Make sure you wear shoes and clothes that can get wet. Be prepared for fun and fantastic views. Take advantage of the restaurant, food was great. The tequila tasting should not be missed.

Reviews
Everything went smooth from the pickup to the drop off. The trail consisted of mountain climbs and descents so the ATV couldn't really be pushed to max speed. The views were absolutely gorgeous and the stop at the river (steep stairs to climb) with a waterfall backdrop was a perfect place for a quick dip and photograph. The last suspension bridge was amazing with breathtaking views. Gotta give the guides Polo and Miguel props. They made sure everybody had a good time and were safe. Highly recommended this excursion. Bring water shoes, phone protector, bug spray and face covering for the dust.
Very fun experience recommended it 10/10
It was great so much fun. 3 rd time doing it always fun. Recommend it 100 percent. The bridge is so fun.
This was great. The waterfall was beautiful, the bridge was great, and the ride was so much fun. I plan to come back and do it again.
Amazing and wonderful experience for my anniversary. My husband enjoyed it. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a good time.
Its really fun!! I would totally recommend this to everyone it was a wonderful experience we had so much fun!!
The best ATV adventure! The ATV tour was incredible and super fun from start to finish! The route was exciting, the views were beautiful, and the ATVs were in great condition. The entire guide team was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had the best time while always prioritizing our safety. It was one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely do it again and highly recommend it!"
Its super worth the money! Well organized and so much fun. I rode ATV's many times before but these were some of my favorites. Our guide Romi took me and my friend on a solo faster paced tour away from the group since we had more experience, and it was so much fun. The entire staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
This is the 3rd time we have done this experience and without a doubt it has always been amazing, fun and we love it. My husband, son and his girlfriend 19yrs loved it too. We did ATVs but have previously done razors also. Never a disappointment. Miguel, Romero and all of the staff were amazing and we always give a cash tip at the end. The waterfall stop is great. The bar and look out is amazing and the bridge is phenompenal.
Eat some dust, soak up some water and wear a little mud, it's a fun up down and around curvy ride. A great thrill.
This is a fun morning with some caveats. Firstly, overall the activity is reasonably well co-ordinated from a logistical point of view. Transport to and from works well. The experience itself takes you thorough some nice mountains and the views are great. Some things not talked about much in the other reviews but are worth noting are: 1. Safety briefing is extremely limited and allows a lot of guesswork for participants 2. Time in the ATV is pretty limited overall and you can only have one driver per ATV according to what we were told. The stop at the waterfall is not necessary and doesn't add anything to the experience. 3. The activity is very expensive for what you get 4. At the conclusion of the tour you are 'guided' to have a lunch and do a tequila tasting experience. 5. Lots of requests for tips from the moment you step off the bus and at the end of the activity Overall, if money isn't an issue this is a fun morning but it feels extremely process driven with little personalization.
So fun and organized, really good people helpful, good food as well after the tour great views of the jungle
Had an awesome time, we got soaked, dirt all over and full of memories to take back.. recommend. Take comfortable clothes and swim suit some ur angle to swim for a few minutes.
Definitely recommended. I suggest planning for a few hours if to soak up all the activities, plenty of things to do and have delicious food.
My husband and I had an incredible time on the RZR adventure! Our tour guides, Moses, Rafael, and Vanessa, were friendly, professional, and made the entire experience so much fun. Riding through the jungle was an exciting adventure, and seeing the waterfall and the Jorullo Bridge was absolutely breathtaking. The views were beautiful and made the experience even more memorable. Thank you, Moses, Rafael, and Vanessa, for an amazing experience! We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure.
The tour was fun. We did the ATV experience and loved it. A lot more adrenaline than the rzr for sure. They do hold you hostage at their restaurant for an hour and are very discreet about their promoted tequila tastings if they see that you will not likely buy their product; a little dishonest to me. However, the staff is really nice.
Our family did this adventure and booked directly through Royal Caribbean, our cruise. I was a little nervous about this but OMG was it amazing!!! We did the Razor with our 9 yr old and family friends and we had so much fun! we felt safe, loved the views, andthe tequila testing at the end. Our guide Daniel was very helpful, professional and pleasant! We would recommend this to families.. you will Not regret it!
This tour was a lot of fun. My son and myself had a blast. I would recommend it to anyone. Staff was extremely friendly.
Best experience ever fist time cruise n my mom first time ever on a razor n is 74 years of age they took pictures for us cuz i was driving n recording
Such a fun and unique experience in the jungle! Definitely recommend getting the razor so you can sit comfortably.
Good experience Guides are very friendly The bridge is amazing Be prepared to get wet and dirty Recommend
Adrian and Vanessa were our tour guides and we're amazing! Bus drivers excellent. Experience itself unbelievable...loved every minute. Highly recommend.
Very fun and exciting. Thriller for sure. Be prepared to get dirty but the relax in the river! Lastly food was great,
Amazing ATV ride. Break for food, drinks, and pool. Also, stopping at the waterfall was amazing. Crossing the bridge was quite a view!
The adventure started with the trolley ride through town, then up a narrow dirt road to the River Park. The Rzr cars were top-notch and ride to the falls was so much fun. Be advised: YOU WILL GET DIRTY. The Falls are a nice cool break and you get the chance to swim or just dip your feet. You can watch the little fish is the creek. The walk is rather steep and a bit strenuous, but the guides are helpful. The drive back was great again and there is a fun water surprise at the end. All in all, it was a great excursion and we're so glad we did it. But remember: YOU WILL GET DIRTY!!!
If you have a gator from Covid, bring it. Gloves are also nice to have. It is dusty. They do use bandanas. Fun and a good long time riding. Picture package being sold was pricy.
Rating is based on the excursion itself, not the transpiration to/from. We loved riding ATVs through the hills and over the bridges. Jonny and Luis were amazing guides and kept us very safe. Jonny was very helpful and caring of our experience. Be prepared to ride in an open air truck back to your drop off location.
Really fun experience! We rented two person ATV and while as never got going fast, it was still so fun. Our guide, Carlos, was nice and we had a great time swimming in the falls and then lunch after.
It was a great experience! The miche spot had really good ones! Only Note take your own little speaker so you can play music during your ride.
We drove a razor. That part was a blast…lots of fun. The restaurant at the site was crap. I had ‘nachos’ and my kid got the soup. Nachos had no flavor. Soup had flavor but unfortunately the flavor was ‘mud.’ And expensive, but the facility was very nice- clean bathrooms. They took photos for us, which turned out great, but they wanted $60 US for the package. I might have paid $20. Lots of ‘if you just pay a little more you can have….’ And everyone asking for tips at every turn. It was a well run adventure and everything was on time. I’d do it again but would not get lunch.
We had a blast on the razor tour. So beautiful and so much fun!
The guys were great, but at the end no one mentioned about the tequila tasting where when it was included.(?)
Félix was great with the tour and Carlos took amazing pictures! It was so much fun 10/10 would recommend
There are different pickup areas. Snacks and drinks are available halfway through the tour during a quick stop. There is a restaurant at the end. There is also a free tequila tasting and you can buy bottles there. They accept USD or pesos. Our tour guides Luis and Polo were great.
We had a great time riding through the mountain and across the bridges. It was dusty, but well worth the trip!
Lots of fun. Beautiful countryside. Ending point offered food buffet was amazing authentic food choices and very cold beer. Would do again
If you’re after a thrill you will not be disappointed. My partner drove whilst I tried not to scream. The sharp bendy roads, dust, water and sheer drops were enough to get my heart going. The safety of us all was at the front of their minds (maybe not my partners 😂) the ride over the Jurillo bridge was peaceful with fantastic views. After we went for a refreshment at a mountain top bar and it was breathtaking. Finished off with a tequila tasting season where they were very generous. The guides had great enthusiasm and we enjoyed the trip very much. Him more than me. 😂
It was a great time! I feel the trail was too short for the money paid and time spent getting there and back. Doubt I'd do it again but great guides!
Book it! Had an absolute blast. From the trails, the waterfall swim, to the jungle bar, the food, and the tequila tasting, this is a MUST excursion. Our tour guide John was awesome. Made everything fun.
So fun on the ATVs... Got to swim by a waterfall and over two cool bridges. Our guides Jose Louis and Louis were fun and engaging. Also saw some cows grazing.. That was cool... Also got to sample some tequilas
The entire experience was outstanding. It takes a half an hour just to get to the point where you start the ride then it's 2 hours of just the craziest trails . It's very well managed the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
The overall experience was fun. However, please be aware that there are about 70 to 80 steps to get down to the waterfall. And also there is no safety precautions in the water. I slipped into the current and was carried away and no one knew where I was going. The great staff signal for me to come back to where they were, obviously I could if I would. I had to fight for my life in a current, and there is no rope no Bowie and no safety. Not sure why they would even have this a part of the excursion because this was extremely dangerous for a person that doesn’t have pretty good swim skills. I went down about two waterfalls before I caught myself on a rock and was able to shimmy over to land. My body hurt. I was slammed in the rocks and it was just a scary experience. No one checked on me. And even after all of this, guess what, I still have to walk up 80 steps to get back to our ATv. I can’t say I enjoy the bridge in the ATV part and wish I had a set the waterfall part out, but I really do enjoy water and water sports. They should really do something about that.
We had a group of 9 for a family vacation and everyone agreed they would do it everyday we are here. It was a great start to the week.
We did the afternoon tour (pick up around 12:10 pm) and got back to the drop off location just after 4 pm. It was a nice length of time for this experience. Enjoyed the ride in an open air bus to the park just a few kilometres outside the city. The staff were fairly well organized and got us going in our RZR right away. The two hours pass quickly. They don’t really explain anything about the area - this is definitely an entertainment type tour, no real story or learning involved! But a fun time - you get a little bit wet and suggest wearing quick dry clothes that you don’t care if get a little bit dirty. We did not stay after for the restaurant and where they try to get you to buy the photos they have taken. Took an air conditioned bus back. All in all a nice afternoon!
It was an amazing experience! The crew was very helpful and made sure you were safe at all times. Luis and chuy guided us the whole way! Muy Excelente.
We arrived an 1hr early before meet time because we were worried about the duration and time change and differences with the cruise time and Puerto Vallarta's local time. The office staff were so kind and professional they calmed us down and took care of us and put us on earlier excursion. So we can be back to the ship early couple of hours with no worries no rushing no cutting our tour short. It was just me and my son, his 19th birthday, that was it for atv group. We loved it, was like own private tour with the guide. Riding across the bridge was our highlight of the experience. Thank you for taking photos of us. We were able to keep this captured moment forever.
This is our 3rd time doing this Razor tour and it keeps getting better! After pick up the truck ride is half the adventure! We loved it! Our guides were great, Josh and ?...wish I took better notes. Waterfall swim was fantastic and very refreshing. I highly recommend this company for the suspension bridge tour!
Too cool.. the truck ride from downtown was a little rough but once we got in the mountains was totally worth it. Great crew, machines were in great shape. The views and the bridges were awesome. Def will be back ! Thanks everyone
It says it’s a 5 hours trip, yes it is, but the time on the RZR was just about 1.5 hours, including 20 minutes in a food and beverage store. The rest id about on the bus to / back from the mountain, sitting in their restaurant to wait for the bus to come back.
