We had the absolute best experience swimming with the sea lions and the manta rays. The instructor Ibraham was absolutely phenomenal and knowledgeable with all information.

Great tour with Chambe and Scorpion
Wow!! DO NOT BOOK scam scam scam. SCAM!!! They wouldn’t let us on the boat even though we arrived 30 minutes early because our tickets were discounted “accidentally” through their website at $125 per ticket!!! Then they said to board we would be charged an extra $100 usd per person more than our original ticket. We asked for a refund they said no so we agreed to the $100 more per person. We commented the boat is leaving and they said it’s ok don’t worry because there is another boat. They couldn’t figure out the price difference which is what took the staff so long. Thennnn we go to board and the boat left!!!!!! Thennnn the staff says oh well sorry too bad!!! Honestly I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. This totally ruined our trip!

OMG!!! Craziest thing I have ever done my entire life. If you’re an adrenaline junkie this is for you. Peña, Nelson and Luis made things so fun and I felt very safe in their hands for sure. It was so much fun but scary all at the same time. I am still coming down from this experience. I will say it was an experience of a lifetime!!! The food afterwards was awesome and fresh. What a cool place!!!
Adventure zipline to the extreme!! High adrenaline with various ziplined, rappelling down waterfalls, not your typical water slides, and another line that defies gravity! But all with extreme safety measures! No disappointment here!
Scammers. Avoid using this company. I purchased a trip service and they failed to show up on time and wanted me to go at a later time that we decline bc this was a 5 hr trip to see turtles in PV. I even arrived early bc they had complicated instructions to find this location. I was at the door at 7AM and no was there until 7:20am and keep saying that I was talking to someone at 7:04AM ..which is a lie. The services was not done, they have my money, and the only solution they have is a credit i can use in the next 2 years ..im not going back to PV, so are they covering the next trip? Don't recommned them. Save your money and time! stil dealing with it over 2 months trying to get my money back. Also PS record all your interactions because appeartly thats what it take to prove things now a days. Why would I lie about the time if i was there! I traveled across the country, took and uber early to there early, planned my whole trip around this event bc its a 5hr long! lol what a joke.
The activities are very good, but they do not give the safety indications properly to the tourist, in the fast boat they did not give us the necessary indications and the others ended up crushing my mom, which did not allow her to continue with the rest of the activities and the prices of the photographs are a complete scam, they are at a ridiculously expensive price, more expensive than the payment of the activities for 2 adults.
Absolutely the best excursion of our stay in PV. Joss, Hector, Yocti and Smiley are exceptional guides who ensure everyone has a safe and fun experience. I highly recommend this tour for families with teenagers. Parasailing, jet boat, razr ATV, ropes course - cargo net, tightrope, freefall-pendulum swing, hike, superman zipline, skydive machine and then snacks and drinks to end the day! We absolutely loved it. We were hesitant to book it, thinking it would be too scary or difficult for parents but appreciated the option to opt out of any activity if we felt uncomfortable. We ended up doing all activities after all. Most impressive is the attention to safety on every activity - all equipment was newer, in great condition and all staff triple checked harnesses and all safety equipment multiple times. I was really impressed by the number of staff that take care of you on this adventure- from the drivers, two boat captains, parasail crew, razr crew, zipline crew, wind machine crew, photographers, and the hospitality staff. They provide everything needed to participate - from wetsuits, life jackets and towels to helmets, harnesses, bandanas and jumpsuits. It is a very impressive operation and makes for an action packed and memorable day! Highly recommend!
First the great.. Five stars. Our tour guides on the Adrenaline adventure were terrific. They made all the typical zip line comments and jokes, but were spot on, and most seemed to enjoy their job. Chuy Lancer Josh Sol and Cesar represented the company great and I would highly recommend asking for them. Lee even learned many of our names and made it feel more personal. The actual adventure was worth the price and we would do it again. The transportation was efficient and no complaints. The Bad... One Star... The ridiculous price for the photo package around $200 and the pretend excuses for why you can't bring a gopro or other mounted camera make me despise the owners of this business. Even a simple thumb drive of your pics is $170 or so. It's just beyond frustrating to get to the end of a perfect day with fantastic staff to get screwed for a simple 5-minute workload to get your photos. Now back to some good. Five Stars. We were fortunate to end our adventure with the bartender Josue. Josue literally turned a sour end to our day back into a win with his wit and admittedly blatant manipulation of us gringos. He sent us to the buses with smiles instead of being so pissed at the horrible owners of this company. So, would I recommend this tour. Yes, ONLY if you understand that you have to add $170-$200+ to the cost PER COUPLE.
The experience itself was fine. Do not purchase the picture package however. They never sent me the link and also did not deliver the promised book. I contacted them by email with no response. I disputed the charge on my credit card and they fought it and did not respond for my requests to just send the pictures. I spent $200 on the package and got nothing. Horrible. Warning to other travelers! They will promise a custom book and won’t deliver.

This trip was amazing. When the boat partially submerged was incredible. All parts of this tour were great except for one thing. I did 4 different tours with Vallarta Adventures. The other ATV one with Jorullo Bridge gave you full size goggles and a bandana to wear to protect your throat from the extreme dust. Why didnt you do that on this adventure? You gave out small safety goggles and no bandana. Because of that I inhaled so much dust on the course that now a full week later I am still coughing. If yo have that protection on one tour you should have it on all.
Went on this off the Emerald Princess. Most exciting tour I’ve ever done. Very challenging for this 60+. Speed boat, donkey ride, hike, zip line, repelling and more surprises around every corner. I’ve not seen some of these things before. Very fun. You do get drenched, no avoiding it. The crew were exceptional. I was freaking about the repel, Charley kept me calm and talked me through it. I was very disappointed that the photographer didn’t take pictures of the repel though. You are not allowed to take camera or phone. This is not boring, very busy and challenging. Not for people scared of heights. This was the best excursion!! Do wear closed toe shoes that can get wet. Walking on very uneven surfaces and rocks. I wore shorts and sun shirt. They offer rash shirts to borrow. No bathrooms once you start. They do have water along the way. Nice touch I thought, is they have plastic bags for your wet clothes after you change into dry. Margarita bar, beer, soda, water and quesadillas ($4) are available for purchase. Photo package is $170 for everything. They do accept cc.
Our team was Lucero, Hector, Adrian, Erick, Alfredo, and Angel. The photographers were Mike and Alex. We had 19 people and it was a really fun day for us. Would definitely recommend it had a variety of different events and kept us busy all day.

This goddamn everything, in the thriller to finish soaked, the parasiling with beautiful view, all the adventure in the rzr, the superman, the pendulum, experience highly recommended and of course the pictures and videos also incredible of Saul and Kevin. The guides also amazing do not remember the exact names but I think they were Jose, Choche etc all super friendly and attentive.
First of all, congratulate my tour Guide Aldo in particular, he did an exceptional job throughout our activity! On the day we were also treated very attentive Aurelio, Carlos and Kevin the attractions were amazing! Reception care can be improved. The rates for nationals / locals in the subject of photos if they seemed excessive , I paid it ......... but still do not reach me my tour was today July 19, it is 10:16 pm the charge was for 3300 pesos , I told you that I am a Fan of Your tours , since I have been almost 10 years of living in the Bay, the subject here was q when buying online did not give me the option, I exposed it and they told me that as it is 2 tours so it did not give me the option . Food only gave us 1 quesadilla and 1 chocolate bar. The theme that left me in disgust was the photo rate and apart from not reaching me yet, I hope to enjoy and share them soon.
