Hayden and team were absolutely wonderful. They were all prompt, personable, and kept clean vehicles. They accommodated us throughout our trip, stayed in communication when we had asked to add other rides with them during our trip, and always confirmed a driver was on the way and when to expect them to arrive. The driver arrived 45 after scheduled pickup . I’ve asked several times for the individual to call the drama. The comment was. He is on his way. Not happier at all having to wait.

Hayden was exceptional and so was his vehicle. He communicated consistently to make sure and check the status of where we were in our travels and through customs. Clear, transparent pricing and perhaps the most punctual driver we’ve ever had. Told us he’d arrive at 6:53 to pick us up and arrived at 6:53 on the dot! Always on time and very professional.

We had an awesome experience. Our driver’s name was Bennett and he was great. He was prompt, reliable, kind and knowledgeable. He also made sure there was a sign saying happy birthday upon our arrival. If we’re ever in Turks again, we will make sure to use the same company and hopefully Bennett again.

I highly recommend Pegasus VIP. I booked an airport transfer the day before I landed at PLS airport and I’m so glad I did. Communication was excellent, Hayden gave clear instructions for what I needed to expect and look for once I made it through customs, and the car was at the airport to pick me up in less than 10 minutes. Car was clean and comfortable and the driver was very nice and helpful. As a younger, solo traveler, I felt safe and I was at my resort in no time. Could not have gone any smoother!

We booked Private transportation from the airport to hotel for a reason. Private service and paid a lot extra. Could have booked a taxi for $50 less. We asked for one stop at store on way and were told that would be extra if we were not in and out in less than 5 minutes. And the driver only had 1 water for us to share. Was told they had people before us who drank all the waters. Most private transportation in other places have beer, sodas and water.

Hayden was very communicative and arrived within 10min of us getting to airport in Turks & Caicos. His cars were clean and comfortable with plenty of storage for our luggage. Unfortunately for the ride back to the airport at the end of the trip, his driver was a bit delayed on the ride back, coming from another job as well as some traffic, which made the check in and luggage drop off a little bit more stressful but overall a well run company from a young entrepreneur. Would use again, next time with allowance for delays.

At first, getting to your driver seems like chaos, but it’s surprisingly organized and detailed. The airport employees must coordinate with Pegasus VIP because our guy recognized us by name and informed us our driver was there already. Bennett Williams was our driver. He immediately jumped out to assist with our luggage then jumped right back in to show us how to crank up our air in the backseat. He was excellent and we recommend him and the company highly. Bennett drove safely and answered all our questions about the island. I’d request him every time. This company was a great choice and we’re happy we chose them.
