I worked with Alex to book the ATV Side by Side waterfall and mountain bridges tour. One of the best experiences I hav shad booking an excursion on any vacation. He made the recommendation to do the waterfall and mountain bridges tour and it was amazing! What a great adventure! I will never forget it. Thanks

we didnt go, did not know had to be there 1 1/2 hrs early, missed the trip asking for refund, still waiting to hear
I signed up for the single ATV tour, this booking was through Gray Line Vallarta. The ATV tour was excellent and adventurous, all I'd hoped for! It's a fun road but also very curvy and rocky going uphill and downhill. Even if it's hot and humid out, you won't be hot while you're driving the ATV. The waterfall was gorgeous and the weather was perfect for a swim. There are also cliff jumping opportunities. The only thing that I felt doubt with was confirming my reservation through Gray Line- the email address listed was no longer in service so it needs to be updated and the first phone number wasn't reachable. The second phone number they provided was, but I had no idea if it was Gray Line or not since on the voicemail greeting no one identified themselves as Gray Line Vallarta. Other than that though everything went well and I'm definitely going to book another ATV tour the next time I visit Puerto Vallarta.
The ride was exhilarating and challenging yet rewarding. The waterfall was beautiful and worth the trek.
Nothing I was in a accident! That wasn't my fault and the company didn't seem to care at all or even offer if I needed to go to the hospital! I'll never go back to this company again! I should have been compensated at the very least!
Horrible ride up the mountain, bumpy bumpy bumpy and it was all open. Encountered some storms and we got wet. Other than the ride up and down the mountain to the excursion, this excursion was amazing. I would say this ride was intermediate to expert level based on terrain, rock and drops off the mountain we were riding around. Took us to a waterfall area that was absolutely beautiful. But because of the storms the water was rough and dirty and we could not swim. Food for purchase was very good. Tour guides were awesome and communicative. 4/5 starts, simply one being taken off because of the mode of transport to the excursion it self. Would recommend and would do again!
I am utterly disgusted by the abysmal experience my family and I endured during the ATV tour with Gray Line Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta. This so-called "family" adventure turned out to be an absolute nightmare that left us furious and utterly disappointed. It's apparent that Gray Line Vallarta is more interested in swindling customers out of their hard-earned money than providing a worthwhile and enjoyable experience. Let's start with the outrageous $200 they charged for my son's ATV experience. We were led to believe that this excursion would be a fantastic bonding opportunity for our family. Little did we know that this money would be thrown into the abyss of their utter incompetence and deceit. Our plans were crushed when, upon arrival, they decided to suddenly deny my son the right to ride the ATV, citing his age as the reason. Excuse me, but isn't this the same company that explicitly informed us, through their salesman Lorenzo Silva Arechiga, that the minimum age for riders was 16 and a driver's license was required? So, which is it? Is this a case of gross misinformation or an intentional scheme to swindle unsuspecting tourists? The audacity to refuse my son his rightful ride, especially after taking our money without hesitation, is beyond infuriating. We had come all the way to Puerto Vallarta, excitedly anticipating a fun family experience, only to be slapped in the face by Gray Line Vallarta's blatant disregard for their customers. The fact that they refused to provide any compensation or refund for services that were blatantly not rendered adds insult to injury. It's as if they were mocking us, reveling in our frustration and disappointment. Gray Line Vallarta's lack of transparency, their misleading information, and their unapologetic attitude have left an indelible mark of disdain in my mind. This experience serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering booking an excursion with this unscrupulous company. Save yourself the trouble, the heartache, and the money, and steer far away from Gray Line Vallarta. They have demonstrated a complete lack of integrity and respect for their customers, turning what should have been a memorable family adventure into a sour memory that I'd rather forget.
First off, Dalia at The Westin Puerto Vallarta, had very excellent customer service. My group and I didn’t know what to do but Dalia was able to assist us in making plans like this ATV ride. Thank you Dalia. 10/10 service!
Alex from Grey Line gave us an wonderful service. Thank you Alex! We will enjoy our vacation for sure.
The ATV ride was better than expected! It’s not a leisurely ride…it’s fast and fun! Truly dusty but the bandanna takes care of that!
My husband and I enjoyed this excursion. Overall a fun experience, we rode the ATV for aprox 2 hours, unfortunately we forgot to bring swimshorts with us so we did not jump from the waterfall but that part was still enjoyable. After the ride in ATVs you get to have drinks and food at the place's restaurant, the food there was ok. Our tour guides were really nice and helpful. I recommend doing this excursion, however we were told that there is a different experience with the same company that includes other fun activities (like zip lining and going over the suspension bridge) so I would recommend looking for those if you have the time.
Dahlia was very helpful and thorough when explaining the different options. We were able to make an easy decision since everything was laid out for us. Would highly recommend coming here if you’re unsure of what you want to do
The Tour Guide was amazing. It was very scenic and breath taking. I appreciated the views and the fun.
I have used this company a few times before. I love their little spot up in the mountains - so pretty. This time we just did an ATV only tour and as usual all of the hosts are amazing. Please make sure to bring cash to tip them, they really do go above and beyond. We had Alfredo and Danny and Eddie and all were super accommodating, helped people who were scared, and made sure we all had fun. After our excursion we ate at their restaurant/buffet and they had music, dancing horses, and mariachi. It was incredible and the food was fantastic. That being said, we did end up getting 'sick' that night. Not in the sense that we felt sick or were throwing up, we felt fine. But we did each make about eight trips to the bathroom during the night. I don't have a sensitive stomach, I'm an avid traveler, and don't ever really experience this so the only thing I would say is maybe skip the buffet and fresh juice or just go for things that you know won't make you sick (they have plenty of tortillas, cheeses, sauces, etc). Again, that being said, it was not a big enough deal to deter me from booking again but it does suck that now it's my last day in Mexico and I can't leave my hotel room yet. Hoping it wears off in a few hours and I can safely rejoin society without being afraid of what will happen when I sneeze. Sorry for the TMI lmao. Again - THE TOURS ARE WORTH IT. I've done five if them. My favorite is the ATV, zip line, and mule ride back up the mountain. Maybe just skip the buffet. NOTE: this is not applicable to if you go to one of the restaurants off site that they ride you to. This is only in reference to the restaurant at their home base location.
Very happy with excursion. Tour guides were awesome. Very happy. Got to see town on the way there. Waterfall was beautiful swimming not allowed due to rain
10/10 EXPERIENCE!!!!! This was definitely worth the money and we had not one complaint! We were very dirty once we got done but that was just proof that we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest! You’re provided with everything you need and able to lock your belongings up before getting on the ATVs. Additionally, Eddie was amazing and took extra great care of our party! The tequila tasting was also very nice and we tried about 7 different types of tequila. There’s also a really nice pool on the property that you have to pay to get into. It’s worth it if you have time to hang out and relax. We will definitely be back if we visit Puerto Vallarta again! Thank you so so much!!
When i bought the trip, i got this confirmation mail and we’re all set up for Going the Next day. We showed up at the pick up point in time and waiting for a while. Afterwards, we called the Grey Line (organizers) and asked them where the truck were. They told us that the booking didnt went through so they havent received a booking from us. Then i told them that i got a conformation from Viator with a QR code and pick up times. Moreover, that you have withdrawed money from my bank. So basically, you have withdrawed Money from a customer without giving the actual product/service. This is SCAM, and i will highly not recomend this page to anyone unless i get my money back immidiately.
Canopy Ranch is a great place with a scenic restaurant at the top. The ATV course is a dirt road that winds up and down the mountain side. You’ll be filthy when you’re done, but that’s only indicative of the amount of fun you’ll have! Our guide was great. He took us to a waterfall where we swam, followed by a stop at a jungle bar for a beer. I’d do this again.
We had a wonderful day. Well organized. Varied activities from ATV, crossing the longuest hanging bridge in the world, swim in waterfalls, Tequilq tqsting and Mexican lunch. Never expected to be that dusty. You MUST cover your face and avoid white clothes. You will come out of this great adventure covered in dust and it felt wonderful and liberating.
Very friendly tour guide lots of fun…..shouldn’t have to pay extra to drive over the bridge…. Would highly recommend
We had a great time on the ATV tour with our family and friends! Pancho and team were excellent!! Highly recommend!!
We did the private airport to hotel shuttle, city tour with tequila tasting, dinner cruise and ATV adventure with Gray Line and they were all fantastic!! We booked with Ramon was at our all inclusive Hilton Riviera Resort and he was phenomenal! He was very helpful and took the time to make sure we experienced what we really wanted while in PVR. As for the tours, the ATV (we did a 4 person RZR) was sooooo much fun!! We were able to switch drivers throughout so everyone who wanted to got to drive. The city/tequila tour was a great way to get to know the city and taste some really great tequila as well. Unfortunately we weren't able to make the dinner cruise since we had some motion sickness going on, but the other couple with us did make it and said it was fantastic. We will definitely use Gray Line again and Ramon will be our go-to guy in PVR next time we are there.
The jungle/waterfall was beautiful. Our tour Victor was very nice to show us around and show us all the different types of fruit trees. Was an awesome experience. Then the tequila tasting was one of the best we tried! Extremely smooth and tasty.
My husband and I truly enjoyed the ATV ride. It’s a activity we do on every island vacation. This one ranks in the top 3.
It was a lovely adventure! But I’d like to share some feedback to hopefully help future travelers prepare with more realistic expectations. I understand Viator is a third party booking agent, but there are things that Viator customers should know about upon booking that I wasn’t made aware of or was misinformed about. Firstly, the start time was incorrectly advertised. We bought the adventure for 11am and after purchasing, I was told it doesn’t start until 12:30. This wasn’t a deal breaker, but it did change our plans for the afternoon, which we had to push back. It would be helpful to have the times confirmed before customers make a purchase. Double check with the tour company before purchasing. Secondly, this adventure is advertised for 4 hours but it actually comes closer to 5 hours. When the tour ended, they told us we would have to wait another hour for the bus to bring us back to our pick up / drop off location… considering we had already pushed our afternoon plans back, this would’ve made us have to cancel our plans if we waited for their bus. So we had to purchase their private van for $35 USD to take us back on time to return within the 4 hour time period we had planned for. This absolutely should’ve been disclosed upon booking or in the confirmation. Overall, we had a great experience but these two set backs did leave a damper in our experience with Viator. Apparently, if we booked directly with the tour company, we would’ve been given a proper schedule/itinerary for the day. I kindly asked Viator to help remedy this situation for us, but I haven't heard back from them.
The tour is somewhat misleading. There was no stopping at the waterfall for a 'refreshing swim', no stopping at a local restaurant. It says 3 hour but was only 2 hour from start to finish including ATV which includes a 10 min stop at a bridge. It's pretty disorganized once you get to the Canopy River where they just tell you to wander around till somebody finds you when the tour is about to start. Except there are multiple tours starting and multiple guides walking around yelling for Rhett tours and no one really checks if you're on the right tour. Other than that the time on the ATV itself was enjoyable.
First of all we would love to thank Estevan for making this so easy and fun. Thank you for taking the time to explain every excursion an adventure we could do with our little boy. Esteban explain the tour with details and was very nice. our son is almost 3 years old and he loved the ATV Tour. You stop at 3 different places. We had a great time with our little family and made many wonderful memmories thank you to Esteban at Fiesta Americano Resort.
Was in a group of 6 ATV riders with one guide. Was a ton of fun---dusty (so where those scarves and goggles they give you). Saw a beautiful river with waterfall. All of the employees were amazing with Covid precautions. An enjoyable adventure--would definitely recommend
I love Danny he was the best ! We couldn’t have asked for a better guide! The tequila tasting at the end was great but learning as we went through the trail was awesome ! I highly recommend
My friends and I enjoyed the ATV ride from Canopy Trees. The views along the trail were gorgeous and the stop at the waterfall was refreshing! Charlie our tour guide was super helpful with taking our group pictures and making sure that we were safe throughout the ride.

This adventure was the absolute BEST! When I go back to PVR I am definitely doing it again! The tour guides were excellent and the tequila tasting was awesome! Totally recommend this activity!

This was such an awesome experience! Juilo and Charlie were very informative and attentive tour guides. Not to mention they were fun in general. And Karla is pretty much the best tequila girl around!
