We had a fantastic private tour with Simpson. He showed us parts of Providenciales we never would have seen on our own, including Blue Hills, Five Cays, and The Hole. Along the way he shared local history and insights about island life, gave us maps and marimbo seeds, and even treated us to a local beer, soda, and conch fritters from his father’s restaurant. The tour felt authentic, personal, and much more interesting than a typical sightseeing trip. If you want to get beyond Grace Bay and learn about the real Turks and Caicos, I highly recommend booking with Simpson.

It our first time with N&G Tours. My husband and I had a great time. We saw all parts of the island and got a lot of knowledge and history. Simpson was our guide and we had a blast.

Driver arrived late and we were even later getting back. Van was old and run down, hard to get in and out of all day. Tour guide was very nice but conversation revolved around his day job more than Tour information. Disappointed did not see more interesting sites around island.

This was the perfect half day around the island. The stops were a good mix of landmarks and beaches, and our guide was so knowledgeable about everything! He was very friendly and by the end of the tour my toddler was making heart shapes with her hands to show how much she liked him. He also took amazing pictures of my family on the beaches! The tour was very flexible and made a few stops we asked for to pick up toiletries etc. They also bent over backwards on the timing to make sure my toddler got back to the hotel for nap time. And they had an included car seat!

Experiencing the island of Provo with a local expert is truly something special! From junkanoo to flamingos (if you're lucky!) Sim knows all the best beaches, attractions, food and things to do!

horrible experience - he showed up hour late. i asked for 11:00 pick he said no it has to be 9:00 we got ready at 9:00 and he did not show up until 10:00. wasted my whole day. did not cover half the things that are listed on his itinary. he stopped us at spots that are not in itinary just because he wanted to take a break. did not give us full 4 hours. i would not book him. Viator need to take him off of their website

Our guide name was Simpson. You could tell he really loves his country. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Turks and Caicos and plants. He made sure we had fun, answered our questions, and we were comfortable. Definitely ask him about places to eat. We went to Da Conch Shack for lunch and the food was delicious. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend. There was group of 13 family members visiting Turks and Caicos for a week. Our transportation N & G transportation was friendly, courteous, on time, very knowledgeable of the islands and recommended plenty for us to do and see. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely use them again.

Booked, paid and no response from the tour about when they were picking us up. I left 3 voicemails, called Trip Advisor about the tour and sent a message through Trip Advisor. I ended up cancelling as I felt their lack of response was an indication of poor service and potentially not getting what we paid for. Had to cancel 24 hours to get my money back

Our guide (Mini) did a great job tailoring the tour to our interests and sharing some of his family history. He was on time and the vehicle was kept very cool as we got in/out at our stops.

We got to the meeting spot early and waited for the bus, but it never showed up. No one ever answered the company’s phone. Totally unreliable. Do not book this tour!

Made our reservations online at TripAdvisor for Sunday, November 19, 2023. I called on Saturday the 18th to confirm. We were supposed to be picked up at 9 AM the next morning. No one showed up and when I called I was told the tour was being canceled because no one could pick us up. That was unacceptable, why was I not called the night before? Our money was refunded but now our day was in shambles. We also found out from the hotel concierge that some of the places on the tour were closed on Sundays. Why would you offer a tour that included the plantation and settlements that were not even open.

The trip was amazing and Simpson is a great tour guide! He was able to inform us on nightlife, restaurants, beaches you name it. He also assisted in setting up a surprise for a bday. He is very resourceful and we wouldn’t have had the amazing experience without him!

Simpson was a great host and guide. He is very knowledgeable about all things Turks. He helped plan the bday trip before my arrival, provided car service, booked our boat day, showed us all the tourist and local gems. This was my 2nd time using his company, Definitely recommend his services.

We had such an amazing day traveling Providenciales with Sim. His knowledge of the island runs deep and his professionalism is top notch. We got to customize our tour and saw so many great sites and hidden gems! He graciously took a lot of pictures of us too. We ended the tour at Bugaloos eating delicious Caribbean food with an amazing view. This was such a fun experience and a great way to get out to see the island. He also picked us up at the airport when we arrived. This is just day 2 of our vacation and I know we’ll see him again! Four hours went by so fast, we wished we had more time. I highly recommend booking with N&G!

We had an excellent time with our guide Simpson. He is very knowledgeable about the island and it's history. If you want a tour of how Islanders live and their history this is the tour for you. We ate at wonderful ocean view restaurant called Buggaloo ...it's truly ocean view. You could sit literally at a picnic table in the ocean. I watched how they prepare conk at restaurant. Take the tour!!!

Can’t say enough great things about Simpson and his tours! I did a north/middle Caicos island tour and also the land provo island tour. Pickup was well organized and you have personalized time to check all the beautiful areas and restaurants. Simpson was always available and flexible to my changing plans. Best part was that he took all my photos, can’t beat a personal photographer. I had such a great time! Hope to come again and do his other tours and excursions.

This was such an amazing experience, I have to think about where to start. Turks and Caicos is such a beautiful place, with many sites to see and activities to engage with. I can't thank our tour guide enough. Simpson from N&G Private Island Tours was professional, knowledgeable and attentive and warm. Sim gave us the best recommendations for excursions, sight-seeing, dining and nightlife. He even reserved all of our activities and was flexible and patient when we changed our minds at the last minute. Sim gave us both the tourists and local experience, which was my favorite part of the trip. As a local he introduced us to many hidden gems around Grace Bay. We visited many local vendors and learned about the rich history of Providenciales. He is very respected by the owners of the establishments which resulted in us getting discounted and at times free items. A few of the activities he organized were ATV rides, Jet Ski, Shipwreck, Drone photoshoots, brunch, dinners, clubbing, and all of our transportation. Sim, thank you so much! We will be back!

We scheduled a 1/2 day tour of Providenciales and had a great time. Our favorite thing was the Hole, Overlook at Price's house, secluded beach by Prince's house, Chalkies, places to eat and he had some unexpected places to see that isn't written in the tour books. Simpson is very knowledgable about the island. Overall Great Time.

We traveled to Turks and Caicos on a family vacation and stayed at Beaches. We wanted to leave the hotel's gated enclave and see some of the island. Well, we could not have picked a better tour and better guide than Simpson Penn. What a wonderful day we had with him. He took us all around Providenciales, the most populated island in the archipelago of Turks and Caicos. We love dogs and Simpson told us that T&C is known for their dogs, the Potcakes. We ended the tour with a delicious lunch (not included in the price) at a beachfront restaurant, Bugaloos, We highly recommend this tour!

Don't book this tour. I have booked dozens of trips with Viator and I have never been disappointed until this one. They never confirmed with the operator and he referred us to another company, failing to disclose this was a friend who had never operated a tour before ours. We were asked multiple times what we wanted to see even though there was a confirmed agenda. The car was not the appropriate transportation for this booking. It was just awful. You are better off asking your driver to tour you in the island. It's not cheap and it's expected that you'll pay luxury prices, but the service has to match. This was a total disappointment.

This is hands down THE BEST tour and transportation business in Turks and Caicos, and it's not just their Island Tours, airport transfers, and other transportation services, they will set up water activities for you from jet skiing to snorkeling, parasail and more. They will take you to best dining spots, the Island Fish Fry, the Junkanoo Museum, and even excursions off of the main island of Providenciales. These are the people you want to know to make it ALL happen! I've been there 9 times and I know when I rely on Sim everything is taken care of!

Booked this tour for my family. They never showed up and when we called they said they had reached out to us, which they never did. They asked us to switch to another time. And asked us to pay in Cash even though we had paid in full through Viator. Felt like a scam. Would not recommend.

Simpson was an amazing guide. Very personable which gave us lots of laughs and things to chat about during the tour. We saw all the key sites in Provo and had a great lunch at CRACKPOT Kitchen. Simpson even drove us to see Prince's former home which is now owned by Drake. Favorite part of this tour was the visit to Cheshire Plantation. Our tour guide was amazing. It was obvious this wasn't just a job to her but her passion to keep the history of the plantation alive. She truly loves her country.
