Luxury Private Vip Airport-hotel Transportation

Prompt and efficient transportation. Would recommend using again. Easy to find when we landed. Easy to book. Nice vehicle.

This is NOT a VIP experience! We got to through the airport, then walled around out front for 30 minutes looking for someone with a sign with our name. We were just getting ready to jump in a taxi when someone unrelated to Viator pointed us in the right direction to find a person that had our name on a clipboard. You would think that for $100 American they would be waiting with a sign when you exit the airport!

Excellent communication. Easy to find. Very comfortable ride and friendly driver. I highly recommend.

My vehicle wasn’t even readily available upon landing. I still had to fill out paperwork work and wait. Even after calling a week ago to confirm and prepaying my reservation.

We had to wait 1 hour in the rain after paying $105, for a private transfer. Oh, the best part came when the guy name Judo start yelling at me because after waiting for 30 minutes with no answer and no one giving you any information, I told him this is not acceptable. Will not book again.

Need better pickup location directions, had to ask multiple times trying to find where it was. Document only states airport.

Terrible experience. No one at the airport with my name when I showed up Apparently they outsource to a 3rd party. 3rd party didn't have any of my reservation info. Spent and hour and half getting a car that was already prepaid for. Never again

Booth located quite away from exit point. Had help so we found it. But would be difficult for a persons first time.

The driver was very courteous and had great people skills. He was on time and very friendly. I've said basically everything I wanted to say so I don't know why it is asking me to say more

Driver was awesome! Gave us a quick tour/stop to see local streets/stores. Didn’t give 5 stars only because it was a van (still nice van) but not SUV. Otherwise, great!

Gray line did not have our reservation, we waited approximately 40min for them to get us a taxi private transport. Deleting the app and service.

Long wait, could have grabbed a cab and saved $200.00. Disorganized chaos would be my best description.

Driver didn’t show and didn’t respond to texts. After 8 minutes a company representative responded to my WhatsApp messages - 15 minutes total after verifying my reservation. They tried calling the “supplier” with no success. Eventually we arranged for a limo from a different company. The company representative really tried to help and assured me a refund was coming.

Transportation was very convenient and the driver was professional. The car was comfortable with water and cell phone chargers.

We had 4 adults w/luggage so decided to book the luxury private VIP transportation to the hotel. When we got out to the Grayline agents they told us to wait as there were many people in front of us...not sure why we had to put in flight info to give a time for reservations since they didn't mean anything, we were just names on a list. After we tried several times to get an ETA on our ride they eventually asked us if we wouldn't mind taking a van since we had already waited for 30 mins at this point, we just wanted to get to the hotel, so, we took the not so luxurious van, but it was just the 4 of us, so, it was private. On the return trip from hotel to airport we took a cab which was the exact same model van that we had on the way to the hotel and it was about 70% less than the ride from airport. So, in the future I will just grab a taxi van at the airport and save $$$.

No one was there to greet us. There was no greeting banner and we didn’t get the SUV we booked. Totally disappointed.

Great experience! Our flight from Dallas to Puerto Vallarta was delayed an hour so I was nervous. But they were monitoring our flight and were there, easy to find and had a sign with our name on it. The driver was kind, courteous and got us to our resort (Dreams Vallarta Bay) quickly and safely. Will definitely use again. Thank you Gray Line!!

That they never showed up to pick us up & we still got charged for a trip that we did not use , never again

You never showed up. It’s been two days since my first review and no one has contacted me. You left me and my wife with no vehicle booked after taking my 110CAD a month ago and confirming two different ways.

Crazy travel day with lots of weather delays. They monitored our arrival and were there for us. Thank you !!!!

Spent $170 for luxury transfer to condo. No luxury transfer when we arrived, told us we could go immediately in a minivan. Total scam. Arrive at our condo and friends paid $20 for a minivan

The driver was not there waiting for me. When I arrive Gray line added more charges before they even got me a vehicle. They made me pay right there but my driver said the original price I paid with Viator was correct. Viator customer service booked my reservation and I was on the phone with them for like 3 hours. There is no way I should went through that. Want a refund please.

We walked out to the Grey line group and were immediately ushered to our driver and car. The large SUV was very nice and clean. The driver was polite and personable. Would definitely recommend!

The transfer was not there and was difficult to get a hold of. We spent at least 40 minutes trying to find them. Finally another transfer company called them for us and got a hold of someone. They came to get us at that point. Driver and vehicle was nice once the picked us up

DO NOT USE THEM! Absolutely horrific customer service left us with children stranded at the hotel and basically too bad we don't care! They also tried to sell us a $700 USD trip for snorkeling we got for $150 USD at the hotel. HUGE SCAM!

If you know Puerto Vallarta Mexico Airport you will know how manic it is. For this reason alone We arranged a private transfer to our hotel in Nuevo Vallarta, no messing around fighting for a taxi or being conned into a time share sales pitch just walk straight out of the airport and look for the man holding your name board then straight into your private transfer. 😀

I booked 2 way pickup/drop off service. The price was 11 times expensive than normal taxi but I am talking about that now. They did not show up. When I reached hotel, I tried contacting them, my hotel staff helped me the same, Expedia rep did the same and nobody was successful. Expedia said that they will refund me the money. I took Uber and came back home. After few days, I hear their story that they tried reaching out to me but were never able to . What a story, wow! Oscar winner. Bottomline is - do not waste your money for this service. They can't be believed. Too Expensive + too iresponsive + non professional. Stay Away!!!

The staff is fine… but there is a delay with the units… you could bring fresh water to offer or wet wipes…
