We typically use private transport by the four seasons. But this company was better. Super fun and friendly with very accurate directions and no way to feel lost. The driver was exceptional and made our travel even more enjoyable!
If your flight is delayed call Viator right away. Also put in the communication chat your flight # and airlines and advise flight is delayed or no one will show up and you have to find your own ride. I did this and still there was a no show for pick up. I had my 80yr old mother-in-law with me and it was so hot. Fortunately, we found a taxi. Now that I'm home I'm trying to get a refund. They are saying due to the flight delay they cannot issue me a refund because they were schedule to pick up someone else at that time. Ridiculous!! I would NOT recommend using them for pick because if there are any flight delays, they will not come!! I didn't even want to give them a one star!!
DO NOT BOOK. It’s not door to door. You have to walk over a bridge then down another bridge, in a hood and in a garage to get to the car. The owner is ignorant and rude. I require a wheelchair in the airport and the owner said they did not care that wasn’t their concern. No one ever said we would have to walk over bridges in 90 degree weather. I travel monthly and have never experienced such horrible service in my life. Just TRASH! Be aware!!!
Gerardo was on time and courteous. Took my friend and mine suitcases and carried/wheeled them. Because of construction, he had to park across the street. He lugged both suitcases, loaded them into the trunk, and had 2 ice cold bottles of water ready for us. Safe driver and told us all about the different areas. Highly recommend!
You may have to walk about 10 minutes to get to the car. Not sure if this is normal for an airport transport here. Last year when I visited we were picked up right outside the airport.
Lovely young man picked us up at the airport. His vehicle was in perfect condition. I did not understand that he did not have access to pickup at airport. That is tightly controlled by contractors. We had to hike from the airport property up over the freeway bridge to the other side of the road, past vendors to a small parking lot. This driver worked hard for us moving our bags. His service is probably suited for a tour or airport return rather than an airport pickup.

We waited for an hour at the PVR airport, but the driver never showed up. We will be seeking a refund of our money.
We were not told the location was a walk across the bridge from the airport. It should be known to the passengers the at they have to walk
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! We have a confirmation. We landed walked out of the airport and NOTHING!! No ride. Called customer service and they hung up on us. Had to hire a taxi. Still no one has returned our call or responded or anything. Terrible.
driver was most helpful, really enjoyed the ride he was pleasant to talk to. I'm glad I am not driving here they drive differently than what I am used to!
Excellent communication throughout (before and during our flight). We knew exactly where to find our driver in the airport. The car was clean and nice! We had to walk a short distance to the car but no difficulty. Recommend despite previous reviews.
Confirmation was never received. Transportation never showed up. Alternative was not suggested. Would not recommend.

This service was great! My friend and I were picked up right from the airport, which made things so much easier—we didn’t have to deal with the crowd of taxi drivers trying to overcharge tourists as soon as you arrive. Just a heads up: despite what’s shown in the photos, you’re not getting picked up in a Maybach. But honestly, that wasn’t a big deal. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the gentleman who picked us up was very kind. My friend speaks Spanish, so we were able to communicate easily and find his car without any issue. Overall, it was a good experience—smooth, safe, and way less stressful than trying to figure out transportation on the spot.
Driver was a no show at the airport. Got a text saying he would be approximately 30 minutes late after we had already cleared customs and had our bags. We ended up getting a taxi instead. Very different experience than we expected when told we would have a driver waiting with a welcome sign and a smile.
The driver was great and helpful. However, I was picked up in a small sedan and not anything upgraded. I also had to walk a few blocks in 90+ degrees as they are not allowed to drive to the pickup exit although, I confirmed that they could in advance. (Only the driver can meet you to help with bags) I paid for the extra because it was my spouses birthday only to be disappointed. My MAIN issue with this was that I booked it as a pickup and drop off. It was by accident that I found out that they were not dropping us back off to the airport. I was completely unaware that this was only a one way, as it is advertised as both ways. After, I reached out I was redirected multiple times. I am normally easy going but this is was inconvenience and a waist of money.
Terrible! They didn’t show up at the airport. Our flight was on time and when we asked around the other transportation Companies they’ve never heard of them and took a photo of the company name from our phones and asked around in their group chat. We paid less getting a taxi at the airport. I’ll book with Nexus Tours next time.

Great experience! They were very communicative and easy to work with. Andre was waiting for us at the meeting point and got us out of the airport and to the car quickly. He was extremely nice and great to chat with on the drive. Would definitely use these guys again.
We were greeted inside the airport and they quickly took our bags to the car. They took us to a store to buy some Cerveza to drink long the ride.
