Zenharmony Suites Puerto Vallarta

The location is so fun! Close to the mall with a grocery store and so many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I communicated upon arrival that we needed a first floor room and they accommodated us immediately which was incredible. However, the staff are so unfriendly, everyone walks around on their phones avoiding eye contact. Everything was so dirty: the room, the sheets, towels, the pool, the property in general. Our room reaked of mold. It’s a beautiful property but unfortunately the staff all hate their jobs that there is absolutely no love put into the property. The gate system is so bad and annoying. There’s four gates but they only give you the key to one, and don’t tell you that you only have access to one gate even though they have the keys to the gates. We stayed for three weeks and asked for a room clean because our little girl was sick all over the bed. Luckily they cleaned the next day but then the hotel got extremely busy that when we asked again after our other child peed the bed we did not get a room clean. After two days of asking, we requested clean sheets at least and they gave us new blankets. So I asked again and got flat sheets. Potential of being an incredible place to stay, unfortunately the staff ruin it.

When I first arrived I saw that there was a hole punched in a rooms door, a lamp was broken, the air/light system is very complicated, our TV control didn’t work, and of the worst things, out of the very little cutlery they have, both forks were dirty with food 🤢 Also they are very strict on certain stuff, like if you forget your keys inside, YOU have to find someone to open the door and pay with YOUR money, also, they give you the apartment cleaned (which was not the case for me because of the forks) and then they charge you 200 pesos for a cleaning??? Like isn’t this supposed to be an hotel? And another proof that they don’t clean is that the bed sheets where extremely stained, with like some grey things, very gross 🤮 And on the pool, it is said everywhere that you can’t smoke, and some people come smoking and nobody tells the anything. There are also a lot of other buildings which are like abandoned, right in the property. Mikaela (security) was very nice and helpful though. I would have left 3 stars, even 4 if it wasn’t for the forks being dirty, because imagine, if that is dirty, what else is dirty.

Hotel doesn't look anything like in the pictures they posted. Looks like abandoned place with mold growing on the buildings. Pool was soooo dirty that you can't see the bottom of it. Nobody cleans the room or change towels. The bed is so uncomfortable that you will wake up with neck pain. Pilow cases and bed sheets were dirty and stained. To get into the parking u have to open the gate yrself with a key. Half of the building windows broken and abandoned. I would not recommend this place to anyone going for vacation.

My 1st time staying here.was in pv one night I really just needed a bed to sleep in for one night! The pool looked really nice. And it is! the rooms are nice size. No air in bedrooms and could not get fan to work. So slept on couch in living room... Which was a bit dirty looking so I covered it with a sheet. a full kitchen . Silverware. Blender. Glasses..etc. but I guess you have to bring your own soap and stuff....i did not know that! They gave me a tiny bottle of body lotion but no soap and no toilet paper!! ! And the bathroom sink leaks all over the floor! When I arrived at 4:00 in the afternoon it appeared that the "lobby" was closed and I had to call a phone number to have someone come let me in the gate. Tonight when I tried to call The Various phone numbers to complain and ask for help. no one answered any of the 3 phone numbers listed. Hey for 60 bucks it's a decent room . 2 and a 1/2 stars out of 5. Just bring your own soap and toilet paper! Room Aries#1
