Hotel Real 500

The room had dirty and neglected areas, like the closet and the magnifying mirror—one side was clean, the other dirty and covered in makeup smudges. They called at 7:00 a.m. on a day I intended to rest, which was intrusive. There's no restaurant on-site; the place is only for sleeping. For the price I paid, there are many shortcomings. At night, the location seems dangerous and deserted, and it smells bad outside. Replying here: Thank you for your consideration. I just want to clarify that we didn't leave the morning of the call; we didn't check out until the next day. They could have contacted us the night before or even sent a note about the marathon. It was completely inconsiderate to wake us up; we were exhausted. The guy was very polite, and he's right; guests should be informed in advance that there's no restaurant.

I must highlight the excellent service from Carlos at reception; he was our host for the weekend and was fantastic, making us feel right at home. As for the rooms: everything was great except for the towels, which were in poor condition. The facilities are comfortable.

A beautiful place. The conditioner heats and cools well. There are Total play TV films. The blancket is so hot. It's perfect for cold Mexican winters. ----- There is always water on the floor of the bathroom when you take a shower. There is an unnoticible black round plastic thing on the HOLE of the shower when you come. OPEN the hole first, then open the water in the shower. If not the water will flow directly into the room, there is only 1 cm difference of hights between the shower and the floor. Nothing will stop water from flowing to the room. The floor is slippery especially for eldery people. It takes 7 minutes for the water in the shower to get warm. In our room the position of the walve was LEFT for hot water in the shower. The towels smell strange The safe is small ever for a small notebook. 🙁🙁🙁 There is a problem to close and to open the safe. The parking is not on the territory of the hotel. Be ready to pay extra and not to see your car.
