It was a smooth process. As i departed airport was picked up within 5 minutes

Leonard was amazing. So kind to my daughter and me. He shared island information and got us to our hotel safely.

The pickup and drop off went well highly recommend this company the process was very easy and they were at the airport when we arrived

While we watched people getting their transportation from the airport in a timely manner, we waited and waited, had to get the airport personnel to call at least twice. Then we tried to contact them for the round trip back to the airport and they never answered our calls and when the hotel concierge contacted them, he said they were giving him a lot of attitude, his term. Needless to say, we had to spend another $40 plus tip to get a ride to the airport. We had paid $80 minus the $30 discount trip advisor gave us and a tip. We believe they owe us $40

We had a seamless and smooth experience with Majestic. We had booked transport from the airport to our resort with a 4:30pm pickup time (I suggest you aim your pickup time for ~30 min after your flight lands to give you time for customs and baggage claim). We exited the airport at 4:27pm and the Majestic SUV was literally waiting right outside the airport doors for us. Antoinette (our driver) gave great recommendations on where to shop and eat in our resort area. Our return trip to the airport was just as smooth and professional - the Majestic SUV arrived 5 min before our pickup time and got us promptly to the airport for our flight home. I highly recommend Majestic transport service if you are looking for an stress-free, smooth, and professional way to get to your resort and back.

Had booked a round trip from the airport. Drop-off went well. Anne from Magestic was kind enough to give us 10 min to make grocery purchases while she dropped another group at a different location. Arrived in the room and he later, i received a email message about the return trip being cancelled. Not sure! If there was an issue with the round trip booking, we would have liked the curtesy of being provided with options. Just be careful!

Very nice trip. We went mid August. Winter is supposed to be the best time to go. But I think the water would be too cool for my liking. Maybe April/May. Our temps were 85 day and 83 at night. Very little change. It was humid, but not nearly as bad as I had expected. Just don't plan to walk too far. Insects were no issue at all. The only time we saw anything at all was out at the hammock at night, with just a few no-see-um's. Although it was rainy season, it rained just once all week. A 15 minute downpour. I took my raincoat, but never needed it. We stayed at Ocean Club West (OCW). Not fancy, but very nice. Very lush landscaping. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Very nice pool. Of note, there is no eat in restaurant on site, but the food at the outdoor restaurant is very good. The reef (less than a mile off the beach) is less here, so you do get some small (maybe 1') wave action on the beach. Most of Grace Bay is more protected by the reef. OCW is very nicely located near the major shops. One of the main grocery stores is within walking distance. OCW has collapsible carts you can pull to get your groceries back. Or for just a few smaller items, you can take the free bikes with baskets to the store. The unit we had, Room 412 (second floor), was nicely updated with a nice view of the pool and some view of the ocean. It was a corner unit, and sliding doors on two sides opened up, so the whole room was open to the balcony to get the breezes. Nice. One thing I really didn't like is that you can't book a particular room. You choose between room types, and they assign a room to you when you get there. That's risky. Some rooms are not yet updated (I think they said 60 of 85 are updated, with more to be updated September 2024). We gave them our preferences, and were lucky to get a good one. Buildings A and B are oceanfront. Next best are C and D buildings. I'll list some of the cons of our trip and the room as well: *There were not the shops there that I had expected. I thought since it is an expensive place, there would be lots of nice stores. Not the case. There were a few, but not many. Just as example, I had wanted to buy a polo with Turks/Caicos logo. I asked at several different shops. I found exactly one store that had them, but they just didn't fit me well. I found out (at the airport when flying out) that the Royal golf shop had them. Maybe some of the boutique shops inside some of the resorts? *It isn't easy to find things. We had a tough time finding two or three locations. Hemingway's restaurant was the worst. We used two different apps and neither one could get us there. We probably drove around 15-20 minutes trying. *Landscaping started at 8am. A string trimmer buzzing on and off that early isn't very good for vacationing. Please wait till 9am!! *No Kuerig in the room. Rooms are individually owned, so each one is different. The lack of a Keurig felt like a major oversight to me. The room also had no coffee mugs, only small plastic coffee cups. The kitchen overall wasn't stocked very well. Another example, no pizza or baking sheet. *The bathroom vent fan was crazy loud. *The washer/dryer combo unit was old and also crazy loud. You'll only want to use it when you leave the room. *We had a sunset sailing cruise planned with Carribean Cruisin. We walked up the beach to our pick up point. Three other couples were there as well. 15 minutes after our designated pick up time, we received a text that the cruise had been cancelled due to steering issues with the sailboat. No alternative date was offered. They just refunded our money. Very disappointing. If you have an issue with the boat, make a decision to cancel early enough so that your customers aren't dressed up and sitting and waiting for you. Walking up the beach, then sitting out in that heat waiting while dressed for a nice cruise wasn't fun. And of course I wondered if they cancelled on us because they didn't have enough people to make a good profit. *We had scheduled a sightseeing tour the first day, just to learn the terrain and the beaches. But somehow my booking got cancelled. Still not sure what happened there. *Hurricane Ernesto... we knew it was hurricane season. And this one came VERY close. We were lucky it didn't get us. All we got was that 15 minute rain shower out of it. It got breezy one day, but that actually felt great. The biggest impact for us was rougher surf when we did our Snuba trip. They took us outside the reef. That obviously is the norm, as they picked up a mooring ball there. But then they decided it was too rough, as the waves may have pushed folks onto the reef ( a good decision). So we had to go back inside the reef and drop anchor (no moorings there). But because they didn't want to damage the coral, they anchored a good distance from the reef. By the time we figured out the snuba thing and got over to the reef, it was time to go. I only saw 4-5 fish. I think we only had 20 minutes of Snuba on a 2+ hour trip. We needed more time in the water. The two guides were great. But I assume they don't decide how much time we got in the water. The tour owner probably decides that based on insurance. *Note that some of the roads on the maps are VERY bad roads. With no way to tell that by looking at the map. At least not the maps that we had. We had to turn around more than once due to the road, since our rental car wasn't a 4WD. Do NOT take the road on the west side of the peninsula going out to Chalk Sound. The road cutting across is really bad. Take tje road on the east side. BTW, definitely get a rental car. Cabs are readily available, but expensive. We didn't get one the first two days, planning to just relax and unwind at the pool and on the beach. But we definitely needed one after that. It worked out perfectly. Restaurant wise, we liked Hemingways, once we finally found it. Nice oceanfront dining. We also really liked Infiniti. We went there thinking we'd eat at the grill/bar, but it was closed. A super nice host there got us seated, even though we didn't have reservations. It's darn near impossible to get reservations there, because they usually don't answer the phone when you call. I'm not a foodie, so I didn't appreciate the food there. But it was another nice oceanfront dining experience. The outdoor restaurant at our resort also had very good food and oceanfront dining. Nothing fancy, but we liked it enough to go back again. Omars is a classic T&K location not to be missed. Good food, fun atmosphere and a fantastic view. A shout out to three businesses... Goldsmiths, Art Provo and Dive Provo were nice shops. Goldsmiths is in Regent Village. The other two are in the Saltmills Plaza (almost across the road from each other). Dive Provo in particular was super helpful and nice. Overall, it was a nice trip. Turks and Caicos is a very expensive destination. A 12.5% sales tax doesn't help (they have that because they have no property or income tax there, so the sales tax is a major funding for the government). The people are nice there. Everyone we met was helpful. Of course, there is a lot of poverty, and it shows. Even right across the street from some of the beach/resort areas. But it's beaches are beautiful. Grace Bay (location of our OCW room) is consistently rated as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. And it is well deserved. White sand beaches and turquoise waters. When we looked out the airplane window flying in and saw that view, we both looked at each other with wide eyes. Wow.

Both of our drivers going to our resort and from our resort while in Turks and Caicos were absolutely wonderful and very helpful as they shared information regarding the island.

I had a confirm pickup for 10am for a shared ride to the airport. When I spoke with the dispatcher the day before and advised we had VIP handling at the airport she wanted the pickup to move to 11am. I said 'No" . . . I wanted the pickup time to remain at 10am. My booking reservation remained at 10am. I texted the vendor at 9:45am that we were in the hotel lobby waiting for the car. No response. At 10:10am I called and the phone was not answered. I called again at 10:20 and the dispatcher advised that the pickup time was 11am because I had VIP curb service. I insisted on a car pickup immediately. She said a car would come immediately and reminded me it would be a shared ride. At 10:30am another car service arrived at the resort and was willing to take us to the airport. We loaded our bags into the vehicle, and the our driver from Majestic did arrive. But the effort was too late for me. If you choose this vendor Majestic be careful with the dispatcher who may change your request time to return to the airport. She believes she knows best!

Daniel was a great driver and offered dining choices and places to go and see. Access from the airport was well coordinated with minimal wait time once outside.

I filled out all information that was ask for at the time I booked but when I arrived I Turks and Caicos airport and followed directions to Majestic I was told that my ride was gone and I had to take a taxi to my resort. My money has not been refunded yet.

Really good transfer. Clean car. Easy to locate at the airport. If you just ask the gentleman at the airport usually in the taxi area, he can call Majestic’s for you. I would use again

We highly recommend Majestic transportation. Our driver was excellent and was forthcoming with information about the island. We certainly learned a lot from him.

Pick up upon arrival to airport was seamless. Arrangement for departure flight was not good. Multiple communications with no confirmation of pickup time caused stress not sure if we had a transport back. Recommend you have that set up in advance vs putting it on your customers to text, email and call without a response.

I can highly recommend Majestic! I was travelling alone so I thought a pre booked service would suit me better. They picked me up on time for my journey from and back to the airport and I had absolutely no problems.

If you are nervous to book and pay in advance, don’t be! Vehicle was high end and luxurious. Shared ride - but we were only 2 that got picked up and dropped off so it was like a private ride! Drivers were safe and professional. They were early to pick us up to return home which was great! Antoinette (Ann) was very nice.

Friendly driver and clean vehicle. We got through customs faster than I anticipated and we ended up waiting an hour and ten minutes outside the airport for our shuttle to arrive. Curbside crew said they called them to let them know we arrived early, but they still did not arrive until 10 minutes after our reserved time. Pick up at our resort for our return to the airport was on time and excellent.

The pickup was great and Antoinette had great information for our visit. We were dropped off right at the condos.

Prompt response no wait. Curtus and friendly .would recomend to my friends and family I like to prepare in advance so I don't have to wait and try and figure things out.

Service was flexible enough to pick us up even though we had to reschedule for a later flight (same day) due to weather delays. Just a short wait at the airport and we had our “shared ride” all to ourselves. Quick ride all the way to zone five. Nice clean van. Very polite and safe driver.

We were really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them. The cars were in excellent condition and arrived in plenty of time. The drivers were both extremely nice, helpful and informative. Don’t be concerned if you don’t get an immediate response to a message (I was starting to stress!) they were always true to their word.

I had a good experience with the Taxi service when I landed, had to wait for a bit at the airport which was expected since it was a shared ride. There was a miscommunication about my pick up date/time which ended up being resolved, but I HIGHLY recommend calling them directly to confirm when you need to be picked up. I followed their instructions about reaching out the day before, however someone showed up the day I texted them that I was confirming pick up for tomorrow, and then they were a bit rude to me about it. I let it go, not gonna let something minute get in the way of a nice time, but they still came the next day and were pleasant about it!

Days after booking no one contacted me to get the return trip details of my airport transfer. I wrote them 2X by email and 2X by whatsapp and the one email they told me to call (can't if I am abroad, why not just confirm in the email reply you sent?). They only confirmed after 9pm the night before my flight! I could have been sleeping! I told them to cancel the trip completely as I was so stressed by being ignored and not knowing if i'd be stranded to/from the airport but NO REFUND was allowed given it was under 24 hour notice. I decided not to waste the fee and asked to be picked up for my return and the driver didn't make it clear that they don't pickup to other forms of accommadation besides hotels until she was already METERS AWAY from me, threatening to cancel saying she needed to pick up others waiting on her. I fell on the gravel trying to look for her since she said she was lost and bruised my knee. I gave an extra star for the aftermath but still I paid for RT and only got 1 way service, and was nearly stranded. There needs to be a vast improvement of professionalism starting with how quickly and politely they contact their riders. No one should have to wait the night before a flight to know if they have a ride from/to the airport! That is stressful!

The pick up from the airport was very late. It was close to impossible to get a confirmation for Friday pickup from hotel back to airport. Even after I called and texted for a pick up to return to the airport, they still got the time wrong. Then when I accepted the new time two hours prior then what I scheduled, they was still earlier and wanted me to accommodate. Definitely won't be using in the future.

The staff at Majestic was wonderful, funny and so very informative. AND, they are a family owned and operated business. The Suburban was immaculately clean with ice cold air conditioning. Great job, Majestic!

No complaints, happy with the service! Our flight arrived 40 minutes late so we did have to wait 15 minutes for pickup but we weren't in hurry. Plus we were late... no big deal. We texted our pickup time the night before departure and were picked up promptly the next day as promised. Thanks!

The vehicles were clean and roomy. The driver to the resort was very friendly and professional. Antoinette was our driver to the airport. She was at the resort ahead of our scheduled pickup time. At the airport she took us to our airline check in line. She thanked us for using her services. I would recommend them to anyone coming to Turks and Caicos. The price they quoted was the price they charged.

Majestic car service was Friendly, professional and on time!!! Perfect pricing too! We had the husband, Leonard to pick us up from the airport and his wife—- business partner—- picked us up from the hotel. They are both wonderful!! Majestic is just that!!!

Our lady driver (I think her name was Antoinette) was very sweet and funny! She came about 10 minutes early to pick us up for our return trip. We had to wait about 10 minutes at the airport on arrival for the van to come, but it was worth it to ride with such a kind, fun person. Transportation was simple and easy. It did not take long at all to get to and from the airport. The van was extremely clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend this service.
