wanted go back up... But we are headed back in 1 month to see the crew and introduce 3 people to parasailing. Bring a waterproof camera bag to take up and video the scenery!!!

I couldn't have been happier with the experience! I loved the radios to be able to talk to the kids while they were in the air. Alfredo and his team did such a fantastic job! Alfredo made sure to spend extra time with my autistic son to ensure he understood what was going to happen and what he needed to do. Highly recommend flying with them if you're in Puerto Vallarta!

The excursion was so much fun…our guide was very warm and friendly. He explained how the excursion would be conducted. He provided easy to understand instructions. In spite of the fact that my sister was initially nervous and wanted to back out, our guide reassured her and calmed her fears… she was happy she participated, too.

Parasailing was fun. It is a short excursion but you can see the beach and city as you sail along the beach. The cost of is very reasonable.

It was such an exhilarating feeling to be up in the sky - this is a great activity for someone that wants to do something unique but isn't an extreme thrill seeker (like me 😄) Bonus: one of the staff brought his 3 SUPER CUTE little piglets to romp around the beach nearby!
