Turks And Caicos Private Round Trip Airport Transfer

Worst transfer company I have ever dealt with! We arrived at the airport without luggage, so we were some of the first ones outside. I approached one of the agents and without even taking my name he told us to wait over by the wall. After 20 minutes I approached him again. He didn't even remember who I was but told me the driver was on the way and to go back by the wall. After another 20 minutes and watching other passengers who came outside long after us get into their vehicles and leave, I approached him again and was told it would just be a few more minutes. This was a private transfer that I paid extra for, and my wife and I were left waiting outside in the hot sun for 45 minutes waiting for a car! Then it gets better. The driver was an absolute miserable human being. I have never in my life not given a driver a tip, but this man was so miserable and unfriendly that I put the $20 that I had planned on giving him back into my pocket when we arrived at the resort. The return trip to the airport was a little better, but the driver was 15 minutes late and was only a little friendlier than he was picking us up at the airport. It was a horrible start and end to what otherwise was a fantastic trip. Avoid this company if possible. Their customer service is abysmal.

The car broke down on the way to the hotel. Another car came within 10 minutes to get us, but after traveling for 7 hours, it was diappointing.

Good communication, was waiting for us at airport let me know a few days in advance of pick up time, had us at airport not to early would use again.

Had to wait 25 minutes to be picked up after arrival. Driver was not waiting and ready. Taxi would have been quicker and more cost efficient. I paid the higher cost for convenience, what I received was inconvenience.

The pick up from airport to hotel was fine. Then when it was time for pick up to go to the airport was a disaster. I emailed them ( because you can’t call them- but they can call you) that my flight was delayed, to please pick up at 5pm instead. They then called me to confirm that I wanted pick up at 5pm. I said yes and thanked them. Then an hour later, that emailed me saying they can’t accommodate because his driver left for the day. I was confused and tried to call back on the number that he called me from earlier and left a voicemail. No return call. I was waiting in the lobby of the hotel at the original pick up time at 2 pm because I didn’t know what time he was coming. Waited 30 minutes, No one came. I then came out at 5pm and waited for 30 minutes. No one came. Save yourself the aggravation and call a taxi instead because the cost was actually cheaper than pre-paying for a ride you might not ever make because they didn’t show. Worst experience ever! Avoid this!

Our trip from the airport was great-only waited 5 minutes big luxury suv i hopeing our return trip back to the airport is good also

Fredrick was our driver, or could say our guide. Very formative on the island and the restaurants. Great experience. Would recommend!

They were great!! Quick service, really nice cars and drivers! They were great with communication and prompt!

On time, and efficient. Drivers were nice and drove safely. It was about 20 mins airport to hotel, paid $205. Kinda pricey for the drive, but if you want private transportation and to not have to wait, this is the way to go. I do think they should have refreshments available as most private transportation companies offer.

Return transfer was a no show , my client did not get their return transfer when it was definitely prepaid , a refund is due , not sure what happened , so a refund is definitely due and can go back to the credit card it was charged on . Thank you Denise Pascucci

The limo service was just fine. The experience at the airport is not good and has not improved in 10 years we have been coming here. Vans, cars, limos all line up to pick up people and it is a total mess and takes about 45 min to clear after a few planes come in.

Shaka was an exceptional driver! Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better driver. Thank you very much and I will definitely use this ride service again and will definitely recommend Shaka and the company to all my friends and relatives!

SCAM!! DON’T BOOK!! Horrible service. We tried to reschedule the pick up date and they canceled my reservation and didn’t refund or provide credit. They forced me to make a new reservation and pay for it again.

I never received a confirmation email for pick up to airport but i sent a message and they emailed me very quickly with my desired time and had no issues so smooth round trip transfer. The gentleman driving us were nice, but were not much talkers but I can't complain. Highly recommended.

The amount was to be paid fully upfront for a round trip transportation between the airport and hotel. The cost was almost double the price compared to what a regular taxi would cost, which I was okay with given it was pre-arranged. However, our flight was delayed a few hours, and the company refused to reschedule the driver to accomodate our schedule. They went out of communication and were not helpful at all, despite myself and my hotel trying our best to reschedule. I do NOT recomend this company or service. I would reccomend having your hotel arrange your transportation, or arrange a one-way from the airport to the hotel, and arrange a regular taxi within 15 minutes of your desired departure time. I am very dissapointed in how the service went down.

Omg Tim and Jerry were absolutely amazing! Not only were they there on time, but they communicated effectively. We had 2 people on separate flights and they made all necessary accommodations for all of us to get to our destination. We will be back soon!

Drivers were professional and prompt, Made sure we were able to clear customs upon arrival and upon checking in, all was in orde before leaving. Departing island was smooth, again very professional. Vehicles are immaculate, highly recommend using.
