I truly could not recommend this company enough. If you’re deciding between tour companies in Puerto Montt, choose this one — they genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to create a memorable experience. The owner is American but was born in Puerto Montt and has been guiding for 15 years in the area. What we especially loved was that they keep their groups small, which makes the entire experience feel much more personal and relaxed compared to larger tour companies. We never felt rushed or lost in a crowd. The homemade touches truly made this tour special. The freshly baked Chilean beef empanada was absolutely delicious, and the owner herself made a traditional German raspberry cake that was amazing. Thank you again, Victoria

We had an incredible experience from start to finish. We were picked up directly from our hotel in a very comfortable vehicle, and everything felt smooth and well-organized from the beginning. Our first stop was the Petrohué Waterfalls, which were absolutely stunning—truly one of the highlights of the trip. After that, we stopped for what was supposed to be a snack, but it was so much more! We were treated to a delicious baked beef empanada, Chilean red and white wine, and a traditional German-style cake called Kuchen. It was such a thoughtful and generous touch. Our guide was amazing—so attentive, warm, and genuinely fun to be around. She’s originally from Puerto Montt and knows the area incredibly well, but she’s also American, so her English is perfect, which made everything very easy and enjoyable. She recently started her own company after working in the industry for over 15 years, so even though there may not be a ton of reviews yet, don’t let that stop you—she absolutely knows what she’s doing and provides a top-quality experience. I would 100% recommend this tour. You’ll be in great hands and have a beautiful, memorable day.
Vicky was very flexible regarding the meeting point. And she brought empanadas and cake and red and white wine - we stopped at 2 separate locations to enjoy the “picnic”. The drive was very scenic - only problem was that a triathlon was being staged over our route so some detours were required. Vicky handled that very well.
Victoria, our wonderful guide, provided us with a wealth of information and many interesting facts about the sites we visited and generally about life in Chile. Brilliant.
Wonderful tour of the towns of Puerto Varas and Frutillar, and a visit to Petrohue Falls. This is one of the best tours we have taken on Viator. It was run fantastic, we saw the two towns, the falls, and had a snack of empanadas and sweet pastries with water, wine or Pisco sours. The food was delicious and so were the wines and sours. Great commentary along the way and it gave us ample time to explore the sites. Highly recommend this company and tour. BTW, when you're at the falls, stay to the left to see them. Some friends of ours were on a ship tour and their tour guide gave them no instruction on where to go and they went on the dirt paths and completely missed the falls.
A fantastic tour! Our guide was waiting for us at the port entrance, very easy to locate. The van was comfortable and our driver great. The locations were spectacular. We stopped at vehicle stop have lunch. The empanadas and deserts were amazing. They gave us local wines to try with our lunch. We made it back to the ship with plenty of time to spare. We highly recommend this experience. Gracias!
We thoroughly this small group tour. Very well organised, they were waiting for us on the pier, we had a comfortable bus and we saw so much! All worthwhile. Maria our tour guide spike very good English and made the experience together with driver Chritian, a very pleasant experience. The empanada and cakes were the best and a pleasant surprise. They even organised some pisco sour for us! Thanks Maria, Veronica and Christian.
Our guide, Javieala, was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Our driver,Javier was a safe and reliable driver.
Javiera took 6 of us in a modern, comfortable van to a National Park, where we hiked a couple easy trails to see a waterfall and rapids downstream. This was also a great place to get photos of a snow-capped volcano. We then drove to the nearby lake where we were given an empanada and a glass of Chilean wine for lunch. After lunch we drove to Puerto Varas and Frutollar. We were given about 50 minutes to walk around and explore the quaint, beautiful towns. We were returned to the dock 45 minutes - an hour before the last tender to the cruise ship. This was a beautiful day out ! Javiera did a great job managing our time and providing interesting commentary . I'd also like to add that this was MICH more affordable than the similar excursion offered by our cruise ship.
Pink tours organised for us an exceptional day excursion. The booking of the excursion was easy and we were kept fully informed from booking to the day. The excursion was exactly as described and Benjamin was the perfect guide. His English was impeccable, his knowledge was extensive and he was able fully to answer questions put to him. And he had a good sense of humour and even organised a "fun" quiz. The minibus arrived back at the cruise terminal in plenty of time. We had a lunch and a glass of wine at the side of the lake. We must not forget our driver Bernardo. A great day out and we'll worth the cost.
This is a perfect day tour for cruise ship passengers --- the team is very conscientious about and attentive to ship arrival and departure times.
Eric, our tour guide, was born and raised in Chile, spoke English, and is very knowledgeable about his country. Our trip to Petrohue Falls and Frutillar was made even better with Eric as our guide.
Maria was an excellent tour guide supported by Cristan our driver. Very informative and well organised trip. Excellent lunch which was included. The 3 locations were very good, in Fruiillar we were taken to the German Museum due to the heavy rain which was complimentary to compensate for the weather
We visited great locations on this value for money full day tour whilst on a cruise. No worries about missing the boat. Maria is a charming and informative host. Thank you.
We took the small group tour. We were picked up and dropped off directly from the hotel. The tour guide and driver both made the experience amazing. The sightseeing was lovely and very accessible for people like my grandparents. You get to see a lot and we felt like there was ample time in each location. The guide was informative and made the learning fun. He answered all of our many questions. I also appreciated how he interacted with all of us. He was even very attentive to my grandparents, ensuring they safely got on/off the bus. The empanada and small desserts included were delicious. We always felt safe with the driving. Both the driver and guide seemed like genuine people.
Enjoyed our day very much Benjamin was a treat, very informative. Scenery and towns visited were beautiful and the food (and wine) provided were delicious.
From the pickup at the tender port to the end of our tour, everything went smoothly. At the stop at the Petrohue Falls, we already had a view of the Osorno Volcano; even during the short break with empanadas and wine at Lake Llanquihue, it was always present. To conclude, we visited Puerto Varas and Frutillar, where we could buy great cake at a German bakery. Additionally, on the way back to the port, we enjoyed homemade pastries from the organizer. Delay, overcrowded bus.
excellent service during the trip, recommended 100%
