Private Transfer Round Trip Puerto Vallarta Airport To Hotel In Luxury Vehicle

Our driver to our original destination was on time, accommodating, and did everything he could given the circumstances. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and a great start to our trip. Unfortunately, our return experience was the complete opposite. The night before our scheduled pickup, there was some confusion about the pickup time. I confirmed with the company that our pickup would be at 11:30 a.m. Unbeknownst to us, the driver arrived at 9:30 a.m. while we were at breakfast. No one called, texted, or otherwise attempted to notify us that the driver was waiting. We went downstairs at 11:30 a.m. expecting our scheduled ride, but no one arrived. When I contacted the company, I was told the driver had come at 9:30 a.m. and that we had been marked as a no-show. I have all of the communications and timestamps documenting that 11:30 a.m. was the confirmed pickup time. As a result, I had to arrange last-minute transportation to avoid missing our flight, which was both stressful and an unexpected expense. The company promised to refund half of what I paid, but as of the time of this review, I have not received that refund. While the outbound service was excellent, the poor communication and lack of follow-through on the return trip significantly impacted our experience.

Great driver but wasn’t on the their scheduled list. Took an hour in the heat to find my name. No return car ever showed up no r return ticket. Phone number didn’t work either. Tried to call and it was disconnected. The Driver was awesome though. Extremely helpful and kind.

No one showed. No one answered my text messages, calls, or WhatsApp messages. Waited an hour. No effort to communicate to me, left me hanging, super unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

We paid $115 for roundtrip airport/hotel transfers. 
Expensive for a trip to a Marina hotel but we wanted to feel secure. The arrival went fine - personable Driver, roomy, clean vehicle.
 No issues whatsoever. Fast forward to a few days prior to our return trip... Despite confirming details, at the time of booking, with a representative named Betsabe Medrano, from Garflo Grupo (I assume this is a call center associated with Luxury Transfers Punta Mita), the Company became unresponsive via the app, emails, and phone as our departure approached when I wanted to reconfirm our return trip as I never received a return transfer ticket. The Company completely ghosted us for the return trip. The Driver never showed up at the hotel for our 8:30AM pickup, forcing us to take a taxi to the airport.
 PLEASE save yourself the stress and avoid this shady operator at all costs! I strongly urge Viator to review their partnership with this supplier to protect future travelers from similar experiences.

So annoying and disappointing😡 to arrive at Purta Vallarta airport no one to pick you up, no one calls and shows up after paying $185 two way airport transfers and calling several times to this company, scammers don’t fall for their trap I hope to get my full refund NEVER USE THEM!!!

What I liked is they communicating with me before I arrived in WhatsApp. They found me because there are many flights arriving at the same time. The driver was a young lady that spoke great English. Very good experience and they will take me back to the airport.

Despite calling to confirm that they would pick us up at the hotel at 1 PM for a return to the airport, the driver never showed up. All of the phone numbers provided on the receipts were disconnected numbers. I was able to locate a number on their website. When I spoke to their representative, he initially claimed that he had no booking under my name. I then shared my booking Confirmation number and he assured me that the driver would be there in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I had to book alternative transportation to the airport. Use this vendor at your own risk.

Never arrived for my return trip scheduled at 3:30 am and texted to confirm and I said no 4:00 am and the replied “OK” then never came at either time and still waiting for a refund. Be skeptical!

The service is the best! Easy pick up location at the airport, clean vechiles with A/C and bilingual drivers. We will be glad to book all of our transfers this company when we are in the area!

Very little wait time at the airport. Driver was nice and friendly. Was very comfortable with the car and how everything went.

Not one person knew who I was because your system didn’t load up my information, on top of this no one knew this company! I walked around for 30mins I will take my chances with a local taxi next time! Can’t we build on putting a better system in place? It’s like a free for all and no one wants to help, I don’t know anything about the transportation business but huge dollars are being lost because the lack of organization within all companies! Do me a favor cancel my return service and have the company invest in upgrading their fleet! Show me a picture of what I should be in but switch at the last minute! Not angry just disappointed in the private sector of driving me to my destination without the confusion of where your stand on contact point of business once you walk through a door of vultures asking do you need a taxi!

when we arrived the driver was not in the location that was described in the posting. when we were able to find the driver, they finally informed us that the "luxury SUV" that we had booked was not available. we were provided with a run-down minivan. on the day of return for the round trip that we booked, no driver showed up. we called, and no one answered. i disputed this charge via viator, but no response.

In my previous review of this hotel I neglected to praise the staff for their outstanding service . All were helpful, polite, and went out of their way to help in any situation. The Hotel was very clean,The doorman is excellent, ask him any question and he will have the answer. The separate restaurants are very good. I was hard pressed to pick a favorite. The service was wonderful and there were a lot of us. I preferred to sit on the beach where it was quieter. The buffet was good, but I am older and no longer have the patience to walk all over and wait in line for my food. Hope this gives you a better idea of the Hotel and sorry for focusing on the negative in my first review. I was there for two weeks and did have a great time.

Upon exiting the PVR airport my driver identified me. He ensured it was me, where I was going and grabbed all luggage. I ordered private transportation, the vehicle was running with A/C comfortably on. Reached my destination with no problems. Thank you for the service.

We were advised to exit the terminal to the left and our ride would be there. No signage with our name, no point of reference with business name. Hundreds of people in this one area. It literally took us approximately thirty minutes to locate our driver. Very stressful way to begin a vacation but once we were in our private vehicle all was good from there to our destination.

Enterprise transfer from airport to hotel on time, clean and good Service. We arrived and were already waiting for us. For the return they were accurate. I recommend them.

Everything perfect, very punctual, friendly and attentive and good communication, impeccable staff, gave me confidence we would contact them again in the future.
