The perfume they spray everywhere is horrible. The breakfast is disgusting—tiny plates, nothing on the tables, not even a place mat. The medialunas are dried out and stale, the fruit is over ripe. The morning staff are unpleasant. And the hotel is ridiculously expensive for the extremely poor quality they provide.

I cannot recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling with children. While the hotel has potential, the lack of basic amenities and extreme noise levels made for a frustrating experience. ***The Pros*** Staff & Service: The reception team is friendly and solution-oriented; several speak English. The main restaurant staff is also very welcoming. Dining: The food in the main restaurant is actually quite good. Facilities: There is a nice spa area and a swimming pool that is great for kids. Comfort: The beds were okay, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Scenery: The hotel offers truly great views. ***The Cons*** The Noise (Dealbreaker): There is a club directly opposite the hotel. The bass is so powerful that you can feel the vibrations in your room. It makes sleeping impossible and ruined every night of our trip. Poor Maintenance: The hotel is very dated with old carpet flooring. Door knobs in the room were literally coming off; both the main door and balcony doors need serious enhancement. Parking & Accessibility: There is no outside hotel parking. You have to find street parking, which is nearly impossible due to the beach crowds. The hotel offers private parking, but it is highly overpriced to the point of being unreasonable. Poor Room Service: No free drinking water provided. The minibar was empty for the first few days before someone finally decided to fill it. Breakfast Buffet: This was the worst breakfast I’ve had in years. The food quality is very low, and the layout is a chaotic mess with crowds pushing to get to the food. Value for Money: Dining and parking prices are high—on par with Buenos Aires—but the quality of the stay does not justify the cost. *Conclusion* If you want a good night’s sleep, stay elsewhere. The noise from the disco makes this a very poor choice for families, as children end up exhausted and grumpy from the lack of rest.
It’s a horrible hotel. Please don’t go to this hotel. They don’t even speak English and everything is charged even a bottle of water. They don’t even have the courtesy to give one complimentary water bottle in a day. Forget anything else even for something as small as using the swimming pool, you have to make an appointment because they are oversold and everything is chargeable. You are literally just sold the room every other amenities of the Hotel is chargeable and the hotel is very far from the city Centre. There is no shuttle service. there is no service in this hotel. Everyone is just here to fleece you.
The positives: Maid service is excellent. Spotless rooms. Reception staff and maids are very welcoming and friendly. Slept really well. The town doesn’t have much going for it but as a base to explore the area it’s great. Saw lots of whales from the balcony. Check in and check out very smooth and fast. And again, reception staff are fantastic. The negatives: Bar staff can be pretty disinterested. The town has few food options worth trying and the restaurant in this hotel is not one of them. Poorly prepared and presented food at dinner. At breakfast the breads and pastries are dried out. Just two heated options of bacon and congealed eggs. (It’s not a one off - we stayed at the Rayentray in Piramides and breakfast was exactly the same. I mean exactly.) Weak wifi. Had to keep the balcony door open every night as the hotel is set up so you can only heat rooms this time of year. Gym was closed for repairs for the whole week that we stayed. Overall it’s between a 3 and a 4 but because of the majority of staff I’ll go with a 4 star.
Rooms are much smaller than what shown in pics. Indoor swimming pool is COMPLETELY different than what advertised. If you want the one in the pics, you have to pay extra. Food is lacking in quality except for breakfast which is ok. Ambiance is non-existant and decor is tasteless Few people in the hotel were super friendly and helpful... JUST A FEW Would not recommend to anyone. Views are lovely though A pitty.
