From the beginning to the end, this tour was amazing. Before we even arrived at Torres del Paine our guide and driver pointed out some spectacular wildlife. Jhon was super friendly, informative and made the day wonderful. We had just returned from Antarctica, but were still blown away by the views in the park.

Itinerary
After 30 minutes of excursion and 36 km of route,we will stop will be in Cerro Castillo, where passengers can enjoy cafeteria services.
We will stop at the Milodón cave, a huge natural accident of incalculable value, where the primitive Patagonian man and the Milodón, an extinct herbivorous animal, have become accustomed.
A whole preamble to arrive later at the Torres del Paine National Park through the Laguna Amarga sector, a true spectacle in which specimens of red foxes and condors usually accompany the beautiful panoramic views of the Paine massif.
The road continues with a 10 minute walk, where it is possible to discover the beautiful Salto Grande to continue along the front of the imposing horns heading towards the Lake Gray sector.
What is coming is even more overwhelming. Following the route you can see the lakes Nordenskjold and Pehoé, accompanied by groups of guanacos and ñandúes.
During the afternoon, the excursion continues to the glacier sector, where there will be a stop of approximately 1 hour and a half and a beautiful walk among lenga forests and the impressive icebergs of the Gray glacier. The return trip concludes arriving in Puerto Natales between 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., leaving the passengers in their lodging place

Reviews
i would give this experience average 2/5 review, would have been better if they stuck to the itinerary as listed in tour description. First issue, not enough walking or physical activity in this tour, which seemed more geared to elderly people... Also They take you to a far away view point 1-2 miles from Salto Grande falls, where you need binoculars to actually see the falls. The pics from this tour clearly show them right AT THE FALLS, not over 1 mile away; so that was a disappointment (it says 25 min stop, but ours was maybe 10m at most). Also at grey lake we had to chose between eating lunch or walking to the grey glacier view point. We ended up doing the walk, & quickly brought lunch to eat on the van for the way back to hotel, since its the last stop. Would be nicer to have time for both & we easily could have, since the tour got back an hour earlier than the description said, so clearly our day was cheated when we traveled all that way! The tour guide was friendly, but didn't use a mic in the van, so we could barely hear her... Its those issues, that give this a 2/5 review for me.
Tour guide was interested and caring. Was good at explaining things in both English and Spanish. Travel van was comfortable and smooth.
Our guide Natalie is very informative and very nice, very helpful during the tour. The view was great and I only wish it was less cloudy.
The tour guide Gabriel is nice and helpful to introduce all necessary information about the attractions. We highly recommend the tour for anyone who wants to visit Torres del Paine.
The full day scenic drive with plenty of stops for photos and easy walks was appreciated by me. Our group was pleasant and cheerful.
Gorgeous views. Too bad it was cloudy. Our guide and driver were excellent. Kathy is our guide. She recommended a great restaurant in Puerto Natales, El Asador Patagonia
Wonderful experience! This is a great introduction to Patagonia and to Torres del Paine park in general with all of the high points. Perfect tour if you don't have enough time or don't want to do a longer hike.
Guide’s English could be better. Also would prefer a more detailed information given on animals etc on route
We had a reason to contact the tour operator on the morning. It would be very useful for Viator to provide a local contact number for this purpose in an email prior to the day. Our emergency guide, Hector did all he could to make our tour memorable for all the right reasons, it was an amazing tour.
Had an amazing and peaceful visit to Torres Del Paine. Our guide and driver were incredibly nice and welcoming. Guide was bilingual and spoke great English and Spanish. I learned a lot and we got to see a lot stopping all the time to get pictures. Even on a less windy day in summer time it was quite cold so bring layers and enjoy the magic of the park! Highly recommend this tour.
Well worth it. Picked us up on time, gave us enough time to explore, enjoy and take photos. Very nice, accommodating driver and guide.
This tour was so beautiful! Guillermo was so polite and friendly explaining everything to us in English. We stopped for lunch and ordered burgers and fries and they were delicious. The scenery was breathtaking. It is something I will never forget♥️
The entire experience is just beautiful . Lots of pic taking spots to stop at . We had sun , rain and snow on the visit. It is an incredible Park with breath taking views . I highly recommend this tour.
Torres del Paine is a magical place. I felt in love with all of its colours and views. Definitely worth the trip! The guide and the driver did an amazing job and make our day enjoyable. Thank you! The only part I did not like from the tour was the cave of the milidon. I would recommend to skip
The overall experience was very smooth and pleasant. If you're not up to serious trekking this is a great way to experience the incredible beauty of Torres del Paine. Our guide and driver were very pleasant and informative.
Excellent tour. It is long and the roads are bumpy but you get to see a lot. The hike to Gray Glacier may be too strenuous for some people and to be honest the view from the restaurant is better.
Our guide David was absolutely awesome! Fantastic tour of all major lookouts in the park. Highly recommend.
Superb - pick-up from Hotel was very nice. Eduardo was informative and helpful. Trip was amazing and lunch very good in spectacular scenery (Hotel Grey). Lots of wildlife - condors aplenty. Pretty fantastic overall. Bus got a little hot and we couldn’t seem to open the windows
Very good guide Walter and nice driver. We could see a lot, enough time for everything, photos, lunch, restrooms. It was minibus, we could stop in any place and to make pictures with animals. We walked 3 times, not too much, not very hard.
I really liked this tour - the bus was very comfortable and we've visited a lot of the most beautiful view points as well as the cave of the Meladon. Thank you very much!
Beautiful park! Our guide was very good and spoke fluent English. If you don’t have a car then you need a tour bus since the park is so large. It’s a must see.
This was a wonderful trip but somewhat dangerous on the footpaths. I am thankful that my Belgian friend,Aura, ensured that I got there safely.
We were very happy with the tour thanks to our knowledgeable guide, Rosa. She shared detailed information about the geology, history, and animals of the park in both English and Spanish. The bus ride was a bit cramped as the bus was full (14-16 tourists), but our was a good tourist to guide ratio.
It was an amazing tour. The guide was very knowledgable and informative about many aspects of the park, it’s inhibitors and even flowers.
Fabulous tour. Victor was great and we really packed a lot into a day. Torres, the Park, Grey Lake and Milodon Cave
Our tourguide was not only a very good driver but also an extremely well informed guide. We had a fantastic day with lots of wildlife observations, including that of two pumas who had just killed a guanaco. One of my best tours ever!
Very pleasant experience and very well accompanied by John Beautiful views and beautiful animal encounters
Despite the sometimes unstable weather, the discovery of Torres del Paine National Park is essential! A variety of landscapes, colours, fauna and flora are available along the way. I highly recommend!
Imperdible! Surreal the beauty of this place. Makes wonderful photos. To admire every scenario. Don't even think of not knowing.
It is the mandatory activity for those who visit the Torres del Paine Park, in addition to the trail to the Base das Torres. We did on our own and had no problem, but there are travel agencies in Natales that take van, charging per Cover. You can get by car from Puerto Natales, which was where we stayed, because the accommodation inside the Torres park is much more expensive (in Puerto Natales you can stay in a much more comfortable hotel for the same price as you would pay in a median inside the Park. We stayed at Hotel Simple Patagonia, which was great). Although the park is not very well marked, the paths are few, and there is not much chance of getting lost. But a good look at the map of the park is necessary, you can't get there without having at least one idea of what you want to visit, because the park is huge. If you're going to do the tower trail, for example, you need a day for that. If you go to the Geleria Grey trail, it can be a day combined with other attractions. We ended up going 3 times to the park, but for me, there would still be a day or two, because we didn't see everything. One tip: buy the park ticket online on the website of Conaf. Get there with the ticket loaded on the mobile, because to buy at the ticket office of the park is quite complicated, the internet signal is weak there and often the credit card does not pass, and they do not accept payment in cash. This delay in entrance may make the Tower Trail impossible, which closes at 10:00 hs. Another thing: If you're going to stay all day, take a snack from Puerto Natales. Inside the park everything you have is expensive muuuuito, to have an idea, a juice (a glass) and a coke (a can) in the hosteria Pehoe cost 10,000 pesos. It's cool.
We went by rented car in Puerto Natales, which allowed us to go at our own pace. Unpredictable weather: rain, wind, sun at times. Place full of places with remarkable views: Blue lake, Paine jump, viewpoint Horns with trekking in an incredible wind.
What I enjoyed most were the landscapes, the large expanses, the rivers and lakes. Lunch looking at the mountains.
Departure from Puerto Natales by tour bus directly from the cabaña and arrival with to the park on a sunny day, with more or less strong wind, which allowed us to enjoy a view of the towers and what really surrounded them wonderful
Route that combines the Towers in the background with wonderful falls of the Paine River passing beautiful lakes and live fauna, sharing its splendour with the respect of those of us who have the privilege of touring its beautiful places.
The tour was very interesting and well organized. We wasted a little time picking up and dropping everyone off at his Hotel or Hostel. The only real problem we had was the weather. Unfortunately it rained throughout the ride. We couldn't see the tours... if you have the time and the possibility to manage your booking based on the weather don't hesitate it changes everything. Also prefer the visit in Spanish if you understand it sufficiently because the English translations are approximate and slightly less accurate

Es un excelente tour para los que tienen muy poco tiempo para conocer esta interesante zona! recomendado
