19 ziplines, super fun! Lots of stairs up, must be in decent shape. River slides after are fun and the monkeys are fun. Take a few bucks to support animal sanctuary.

The staff made the experience very fun, made us feel very safe, and were good at building community. The fee was very reasonable and each of the 19 zip lines were a delight! It was the longest and most fun zip lining tour I’ve ever been on!

We enjoyed the speed boat ride and zip lines! Make sure you are in shape though as the climb up to some of the platforms is exhausting. But we loved the 17 zip lines traversing through the rain forest and over the river! The crew is fun and they make sure everyone is safe!

What an amazing experience! Great with families! We visited with 5 kids and a grandmother. 4 kids and dad zip lined while mom, grandma and baby visited the park, river and animals. Amazing value for the money. Pepe and staff were amazing! Would do again for sure!

If you’re on the fence about doing this because of the cost—don’t be. It’s absolutely worth every penny. There are 19 zip lines, and they’re really high and long. They ease you in with five shorter lines at the beginning, which helps a lot if you’re a little nervous. The guides are incredibly friendly, and there’s plenty of staff around to make you feel safe and taken care of. At the end, you get to hang out at the sweetest little riverside spot—great food, tons of shade with umbrellas, and such a relaxing vibe. It’s seriously picturesque. They also have water slides and a mini zoo, which was a fun surprise. The only heads-up: there are a lot of stairs to climb. But honestly… still 100% worth it. A full day well spent.

Pepe and his crew were so much fun. I felt very safe and the zip lines were so fast. His crew was both funny and professional. We did the boat ride and it was beautiful along the coastline. Lunch was good and as an almost 40 year old I had fun on the waterslides. The animals were an extra bonus. Who doesn’t want to feed monkeys?! We are excited to come again in the future and bring the kids with us.

Thanks also to our transportation guides! Here are some important tips for anxious travelers who like to know what to expect. Cruise Ship Check-In Location (2nd floor of Puerto Magico) - 9 am local time (8am ship time) We arrived on NCL Bliss which docked at the further port. You can take the tram or walk 15 minutes to exit the port via Puerto Magico open mall. You’ll walk though several duty free shops until you get to the open atrium and last part of the mall. Don’t exit through security yet—find the stairs to the second floor. There are check in counters with tv screens behind them. This was the only sign for Los Veranos Canopy tour. The employee showed up at 8:45 and checked people in with bracelets until 9:00. Then we were escorted to exit Puerto Magico to board the speedboat. Our tour group was about 30ish folks. Travel time to Los Veranos Appx 45 mins by boat southeast toward Boca de Tomatlan bay 5-10 min walk from port uphill to van/jeep rendezvous point 20-30 min van/jeep ride to Los Veranos Arrived around 10:30 am local time TIPS Use restroom at Puerto Magico Bring bug repellant/sunscreen (can buy for $8 USD by check in counters) Plan to store all your stuff in lockers and wear your phone on a waterproof necklace holder There are a total of 19 zip lines (appx 1:20 mins). Plan for strenuous climbs up natural rock stairs for first 8-9 zip lines, while carrying your zip line equipment. Water and Paper cups available every few zip lines Tour guides bring nice cameras/go pros and take lots of photos and videos. Plan for ~$100 USD for photo package — you’ll want them! Other activities After zip lining, you have about 1.5-2 hours to eat and explore. The restaurant is located right next to the river/natural rock slides. Bring your suit/towels! Water is chilly but refreshing. Our lunch for 2 adults and 1 kid with 2 cervesas was about $80 USD. We didn’t do tequila tasting but did check out the animals — you can hold a toucan and feed a small monkey for tips/donations. Load up into jeep at 2:30 pm local time and arrive back to port around 4:00 pm local time (3:00 pm ship time). We booked directly through Los Veranos! Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The staff was very attentive and entertaining and made it a fun experience for all of us. My 7 year old son had a great time and they were very accommodating for all the kids. Just a heads up-we came in on a Norwegian cruise ship and the ride from the port to the zip lin location was over an hour there and an hour back.

We had such a great time! They have quite the impressive zip line park with very long zip lines high up over beautiful scenery. They worked so well with my kids (she's 16, 13, and 10). We ate at their yummy restaurant afterwards and got to interact with their small animal sanctuary. Edgar and Pepe, in particular, were so much fun! Very personable and kind. The whole staff did a wonderful job!!

The zipline experience was incredible! The team was fantastic and provided excellent preparation. It’s a must-try for anyone traveling by cruise line. I booked this shore excursion and completed it without any issues.

Wow! how that was so fun! Thought I was gonna be super scared, but I wasn’t and the guides were amazing. The waterpark afterwards was so cool. It was neat to watch the kids swim while the adults can enjoy lunch. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

It was fun going so fast through the mountains of Puerto Vallarta. I also felt very safe and I’m afraid of heights. My kids played in the river while we waited for our lunch. It was a really fun experience!

It was a thrilling and fun experience. The guys working and running it were funny, nice, serious, and knew what they’re doing. They’re also great with the kid riders.

The whole experience was amazing! Every employee with los veranos was so kind and made the experience so much more enjoyable. The zip lines were breathtaking and enjoying the animals, food, tequila tasting and fresh river swim afterwards was perfect! Just a warning that there is a bit of hiking to get to the zip lines but not anything unmanageable. I highly recommend this experience in puerto Vallarta!!

Edgar was our main zipline guide and was fantastic. Our other guides were all great and helpful as well, Pepe, Chica, Eduardo, Ramon, and a few I am forgetting. They personally ziplined every time with the few scared people in our group, video everyone upside down, and were very helpful. The santuary animals and food were very nice after as well.
