Excellent reponse when plane arrival was delayed by American. They were there soon after we arrived with 10 family members. Excellent company to deal with at a very resonable price. Pick up after was right as we expected and delivered to airport. Both drivers were amazing.
They were over a half an hour late for pick up to and from the airport. We prepaid for round-trip transfers so had to use them and both times they were over 30 minutes late.Unreliable.

When we arrived, our shuttle was not waiting. So the nice taxi man called the lady. She was really nasty on the phone stating that I did not give her my information, which I did in the beginning. I booked it on the app so then she said she could be there in 5 minutes and as she was hanging up, she said, a few curse words. After she picks us up, we asked if she could stop at the liquor store and she was nasty to us and said no. I cannot and then later on. She goes, i'm gonna do you guys a favor I will stop at the store cause we're gonna change drivers
Driver was extremely hostile and rude around minor children and tried pressuring us to give her more cash although we paid for round trip service upfront. We also gave her a $60 tip the first way. Second way she wanted a $50 tip. She was 30 minutes late pick us up. Do not book with her company
We booked this to make things easier in our group. However, Communication was lacking- I had to reach out the night before our trip to get details on how we find them at the airport, what ticket we need etc. The worst part was the return home. We still received no information. I messaged the company to ask what time we’d be picked up to go to the airport. No response, I messaged there times. Still no response at 8am our day of departure. Finally we had to have the front desk staff call to make sure someone was coming. Very poor communication and customer service. Added stress!

Leonard was the absolute BEST as he helped to transport our family of 8, to our VRBO, then to the ferry dock. He was informative, kind, and went above and beyond. He was an even more gracious gift when our flight was delayed 24 hours and he helped us to find overnight lodging and transported us back-and-forth to the airport. Antoinette was extremely helpful as well in coordinating communications as one of our phones was left in the vehicle and we got it back to us in no time! We are so grateful!!

Very nice experience. We were picked up and taken to the supermarket first and then to our villa. Antoinette gave us some mini guide of the island.
Company was 25 minutes late picking us up at airport and only showed up after multiple calls. Return trip was no better, called Leonard multiple times, emailed office, even had hotel call to confirm a pick up time the day before scheduled pick up, No response. Only after filing for a refund did the company respond. Evidently majestic doesn’t have a very good reputation on Turks
Our trip was AMAZING. Mrs. Ann picked us up and took such good care of our group. She was friendly and courteous. She made us feel so welcome like we were family! She was on time and made sure we got to the airport on time. Her overall spirit, was Beautiful, Calm & Welcoming. If you are ever in Turks and need transportation , please call majestic tours ( you will not be disappointed) I pray you get Mrs. Ann to drive you from & to the airport. Pleased to say our ground transportation to & from our hotel went smoothly, thanks to our drivers Antionette & another young man whose name I cannot recall. They not only drove safely, but they shared with us a wealth of helpful information as to restaurants, activities, culture & norms of Turks & Caicos. We enjoyed ourselves immensely, & plan to return next year. Hopefully we can reconnect with the same drivers. Both were professional, knowledgeable & simply delightful to converse with.

Could not find our drop off location and expected us to use gps to guide him in a foreign country. Horrible communication for the return ride to the airport. We messaged to confirm Pickup or change pickup time and never got a response. It was only after I requested a partial refund that they responded rudely. Would not suggest. Glad we had a backup plan.
Pickup from the airport was 15 minutes late and from the hotel 20 minutes late, so be prepared. The van was clean. The drivers are not that helpful or polite. Don't expect them to pickup your luggage.
Pickup was 10 minutes late from the airport and 20 minutes late from the hotel, so prepare for it. Staff now that responsive; expect to carry your bags yourself sometimes...

Leonard and Anne were great to work with during our stay in Turks and Caicos. We had a family of 8 on our trip and they had a vehicle that was able to accommodate all of us. I would definitely recommend them especially when you have a big group. They were punctual and the van was clean. Our driver was amazing and very friendly. I also loved how they wanted to make sure everything was confirmed for your return transportation; made me feel very comfortable. The price was great as well.
Antoinette was great. Our flight was hours late. The airport taxi stand staff called Majestic and within ten minutes we were picked up. The van was big enough to fit our party of seven with luggage and it was air conditioned. She provided information in places to eat and things to do while here. Good experience all around.
We just returned from our Turks & Caicos vacation and so ready to go again! Part of the reason was because of Majestic's excellent service. If you want a seamless pick-up and drop-off from the Providenciales airport to your resort (or wherever you're staying), I highly recommend Majestic! Upon arrival, Leonard texted us and gave us instructions on where to meet him. He had the van nice and cool, (the island heat and humidity will hit you when you step off the plane), and we went directly to our resort. The day before departure, we confirmed our pick-up time. Sure enough, Antonette was there waiting for us. She provided lots of laughs as we were so sad to leave. Our resort included airport transfers, but it was not private. This was definitely worth the "splurge" and we will do it again!

It was a matter of minutes before we were on our way from the airport. The drivers were friendly and helpful. The vans were clean and cool. They accommodated a stop we wanted to make during our departure. Eight friends and our luggage easily fit.
Highly recommend Majestic VIP service! Amazing in every way including easy booking online and great communication. We were traveling with our 2 year old and they brought a car seat along as requested. After dropping us off at our resort, I realized I left my cell phone in the car and Antionette quickly arranged to deliver my phone back to me the same day. Antoinette and her husband are a great team running a wonderful company. We plan to use them again when traveling to Turks in the future!

She was so kind and helpful. They were on time and great with our kids. She also helped us out with a grocery store trip. 10/10 would recommend. Can’t say enough good things about her. Ask her about the pub crawl she offers too. She doesn’t advertise it, but we definitely would have booked one.
Excellent, professional, and reliable transportation. Leonard was our driver. He was very prompt picking our group up at the airport. We hired him to drive us and pick us up for our diving trips for 2 days. Which was wonderful to have it arranged so when we returned from our drive he was there to pick us up. I believe Majestic also offers islands torus. They also provided our departure airport transfer. Highly recommend using Majestic for transportation while on the island.

We only waited about 10 minutes at the airport to be picked up. The van was clean and large enough for our party of 10 and all our luggage and the AC was cold and refreshing. The "boss lady" actually picked us up just to make sure we didn't wait too long and we might our driver just outside the airport which we found to be great customer service! We had two passengers who needed to leave earlier than the rest of the group and they accommodated us and only charged an extra $28. The picked up the rest of group at the time promised, again with a clean cool van large enough for our group. Please tip your driver! They deserve it!
We booked Majestic Taxis and Tours for our roundtrip airport-hotel transfer and requested an infant car seat for our 10-month old daughter. The company was clearly not prepared for this sort of request, even though I was assured it wouldn't be a problem. On the way there, the driver was fairly late showing up and arrived WITHOUT a car seat. We ended up having to drive with our baby strapped to my wife with the car's seatbelt, which is terribly unsafe. The company did offer a discounted fare due to this mix-up, so I was ready to forgive and forget. However, on the way to airport, the transfer arrived without a car seat installed. Instead, the driver had brought a BOOSTER seat (suited for >22 lb toddlers, NOT for infants) even though I had explicitly requested an infant car seat. Moreover, the company policy is that the client has to install the car seat themselves. I can understand this kind of policy being there for legal reasons but it is totally unreasonable to expect the client to just know how to install a car seat on the spot. It didn't come with instructions and the driver had no clue how to install it. Plus, we didn't want to delay too much and miss our transfer. So guess what... we ended up driving back to the airport with our infant strapped to my wife using the car seatbelt AGAIN. I must say the drivers were professional and the vehicles are nice, but AVOID this company if you are travelling with infants or toddlers.
