Turks And Caicos Private Vip Airport Transportation Round Trip

Short wait for our vehicle due to congestion outside airport. The airport needs a larger drop off and pick up area.

Our driver was awesome!! Talked about the island and let us know some different things as it is our first time on the island.

Everything was excellent from start to finish! We booked round-trip transportation, and Hayden contacted us the day before each trip to confirm all the details. He stayed in constant communication with us and was there waiting for us even though it took us some time to get through immigration at the airport. Hayden was extremely professional, punctual, respectful, and friendly. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when traveling. We truly appreciated how attentive and reliable he was throughout our stay. 10/10 experience! The communication was so great even before we arrive… Hayden send text messages on procedures and who to go to after we come out of the airport, and what to say… when we landed, he was also communicating via phone to ask how we doing and if the immigration line was long. And we we got picked up, our driver William was also awesome… very nice driving and very friendly. He even pointed out some restaurants and gave us some advise on how to take cabs when we go to certain places… Overall a great experience with them.

Where do I even start with this wonderful company. I visited Turks and Caicos with my daughter for my birthday in June. We’d searched social media and found many companies that were not vetted to drive. We also found that taxis charge exorbitant fees per person. We ran across this gem, Pegasus and we’re so grateful that we did. William, our driver from the airport was absolutely amazing. He arrived in a GMC Denali which was clean and very nice. He was very helpful and guided us as we continued to our hotel. He also let us know that if we needed transportation anywhere while on the island to contact them and they would be happy to drive us. We thought that he was kidding, but he wasn’t. We used them the entire four days that we were there and their prices were super reasonable. They did not overcharge and did not charge per person which made it very easy to give tips because of the professionalism, on time pick up and on-time delivery. All we needed to do was give them about 15 minutes notice to go anywhere. We communicated mostly through WhatsApp, which was perfect and they always responded right away. There was never a time where I felt like we weren’t going to have Transportation on the island because of them. Whenever you’re in Turks and Caicos, you will want to use Pegasus. It is a legitimate company that does not overcharge, uses top quality vehicles and is dependable. During our visit, they used Teslas with the Lamborghini doors, Cadillac Escalades and GMC Denalis. Who could ask for anything more? Kudos to William for being the best driver on the island. He was so amazing that we wanted to bring him back to the states with us. If you’re traveling to Turks and Caicos, choose Pegasus, they won’t let you down. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Pegasus VIP Transport was great at keeping in touch prior to our trip to confirm our reservation and explain the process once you land in Turks. We only waited a few minutes for Hayden to pick us up and deliver us to our Resort. The vehicle was very clean and the AC was aljust right.

We booked a round trip service with Pegasus on our trip to Turks & Caicos. Once outside the airport they arrived extremely fast and Hayden was our driver. What a personable young man. Prior to arrival he had made contact with us regarding confirming our pick-up and return, how to meet him after exiting the airport, and getting us to our hotel. Hayden was most informative when answering asked questions and providing information. He was a great driver and was available for any driving necessary. We used Pegasus during our stay, they were always on time or early and confirmed rides. We highly recommend Hayden and Pegasus.
