Sunset Horse Ride Experience

We were picked up at our resort. It was nice because our group with just us. The guides were very nice and asked us what we wanted to do and since I’m not an experienced rider I was able to go at my pace with my horse. Everyone was super sweet and we had a nice surprise at the end.

We were a group of 6 people. Privately they took us for the horse ride. They were amazing. We had a great time. They gave us bottles of water and fresh coconut water. They took us out pictures and video. I I absolutely recommend them.

This was the highlight of my trip, riding on a beautiful beach. Our guides were fun and professional and I particularly enjoyed my guide realizing I could handle my horse from experience so we took off and rode like the wind! He got my phone and took many pictures and videos, it was a great experience. I would definitely book with them again for another ride. I really appreciated the freedom to truly ride!

We had such a wonderful time on this tour! The staff are very communicative and more than willing to help with transportation if needed. We felt super comfortable with the staff and on the horses. The staff definitely take your safety as a priority and we can’t wait to do this again when we come back!

Amazing, full hour up and down beach, beginners should feel comfortable. At the end, they brought us into the water for pictures. Entire staff was amazing - communicative starting the day before (pick up time) and really made everyone feel comfortable. Fabulous excursion, highly recommend.

Everyone was very nice and so helpful. I am still very new to riding horses and was anxious but the guy stayed with me to help if I got scared. The trail leader was great and took pictures and video. As a horse lover, I would have liked more time with the horses but it’s a horse ride, not a horse grooming experience.

Great people who were incredibly accommodating. It was nice to meet the local hard working people. They treated us great and were very helpful being I don’t have much riding experience. They let my daughter ride at her own speed being she’s an experienced equestrian. They even found her a conch shell. The beach was beautiful even through there was just a hurricane the week prior.

From the first phone call I made, to the WhatsApp messages in between, and all the way up to the ride itself: customer service was on point. The staff were very eager to please, and were clearly interested in making sure we had a good time. If you communicate with them clearly and pleasantly, you will get the same courteous, respectful, and diligent customer service in return. I had originally booked a sunset tour for 3, including myself my wife and my son. Unfortunately my wife could not attend due to health reasons, and they were very understanding. They took care of it with aplomb. Our driver arrived on time, and after picking up another small group family, took us directly to our ride. The horses were tacked up and ready to go. Our guides were diligence with their attention, and let us control whether we would go in the water or not. My son was given a calm horse, as was the other young rider in our group. I told them in advance I had some experience, and they gave me a horse that matched my experience level. One of the other writers had trouble controlling his horse, and the staff were there to lead the horse as needed to keep control. Another staff member asked if I wanted him to take pictures and videos with my phone, and I appreciated it very much. It was a calm horseback riding session along the beach, and we all had a great time soaking in the scenery along the beach. No regrets, great experience, would recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Very serene and relaxing riding horses and listening to the waves at sunset. My guides were great. Made me feel comfortable and relax with my horse. I'd definitely do it again. I also love the fact that they provide transportation from your resort!

The sunset horseback riding was really nice. I just started to get concerned when one of the horses started spitting up/foaming at the mouth. And another kept grinding it's teeth. As if something were wrong with them. In the pictures, some of them look malnourished. Hopefully the horses were ok. Other than that, the host are friendly & the experience was nice.

Very nice people, accommodated time according to sunset, and gave us water after ride. The only problem I have is that the horses are clearly in distress and not well taken care of. They were all skin and bones I couldn’t enjoy my experience due to that.

The owner was so kind, accommodating, and communicative to arrange our trip around our dinner reservations. They had to cancel our original booking due to renovations, but we were able to text back and forth to reschedule before we left. The crew helped keep the horses calm and guided, as we enjoyed the view on our ride. Thanks for a memorable experience!

Another way to experience the peaceful island beauty. Guides stayed with each rider. Ended with fresh coconut water! And we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel! Charming family business.

Our recent horseback riding excursion for our honeymoon was quite disappointing. The horse appeared malnourished, which was concerning, and the beach, which we had hoped would offer a beautiful and serene view, was covered in seaweed, taking away from the experience. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations for such a special occasion. I hope the organizers take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests and for their animals.

It was amazing! I went with my hubby, and there were two others with us! The horses were tame, and we enjoyed a lovely stroll on the beach at sunset. We were both on the sand and in the water. Our tour guides were very accommodating, taking as many photos and videos as we would like. They even let me wear a longer dress so that I could capture the perfect photo. At the end, they gave us wine, and transferred us back to the hotel. It was definitely a memorable experience! I would highly recommend.

They made it special for my friend’s birthday. The crew traveled with us to make sure we had a smooth ride and kept us company. They took a lot of photos and videos which we truly appreciate. Such a beautiful experience. The guides were very friendly and so were the horses! This was our first time horseback riding so we were a little nervous, but the guides were with us every step of the way, making for a smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable ride. The horses were also very receptive to commands by both us and the guides, which helped ease any concern on our end. And they were sooo cute. At the very end of the ride, we all got a complimentary glass of red wine for final pictures, along with cold bottled water. Communication with the guides before and after the experience was excellent. They sent me exact directions and described nearby landmarks so that we could easily find them. They took SO MANY pictures on our phones and their own for us, and promptly sent the pictures they took to us the same night! This sunset ride on the beach has probably been my top adventures in life! I really loved it. The staff was so friendly and easy to be with. The horses were great! They make you feel very comfortable on a horse. I’m an experienced rider but my son was not and they make sure you are good and safe. Going in the ocean on a horse is an unforgettable experience. It was very calming and relaxing!! Would high recommend them! You won’t be disappointed!!

We had initially booked for another day but it rained and they were very good about letting us change the date. I wouldn’t have minded going in the rain but with a 7 year old it wouldn’t have been fun. Everything went well start to finish, The day of we received a reminder of the event, as well as detailed instructions for pick up and location( our resort had multiple lobbies) Our driver that was sent to shuttle us from the resort to the beach was on time and friendly and a clean vehicle. I was a bit nervous since it was just my daughter and I going alone. But the driver let my husband know where we would be going. We got to the beach and everything was ready to go. The horses were not in poor condition like some places that we have travelled. You could tell they were well taken care of, they were calm, clean and the riding gear was in excellent shape. The only thing was that I am a larger stature, and compared to riding in North America, the horses were smaller stature and height then I am normally use to riding. So I felt bad for the Horse having to drag me around. The staff that was there to assist as well as the guide were excellent, friendly and polite. Explained very well how to handle the horses, as well as helped guide the horses if extra assistance was needed. Everyone was friendly they took photos and also offered to take my phone for photos for me as well. My daughter takes riding lessons and usually rides 1/2 hour so she was getting tired after about 30 minutes. It had nothing to do with the company or staff , just her being so young. But they were great in allowing us to end early. We had fresh coconuts and my daughter discovered her love for coconut water, since she drank mine too. The driver was prompt to return when they called to let him know we were finished early. The next day we received a message thanking us for choosing their family business and the photos that were taking on the adventure were shared with us. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to do this type of adventure.
