It was super fun but we never got the pictures :( i contacted costumer support multiple times and they said they would look into it but nothing happened

Office wasn't open on arrival so showing up 15 minutes early just made it so the whole group, who was as confused as us, had to wait outside. Driver wasn't inviting but the van was clean and had ac. Our guide was a little clueless and seemed out of his element. Very short with the group. I definitely felt like i was being herded by an unhappy Shepard. Boat launch area was run down and dirty. When I asked about the bathroom, was pointed to a shack where I had to pay a dollar. Snorkeling was amazing. Beach visit was ok. Cliff jump was ok. At no point was our guide concerned that people may want to take pics.

Plan on getting your own transportation to the meeting point about 20 min from the cruise port. Great tour! We had a great time cliff diving and snorkeling. The small beach visit after was a perfect way to end the day.

Great trip!!! Great price for everything that you get to do and they supply beverages! Our guide Uli was awesome. Such good vibes and it was the perfect length. Small group was nice too! Would definitely recommend to anyone whether you are solo traveling or with friends or a partner.

We had a really fun time - our guide was Arnold and he was great. Another really positive thing to say about the experience - we had a scheduling mis-step that was my fault and the team was very understanding and was able to move us to a different time block. No questions asked, they just helped out - I think this shows that they are running an organization where they really want to deliver a great experience.

Everything was smooth, Ulises the captain was careful with everyone and funny too.

The kids loved the cliff jump, the staff was amazing, snorkelling was great but I loved the time at the beach too. Great bang for your buck you get sight seeing, smoking and beach.

Our guides were amazing and filled with great information, the hidden beach was probably the best part being the waters weren’t clear due to storms, it was only about 2 hours once you hit water.

Uli and Kiki were great! We had so much fun, the tour ended up being just my husband and I but the experience was still fun nonetheless. We got to cliff jump, snorkel, and hang out on a private secluded beach with drinks (beer, water, soda) and a massive Bluetooth speaker provided. They even brought the boat around to take a look at a sea lion for us. Would definitely recommend.

Our experiance with Uli and Kiki was amazing, they were knowledgeable and very fun. There were beverages provided as well as a remote beach alone time. Additionally we explored areas with sea lions and local birds and rock structures. Even when our boat engine got a rope caught in it temporarily they were very reassuring and friendly. You’re even provided a Bluetooth speaker to connect to, which is dope. 10/10 would recommend and extremely affordable

Started out in a very rural location, they ask you to go barefoot which felt a little risky. The water is beautiful, cliff jumping, the snorkeling actually gave me a bit of vertigo but it was a great experience. The private beach was OK. The snack was a granola bar and they did bring beer/soda which was nice.

We booked this experience for a group of nine for my friends 30th birthday. It truly was unforgettable. We saw incredible views and close-ups of birds, fish, urchins, and even a friendly sea turtle. The guide was very knowledgeable, kind, and played good music. We also had an incident with a lost item, and the team went above and beyond with their customer service (would strongly recommend wetbags for the boat and keeping things tucked away with you there). Cannot recommend a better excursion to complete if you are visiting Puerto Vallarta and wanting to experience the best parts of their nature.

This tour was a great experience. Our guide Uly and captian Kiki were phenomenal! Uly gave us instructions on how to safely cliff jump, and how to work our snorkels. He took pictures for us, and had water, drinks, and snacks packed for all of us on the boat. The Los Arcos area for snorkeling was better than expected since there were 100’s of fish in the area. We definitely could have spent more time than we had just floating area viewing the wild life. The beach afterwards was small but a good time to relax and rest after the swimming/snorkeling.

Absolute best experience - will do it again and am excited to bring friends. Uli was the best guide. Being older he legit hauled my old ass up the cliff so I could enjoy the jump (which was such a rush) and encouraged others. One gent got scared and he rallied everyone to cheer for him until he not only enjoyed the cliff dive but felt super supported. Kiki was an awesome captain, too. When we got to Los Arcos the snorkeling was super chill and fun. We had kids, seniors, everyone on our tour and we all could do it. If someone was struggling, Uli, was right there. But the waters were calm and tranquil. Really loved how he and Kiki pointed out all the landmarks, made sure everyone felt cared for and had a good time without feeling like an oddball (which, me being a 51 year old solo traveler was awesome). I travel to Mexico a lot but have never stopped in PV before. Will now stop again to enjoy the tour again thanks to the great experience I had and how much fun it was and how cool the snorkeling was. Can't praise Uli and Kiki enough and don't sleep on this tour. Perfect for all ages, supportive and fun staff who are never condescending. Coulda had more beer on board but whatever. Only suggestions for participants: bring swim shoes to get up the rock for cliff diving as it gets slippery if you're barefoot.

10/10 recommend!! Uli and Ricardo are the GOATS!! They gave us plenty of time at each stop and made our boat a party. Music, food, drinks, and the vibes were up the whole time. Best bang for your buck. Don’t hesitate, book now!

Such a fun experience! Los Arcos was so cool! They each have a name and a story and our tour guide was so funny! Cliff jumping was a blast and snorkeling was the coolest! Kiki started feeding the fish so they all came and they were gorgeous! And Uli was taking videos and pictures for free and then sent us a link of our adventure afterwards! It was so fun! I highly recommend it did not disappoint!

Great day with the cliff jumping, snorkeling and the private cove swim! Uli and Kiki were awesome - and I appreciated them circling the boat around to collect floating trash they found on the water. Shows how much they love and care for the ocean! Can’t wait to see the pics they took underwater of us. :-)

We absolutely loved this tour! The tour guide Uli was very knowledgeable, entertaining and friendly and so was the captain Kiki. They made our experience feel safe and fun. We loved the size of our group because they were able to answer our questions and we were able to have conversations with them. I highly recommend them for their smaller size and for how fun the guys made our tour!

Both my son and I really enjoyed this short excursion. I was looking for something that wouldn't take up the entire day. Our guides Ulysses and our boat Pancho were great and very professional. Everything was very well organized and the transfers from the tour offices to Mismaloya were pretty seamless. We booked the morning tour and we were back by 12:30 in town to enjoy the rest of our day. The only thing that I would have liked was maybe a half hour to enjoy Mismaloya beach itself since it's 20 minutes more or less between the main office of Vallarta Xtreme and the beach itself where you take the boat to Los Arcos. Overall super experience and really nice way to finish off our trip to Puerto Vallarta!

The tour was great! Our guide Uli made it super fun and was very accommodating to make sure our 8 year old had a good time. Kiki was a great captain, and overall we had a blast!

Booked through Expedia/aviator. Perfect amount of time in the water (a little bit over 2hrs). The way the crew (Yuli and Kiki) gets us in and out of the boat -- chef kiss 💋 (I compared to other boats). The guide took photo and videos of us using his GoPro entire time so you don't risk your camera getting wet). I also noticed Yuli was voluntarily picking up garbage around the little stretch of beach. Good job guys. Will book again when we are in town.

Our guide, Sebastian was great! Cliff jumping was fun. Hard to climb up the rocks. Most people skinned their knees. Not really a cliff but rocks. It’s an adventure but still worth it. Snorkeling was fun, saw a stingray and lots of fish. Didn’t go through the cave but hung out on the outside of the large rock formations. Stopped at a small beach area for a bit. They had water, pop and beer. And granola bars. All in all it was good.

This was an absolute blast! Ulysses was a great guide and his ability to speak in Spanish, and English helped us all know what to do and learn all about the special things in los Arcos. We had so much fun, jumping off of the cliff, snorkeling, and spending time on the beach. The water was so beautiful, and we also many fish!If you have difficulty climbing up rocks, then the cliff jumping might be difficult. However, you can remain on the boat and watch the others, or even take photos of your family. I highly recommend this excursion and be sure to request Ulysses!

The snorkelingwas awesome and the rock jumping was a lot of fun too! The transportation there and back was nice and easy. Chicken are you gonna pan the whole thing Since our resort was on the way back to the original meeting place, they let us off basically at our front door. My whole family had a lot of fun. I would totally recommend this excursion.

Hello, I would highly recommend this trip! The guides were all super nice and friendly. I had a guide named Pablo and he was very knowledgeable about the history, fish, vegetation of the area. The snorkeling was fantastic!!! Absolutely fantastic!!! The guides offered us drinks at every opportunity. The little beach where we stopped was ok. I can’t say enough about the snorkeling and I’m very picky and have traveled a lot. It was really wonderful, oh and the cliff jumping was really cool. Thank you for a wonderful day! 😊

Such a great experience! The meeting location was easy to get to, everything was well organized, and the crew was fantastic from start to finish. The cliff jumping was so much fun, and I loved that it wasn’t an overcrowded tourist spot. We were lucky to have incredibly clear water for snorkeling, which made the experience even better. Finishing the day relaxing at the beach was the perfect way to wrap it all up. I would definitely recommend this tour!

A fun experience centered around Mismaloya. My sons were hoping for a couple cliff jumps but the one was fun. Snorkeling was the highlight. So many fish and the water was very enjoyable! The private beach, water, snacks, and music were a fun final stop! Uli and Chito were awesome and kept us safe the whole time!!

The guide Alexis was incredible! The trip was amazing. The cliff jumping and snorkeling were magical.
