10/10! We had the best time ever with Tommy, Emiliano and Paco! Would recommend the all terrain safari if you’re feeling adventurous on vacation. Thank you guys we will be back!

The UTV ride was awesome and incredibly fun, but it felt a bit too short! Because the travel time to get to and from the site is much longer than the actual activity time, we really wished the ride could have lasted a bit more. The UTVs themselves were very easy to drive. Since it had rained the night before, we had plenty of mud puddles to tear through—and boy, did we get drenched in mud! The experience also includes a short hike leading to a beautiful waterfall where you can jump in and swim. There were even two sweet dogs up there playing with the kids and enjoying the water. However, we had mixed experiences with the staff during our visit on Thursday, July 30th. One of our initial guides (I cannot recall his name) focused his attention entirely on the English-speaking, white American travelers in our group. Even though we were also traveling from the US, we felt a bit left out and excluded based on our appearance. On the flip side, once we arrived at the actual activity site, Emiliano was fantastic—super nice and incredibly attentive! The photographer was also great and made the experience special.

Highly recommend this tour, it’s so much even if you’re not an outdoor adventurous person, Tommy and Emiliano were super educational on how to use the ATVs and made sure everyone felt comfortable driving on the trail. The waterfall was the best so refreshing would come back again !

The best way to end my vacation! Was worth the trip time and money spent for a fun adventure.

I'm very happy with the experience. My children love it, and the guides are friendly and kind. All the time we feel safe and was exciting all the adventure.

We did the atv tour paid $550 for a 5.5 to 6 hour tour and spent 37 minutes on the atv the rest of the time was spent walking to the dry water falls. Had another atv adventure booked but cancelled it because I didn’t want to pay for a walk and sitting at camp 53 days later I’m still waiting on my refund. I will NEVER use Vallarta Adventures again on future holidays I suggest you don’t book with them either there’s other options.

This company states they provide refunds if cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance. I requested my refund one full week before my scheduled visit and still have not received it after three months. Extremely disappointing customer service and communication. Be very careful booking with this company if there’s any chance your plans may change.

Best outdoor adventure I've ever been on! Ripping through the jungle to arrive at a water fall to swim in. Rocks to jump off. The whole crew is very welcoming and friendly. Not to mention funny. A perfect experience when visiting and a must!

Such a fun RZR adventure! We lucked out with a small group and truly spectacular guides. The course itself goes through the “jungle” and is challenging enough terrain that even those who have driven RZRs before will have a fun time. The waterfall is also a fun stop where you can jump in and cool off. And of course when you return to base camp you can purchase a delicious, fresh, homemade quesadilla.

Best Zipline adventure I’ve been on! Lancer, Fito, Alex, Esme, and Yiyo took amazing care of us! You do get pretty wet which we didn’t know but all good. There were so many unique and scary lines! Amazing time!

Amazing zip lines - water adventures in the jungle- amazing staff, super safe but exhilarating!! All day excursion but the adventure park was a solid 2 hours of fun! Would be great for the family too if kids were old enough- we would do it again!!

On Monday, January 5, my husband and I went on the All-Terrain Safari tour, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! Tommy, our lead guide, along with the entire crew, were incredible. From start to finish, the experience was packed with puddles, mud, laughter, and adventure, exactly what we were hoping for! Tommy led the tour with such enthusiasm and care, making sure everyone had an unforgettable time. The off-roading was thrilling, and the hike to the waterfall was beautiful. This is the perfect RZR tour for anyone who wants to feel like a kid again and doesn’t mind getting covered in mud! A special shoutout to Tommy, we had a conversation with him at the waterfall where he shared how much he loves helping families create lasting memories. We saw that passion firsthand, both with a family of four in our group and through the extra effort he made to arrange a meet-up with our teens at the end of the tour (who were doing a different adventure at the same time). That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. Thank you!! If you’re lucky enough to have Tommy and his team as your guides, get ready for an amazing time. Vallarta Adventures is a must when vacationing in PV, we are so grateful for this unforgettable experience!

Our first trip to Mexico with our family…we all had a blast on this adventure!! We are northern Canadian through snd through and this was exactly how we wanted to experience Mexico!! It was authentic and our trail guides were awesome! This was not a theme park ride by any means…lots of mud, high speeds and rough terrain while driving through real life in the mountains of Puerto Vallarta. We were treated to fantastic food when we came back to base with time to wander the ranch and visit the animals. Very real place with very real people!! Highly recommend this adventure if you are looking to experience Mexico in a non tourist way!! Thank you for an amazing day!!

Great experience, very rugged trails through rivers, super fun to drive through. Wish it was longer, as we drove about 45 minutes in total.

This outdoor adventure in Puerto Vallarta was amazing! It was my first time trying all of these activities, but the guides were incredibly friendly, patient, and supportive. With their guidance, everything felt easy and safe, no issues at all! The mule ride was so unique, the ziplining was awesome and super fun, and the roller coaster was incredibly exciting! Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for an unforgettable experience. Huge thanks to the crew who helped us the whole time Josh, Paul, Marlon, Rios, and Victor. You were all great! This guided tour was great! Filipe was amazing and had just the right amount of enthusiasm and energy. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Jesus took great pics and Carlos was mindful of time with whale watching. Overall this was a great team and they made it a wonderful experience.
