Wonderful day! Very organized. Walked off the ship to clean double deck, catermaran awaiting. Beautiful coastline with music and dancing for entertainment. 1st stop--snorkeling or the beach at Mahajuitas. Equipment supplied. I brought my own. Life jacket provided and mandatory. Water clear and many fish. Rocky, no coral, but that was expected for this area. Finished snorkeling and this group met with the rest at the beach at Mahajuitas cove. Portable dock on back of boat to the beach. Breathtaking private cove with crystal clear water. My only complaint was the sand was pebbles and was a bit rough on my feet. I left my sandals on the boat. FYI for anyone doing this. It didn't change my day though. They picked us back up and used a portable ramp to the boat to beach to board. 2nd--Lunch on the boat on drift to Yelapa. Basic lunch; salad greens, tomatoes, cole-cuts, cheese, roll, potato & maccaroni salad. Open bar, alcohol and beer, rum punch and margaretias. Plenty of water. While eating lunch, I noticed dolphins surfacing near the boat. There were 5 dolphins with 2 babies. What an extra treat. 3rd--Yelapa: Another choice. Go to the beach or hike up to waterfall. We chose the waterfall We tendered with small boats to the dock in Yelapa for the hike and the rest of the group went to beach using the portable dock, so were able transfer things without swimming to shore. The hike was more of a walk. Walking through the cobblestone paths, as no cars in the village. Very interesting to be immersed in the culture of the area. Surprisingly, many restaurants and little shops. The small homes all along the hillside and the many murals was fun to see. The hike was only about 10-15 minutes up-hill on the cobblstone path. Make sure you wear shoes or sandals with heel back as going up hill and uneven surface. I wore sandals and had no issues. The waterfall was very pretty and the pool of water below was cool and refreshing. There is a little cafe/bar at the top if you want to buy a drink. The walk down was easy. Change of plan to the beach. Instead of small tenders, a walk to the beach. I loved this better as we walked through the villiage of Yelapa up a hill with breathtaking view of beach and cove. We met up with the others at the beach with loungers and umbrellas provided and met up with the rest. We were there an hour, so we had plenty of time after also doing the hike. There is a restaurant/bar and you can order food and drink with restrooms. The beach had nice sand and the water had rolling soft waves and indeed was refreshing. There were many pelicans and local fisherman cleaning their fresh fish. We stayed in the water mostly. When we departed, we had to walk to the far right of the cove to a dock to board the catermaran. I enjoyed the walk on the beach. Some complained about it. If you have mobility issues, they will also tender you back on the small boats. The staff were with us through out the whole time and were nothing but accomodating, kind and informative. There were photographers on the ship taking photos if you wanted to buy them. I thought they were very expensive though. I have bought on other excursions, but did not on this one though. The ride back to dock was relaxing. Open bar and music flowing. The crew turning into dancers and had themed performances. We loved it. We made it back to the dock at 3:25PM. We walked back to the ship parked next to us. It was so easy. We sailled away at 4PM and I was in my stateroom and watched sail away from my balcony after my shower. I would highly reccomend this.

Wonderful boat ride, nice beach with ample water activities available, interesting walk thru the village of Yelapa to see the waterfall.
Had a wonderful time! This is our third time with this tour and still did not disappoint. The crew worked hard to giving it their best service!! Would recommend!
Fun day snorkeling, easy hike to small waterfall, then to the beach for water activities and BBQ.
The yalepa cruise and beach time were amazing! I got some of the best souvenirs from beach vendors and the included lunch on the way back was great!! Will do this excursion again!!
Love this excursion! The crew were amazing. Love that they took pictures and the price was reasonable. The snorkeling was fun, the islands were beautiful, the food was amazing, and overall would recommend! Chi was a great tour guide.
Ride was a little rough due to weather, but beach is great and food is good. Enjoy the trip.
Beautiful boat ride and the locations were great! Staff needs to be attentive to ALL guests, not just those who they think will tip well., because surprise, surprise black and brown people tip! My bestie at times was ignored asking for a simple soda yet others got more than they requested! The trip is a LONG day. THINK 8 OR 9 HOURS! Eat before you go.Because breakfast is an apple or a banana in a small bread like pastry. Lunch is the last thing you will do , and it would seem like it would be more like dinner. The food is lackluster at best. Instead of ceviche , it was cauliflower ceviche. The only thing that makes it a barbecue are the two anemic little ribs you get. But the boat ride, the beaches, and Yelipa are beautiful! Would I do it again? No. But i'm not mad that we did it once! Boat #5 with Danny.
Majahuitas is a gorgeous beach with plenty of beautiful photo locations! Yelapa is a small small town but still very interesting to explore. The most important part was how amazing our boat crew was!! We took 2 separate boat tours and we were lucky enough to get the same boat team which included Eriberto, Anrick, Chai, Omar, and Roman. They were attentive and very helpful during the whole tour, they take good care of you! We look forward to coming back and wish we have the luck of having the same team on board:)!!!
Just kidding, but for real Dani was great. This was surprisingly fun. There were a lot of people from cruise ships on the trip, 50-ish people total. Dani and his crew were hilarious and entertaining. The show they do on the way back was outrageous in the best way. We snorkeled and lounged at yelapa and majahuitas beaches. The only part that felt rushed was the lunch at the end. Overall great activity, would be good for a family.
Vallarta Adventures company is spot on, we did the Yelapa&Majahuitas Beach BBQ, and so glad we did, from the boat ride there and back, the snorkeling, the water activities, the walk through the town to our wonderful lunch everything was amazing. Our boat was number 4, and our group was called Spartan, unfortunately I can’t remember the crew names, but they were so good, they made sure you had a drink in your hand and really helpful to help you with anything, and by the way very funny, we would totally recommend this tour.
We had a great time on boat #1 with Dani & his awesome crew mates! The photographers were very friendly and had us do some fun poses. Great entertainment, cared about our safety at all the stops, good food, & lots of music! Their onboard entertainment was really funny as were the costumes! We felt well taken care of, the views were magnificent & the boat ride was great. They provided everything we needed for snorkeling, and kayaking plus instructions.
The crew made this a fun and entertaining experience. Drinks were offered immediately after we boarded the boat along with pastries and fruit. The entire crew kept the fun energy going throughout the day. Our first stop at Yelapa was a walk through the town or the waterfall. I appreciated that we were notified that there was not much water at the time so that we wouldn’t be disappointed. We opted for the walk through the town which was quaint and colorful. We spent some time on the beach where you can purchase food or drinks. We then headed off to Majahuitas for lunch, and some beach or lounging time. The bbq lunch was very good. On our return trip the crew entertained us either a fun show. I’d definitely recommend this day activity.
We enjoyed Felipe & the whole crew! The boys had silly/funny skits that my kids loved!
This was a really fun way to spend the day and see Yelapa. I would have preferred to spend a little bit more time on the beach, but the whole trip felt well organized and the crew was really amazing. Shout out to the photographer Josue who took some amazing professional photos of us on the beach! We love the shots so much
Looking for an adventure that includes snorkeling, waterfalls, kayaking, and food food? This is it!!! Thank you Vallarta Adventures!
Amazing experience!!! My daughter and I had so much fun on this tour. The boat ride was exciting, and the snorkeling was fantastic—we even got lucky enough to see a baby humpback whale! We spent time at the beach in Yelapa, enjoying the calm waters and some margaritas. Lunch was good, and the water activities were a blast. The boat crew was awesome—very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
Had a wonderful experience with Vallarta Adventures - Chai, Omar, Mervi, Alejandro, Andrik, and Heriberto on Boat 8. The staff were very professional and making sure that everyone was having a wonderful time. I have been on several of Vallarta Adventures excursions and have enjoyed them all,
Top notch experience, Vallarta Adventures is one of the best tour companies in PV. It can be cold on the boat out in the morning, take a hoodies or jacket if you’re in the spring or fall. You can keep your stuff in the boat the whole day without worrying about it, so packing heavy is not an issue. They serve coffee, mixed drinks, fruit and pastries. First stop was snorkeling, water wasn’t super clear when we went but we did get to see a lot of fish. Sometimes there are little stinging beads in the water the locals call “rosario,” like rosary beads that sting, usually it’s not a problem but it was in our day, we didn’t stay in the water long. Second stop was Yelapa, you need to choose either lounging on the beach or going into town and seeing the waterfall, you’re there for 1.5 hours so there’s not a chance to do both. If you go in the spring, it’s the dry season and there will be very little water in the waterfall. We chose beach, hustled to the front of the line and got chairs on the Fri t row. Chairs are complimentary. You have access to a restaurant and bathroom, order early because the time goes quick. The water was much colder out there than in town or just south of town. The beach and view are great, well worth it. Last stop was at Majahuitas Beach, there’s lots of covered seating and you are served a BBQ Buffett. Food was okay, rips were better than chicken. After lunch you have the option to kayak or SUP. We stayed there’s for about 1.5 hours as well. Plenty of beach seating with shade. On the way back, the crew puts in a really fun show, won’t spoil it! Bring cash to tip at the end, recommend $20 US equivalent per person in party.
We have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for over 20 years and have almost exclusively used Vallarta Adventures as our tour operator. My wife and I have done virtually all of the various tours 20 years ago. This company used to be the pinnacle, but with great success has now turned into great mediocrity at best. With that said, this boat trip was just that, a boat trip that provided included drinks, music, and an attempt of old and dated last minute boat entertainment. (An attempt to get a tip from the end of the boat cruise.) We certainly noticed that many of the crew seemed to be more interested in their cell phones. Particularly troubling was the cell phone usage by the boat captain while underway and the host seemed more concerned by his phone instead of guests. This trip had several locations it visited. The land based staff were kind, accommodating, and professional. The boat crew was not bad, but certainly didn't seem to want to do more than average. The host (tour/ boat cruise lead) was just pitiful and did not explain things or even try to pass on any knowledge of the whales seen, locations visited, fish/wildlife observed. The most engaging part of the crew, were the 5 company photographers that were hustling to make more money. The pushing to constantly want to take your picture and then pose and repose, just became extremely overbearing. The lack of enthusiasm of the host, just put a black on the company and will certainly make us rethink of our other options for the future booking. We are very sad that it has come to this, but we will no longer just default to use Vallarta Adventures.
We had so much fun. We were worried because it was a long day. But the day went fast. We saw 3 whales! I️ would skip the last beach because we were tired and hungry by then but still very worth it. They had trouble taking our trip advisor ticket. We had to pay $20 more in cash per person. I️ didn’t see that explained anywhere.
We had a really great time. The staff were excellent and friendly. The food was delicious. The activities were fun and the professional photos were very high quality. The marine animal add on was so much fun. The kids raved about it!
Trip was cancelled last minute by WJ. Thankfully we purchased this trip through trip advisor not Vallarta adventures direct. Trip advisor gave us a full refund on the excursion. We had another excursion booked through Vallarta Adventures directly , and they had charged us a cancellation fee, and would not even entertain the idea of waving it
At first glance it seems like a lot of fun and it probably would’ve been if my child (10yrs) didn’t get badly hurt trying to snorkel. In their webiste it states “Whether you’re new or experienced, our guides will show you how to use the snorkeling gear and lead you to the top spots for Yelapa snorkeling.” First of all they do NOT teach you anything. They just hand you the equipment and literally make you jump into the ocean without any lessons or anything. It was going to be our first time snorkeling so we were all nervous when the tour guide told us we had to be excellent swimmers and have to be experienced. Since they were going to drop us off at the snorkel spot and then we had to swim ourselves to the beach, which was a good distance. Total opposite of what they advertise, And they rush you to go in the ocean. When my child was going to go in the water, she got couldn’t get the flippers to work properly since we weren’t taught anything, and she started drowning, with the life jacket on. And the one of the tour guides instead of helping her he was getting mad saying she’s doing it wrong?? My husband had to jump into the ocean to get her and even he had trouble with the flippers. Then when one of the guys finally helped my daughter, as he pulled her out the water he scrapped her legs up against the boat and this caused her to start bleeding like crazy and when another guest pointed out that her legs were bleeding a lot the guide looked annoyed at him for announcing it. Then he didn’t want to give us any medical attention and the way they handled the whole situation was very poorly. Plus she wasn’t the only one that got hurt, when people got back into the boat after snorkeling, they all had cuts on their legs and arms. The whole experience was very upsetting and unpleasant. Shout out to the only tour guide (I think his name was Francisco) that did try helping us out, and stayed attentive to us throughout the rest of the trip. And when they take you to Yelapa on the website it states “ In Yelapa, you can stroll the village, visit the waterfall (especially in the rainy season), try local "Yelapa pie," shop for handmade crafts, or relax at beachfront restaurants.” But we did not get the option to walk around the village. They only gave us 2 options: 1. Go on a vigorous hike to the waterfall or 2. Stay on the beach. When we opted for the beach we wanted to explore the village, per their website, but they didn’t let us leave the beach. So we were just stuck there on the beach and had to wait for the group that went on the hike to be back. And then at the end of it we get a buffet style lunch, but the food was bad, very little options, and it was a rushed meal. We have booked tours before with Vallarta Adventures but this was the last time. Very bad experience. Book at your own risk.
Great experience well worth the money!
The places you go are amazing, but it's rushed and unclear what is happening the entire time. If you want more beach time or snorkeling time, don't do this tour. It's just enough time to day you did it and then move on. Waterfall hike is pretty easy and underwelming. Walking through the village of Yelapa was very interesting and I enjoyed that more than the waterfall itself.
So so fun!!! Highly recommend. I give this tour and the staff 20 stars - possibly the best part of our entire trip. Good for adults and kids. It is a much longer boat ride than I anticipated but the staff was so attentive and entertaining.
My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our Yelapa and Majahuitas BBQ tour. The tour was well organized, and we felt we got good value for the cost. We booked on line for a discount. A snack of fruit and pastry was served. We had excellent weather. The boat goes very fast - the view from the 2nd four is excellent, but very very windy. I would try to sit near the front, but on the lower floor. Be sure to take sunscreen & maybe a cover up. We stopped in 4 spots: 1A beach where we rode a double sided “Banana”. I was hesitant, but I’m glad I went. It was exciting. Free beer & fruit type non-alcohol drinks at the beach. 2A cove where those who wanted to could snorkel. Snorkels were provided. We could see the fish from the boat. Friends who snorkelled said there was lots of fish. 3Yelapa - it is maybe 200 yards walk to the beach loungers. Some people stayed on the boat in order to go and hike to the waterfall. I think you could stay on the boat if you have mobility issues. Also, we didn’t see any of the town from the beautiful beach. Our friends saw more on their walk to the falls. I think the drinks were free on the beach, but not sure, because we didn’t have any. We went into the water a couple of times. We had our picture taken with a huge iguana. Be careful to ask costs first. NB we were told $100p, then after he took the pictures with our phone, he said $100 EACH. I stuck to the price he said before the pictures - he didn’t make a fuss, & I paid him $100p. 4Last stop Majahuitas Beach BBQ - The buffet included chicken breast, bbq ribs, pasta, salads, rice, bread, & dessert. I thought the buffet was good. Free beer and non- alcoholic fruit drinks served. The boat was large and had pretty good toilets (made me not concerned about having a few drinks). The bar had 2 types of margaritas plus other drinks e.g. rum. I had a few kaluha & milk - delicious with lots of kaluha! An excellent day! My husband and I would consider taking this tour again next year.
Great boat ride on boat 6, excellent crew. Be advised if you have mobility issues discuss with sales before you book.
We had a great time. The staff was very fun and energetic. The capt was very knowledgeable on the local birds and sea life. We saw humpback whales as part of our snorkeling adventure. Great music with a show by the staff. delicious lunch and plenty of drinks. I highly recommend this excursion.
This was an amazing experience. The crew never stopped from the minute we got on the boat, till we got off. Everyone was super friendly and made sure everyone was cared for. Just wonderful, and would do it again!!
I did not have any idea what we were getting ourselves into when my best friend and I booked this trip. We wanted to snorkle and just have some fun. One of the best, well organized day outings I have ever booked from a cruise!! From the moment we stepped off the ship and were in the capable hands of Daniel and his crew, we had fun, felt safe and laughed so hard!! I don't want to give away all their secrets, but this was totally worth the day spent and money!! Saw whales, turtles, dolphins and SOOO much more! 😉
This trip was great—we enjoyed seeing the beautiful landscape and spending time on the water. The service was spectacular and the crew made this experience awesome! Danny was an excellent host — he was knowledgeable, entertaining and clearly explained each stage of the journey.
Amazing is an understatement!! Words can’t describe what a wonderful experience this was!!
We saw a tremendous amount of whales. Best Customerservice, best captain, best crew. They definitely recommend to anyone that wants a great time.
Absolutely wonderful experience. The crew was FANTASTIC ON BOAT #8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The staff are wonderful. However. They don’t mention until you are underway that there is little to no water at the waterfall. If you don’t want to walk to the waterfall, you can stay in Yelapa, it is a bit of a hike on the sand to the beachside restaurants and you must go with the restaurant rep the tour has the deal with, (no loungers, just table and chairs). It was difficult trekking through the sand for elder people or for those with a cane. The staff were excellent and did a great job taking care of everyone, but tour is not as represented in photos during dry season.
Once again, Vallarta Adventures made our outing a wonderful experience. From our arrival at the Nuevo facility for early morning registration to organizing our ride home, everything met our expectations, and we will certainly be back for many more adventures. Everything is well organized, clean, comfortable, tasty and the staff led by Chi were amazing. You can't go wrong. We visited the quaint pueblo of Yelapa, met lovely people, tasted their homemade food and then relaxed at the beach for very good refreshments from the local beach bar. We then headed to Majahuita Beach where we enjoyed an excellent bbq buffet lunch. After that it was off to the beach to enjoy the different activities that were offered. A really nice day at the beach that we just hopes never ended. Go! You will not regret it.
This review is hopefully to give others a better idea of what to expect, as the write up is not very detailed. It is not a short boat ride but more than an hour, and my grand daughter got seasick. When we arrives in Yelapa we just wanted to get off the boat as soon as possible as she was not well. The information given on the boat was hard to understand as they would speak spanish then english then spanish then back to english over the PA system. We got off but didn't know that by doing that we were only getting to see the beach and not the town or the waterfall. You can't get to the town from the beach without a 45min walk, we didn't know that so we totally missed the town, which is what we wanted to see. If we had know that the boat would just go 200 feet over in the bay and then unload people for the town and waterfall we should have stayed on the boat. While on the beach you are taken to a restaurant where you have to pay for anything. After the others joined after seeing the town we get back on the boat to a small bay where you jump off and snorkel for maybe 30 mins. It appeared they had chummed the water to attract fish. Then back on the boat to a beach where you have a BBQ lunch and Beers. After a nice break you are back on the boat back to the port. The sad part was seeing all the crew dress up in outfits and do air guitar and dancing, felt really bad and weird. All in all it was an ok trip, but felt rushed and not provided with enough or correct information.
We had a great time, the boat ride was beautiful and the hike to the waterfall through the town of Yelapa was a highlight. The snorkeling was ok, very few fish to see but a fun experience. The bbq was delicious, but the crew was our favorite part of the experience. Very welcoming and entertaining.
Fun day! Bonus of humpbacks and dolphins. Beach time. Beach volleyball. Snorkeling! Lots of colourful fish. Great BBQ. Entertaining crew. Great closing show. It’s a surprise!
My husband and I took this tour in 2022, and while we enjoyed it then, we were pleased with most of the changes and improvements, 4 years later. This was a full day, as advertised. A few light breakfast snacks were provided (flat sugar pastry and apples/bananas). There was snorkeling in the morning at a site MUCH improved from the last time. Several fish I haven’t seen elsewhere, and we were the only boat there, so it wasn’t overly crowded. Water was on the cooler side, but… it’s the Pacific Ocean! In Yelapa, they give the choice to walk through the town and see the waterfall, or go to the beach. (Last time we did both, there is fantastic authentic food for purchase on the beach!) We walked up to the waterfall, which was lovely. There are quite a few dogs wandering around, if that concerns you. Once we picked up everyone from the walking tours, then we had to swing by the beach and pick up everyone there. In the meantime, the crew was busy passing out trays of rum punch and margaritas. They were quick to offer lemonade and sodas to my kids as well. When we made it to Majahuitas, we walked down to the beach on a ramp off the boat (better than the days when we had to swim off the boat!) There they served a wonderful hot meal—chicken, ribs, several salads, bread. It was really delicious and a step up from the places that offer a sandwich lunch. There were kayaks available, but most of us took a rest on the lounging couches. There are staff members taking pictures at the different sites, and yes they will try to sell you a package at the end… so that’s available if you’re interested. I’ve been in some sales situations that were very pushy, but not this one. Bonus: we saw whales twice and a huge crowd/mega pod of dolphins. January is a great time to see them! Tips: -bring plenty of sunscreen/hat (if you’re planning to sit on the upper deck) -bring anti-nausea medicine if choppy boats get to you (my son was ill, but he his stomach doesn’t enjoy boats) -bring your own snacks—the breakfast was light and lunch wasn’t served until 1:30–we had to be at Vallarta Adventures at 7:30 am. They do have breakfast items for sale in their building after check-in (muffins, yogurt, fruit, coffee, and even some hot breakfast items, if you have time) -you don’t have to buy the snorkel—they have some to use for free -bring a towel -bring money for tips for the crew and pesos for any shopping/dining in Yelapa Everyone on staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy being there. Once we finished at our first stop, the crew was passing out lots of drinks, and did so during any downtime, to make time waiting seem shorter. Shout out to Lucas for his infectious attitude and inviting/encouraging my son to join him in the waters at the base of the falls. Book this for your Puerto Vallarta vacation!
I was so happy that I booked this. We saw dolphins and whales on the boat ride to the snorkeling. The beach at Majahuitas was beautiful. The walk through the jungle in Yelapa to see the waterfall was great, and the bbq lunch was great. The crew were fun and made the experience even better!
Went here on a GROUPO NAVIERO tour. Adventure galore. Sunshine was abundant this epic Friday when we took on this Yelapa Tour! Starting the day was smooth, safety first. Vests that were clean and fitting well. Great attention to the welcome on board the ship that coasted nicely for around 45 muns to our first beach stop. I could relax and not worry about my frisky 13 year old. nor 15 year old. The breakfast was delicious. Delivered with care and hospitality. Decent entertainment that 👌 landed us into a banana boat that we had not planned for. We were not anticipating this brief, but meaningful escape from the boat. and much to our pleasure the top llof the "banana" lost air, and before we knew it. We were hanging on for dear life. Literally, laying on our backs, being hauled, mercilessly around the Pacific Ocean by the speed boat captain who seemed oblivious that we lost part of the structure. It was fun. Freaked out!! But enjoyed every moment of it. Yelapa of course was the highlight. I highly. strongly recommend the ATV up to the falls. Because the intensity of a climb up to the falla is great for a body already flicked up and down on the waves. So take a breath for yourself. And hop on the ATV. These drivers know every turn, on these narrow, Indiana Jones like dirt roads. AND so they take short cuts where needed. while still dishing out narration. Pointing with one hand up, up! What the hell...an iguana. Right above my head. On a tree. Never mind the iguana....look where you are going. And both hands on the throttles please! Sigh....the ride of your life filled with learning. and special views! yes yes yes. The waterfall. Even in low season was exhilarating. I still cannot understand those people standing on the water's edge refusing to enter. Disgraceful. What an ode to nature this little spot is. Go in. Head over. Be thankful for the ability to walk right up to the falls. Not sure how they do this. Other fallls are swim for dear life to get a decent pic ckose to waters entery. And even then, there is absolutely no footing to stand under the heavy waters. So enjoy. The river beneath. Good depth for a few quick dips! And headed back for lunch on the beach. The sea water back down on the beach front was good too. Watch out for the sudden drop. But loose yourself in the waves that delight. Scooped up some of this sand for my creative when I get back home. I don't see this quality sand in the shops here. Good job David for this absolutely remarkable recommendation. I will book other tours with you for sure!
The boat ride to the beach was the best part. We saw whales and the staff were very helpful! Once we got to the island, we found out that only beer is included - anything else you have to pay for (and it wasn't cheap). We waited a bit for lunch which was fine, but we never got told it was ready. I just happened to go explore the beach and found the buffet table. The beach is beautiful with lots of stops for instagram photos. The sand is a little rough but totally manageable! We were told that there would be activities at the beach and these were far and few between! There was a water trampoline sitting on the beach but we couldn't put it in. There was no where to snorkel. The only activity we had was corn hole, volleyball and kayaks. Again the boat ride back was excellent! The beach aspect of this trip could use some work. My family did still enjoy our way with two little ones (2 and 4 years old), we were just disappointed in the drink cost and the lack of communication and organization at the beach
The tour is expensive £75, crowded with many people on a big boat, no guidance on what to do, as there are just few crew members managing huge crowds. As a result I was left by myself on Yelapa. The tour guide was rude, saying it was my fault and I was lucky he sent someone to come and collect me. Never again!!
Have been here before about 10 years ago. Was kind of sad to see that it now sits on a Tennis court. Also the band was loud enough that you couldn't talk or hear what the waiters were asking. Staff was not friendly.
We had an absolutely wonderful time! The staff was very friendly and attentive and the sights were absolutely breathtaking. 10 out of 10. Would book again.
Great tour. It is very convenient to have chairs, food options, and restrooms available at the two beaches. Food at lunch was good and had something for most.
Overall a good experience. I would have appreciated more communication at certain times like how long we were going to stay at each place. Also it would have been helpful if they let us know certain things at the time of booking like bring towels and sunscreen and how much walking to expect.
