Private Suv Service (Airport-one Way)

Mr. Delroy was so polite and friendly. I wish we would have booked him from the moment we landed in Turks and Caicos. Great service

Delroy was so amazing. We felt so safe. He was professional and amiable. Our Tavel agent had prearranged booking with DTS to and from the airport , but we ended up using him for every single outing while we were in Turks. He gave us advice and recommendations and answered questions about TCI traditions and life! He told us what times were good to leave/arrive etc. He remembered our names and called us “his ladies”. We felt like he became one of our group and were sad to say goodbye

5 star in all aspects, car was on time, clean, and driver was very professional. Made the arrival process at airport easy.

Delroy took great care of us, arrived early in a spotless vehicle and whisked us to the airport. Great communication and flexibility as we changed our pick up time slightly at the last minute. For a stress free transfer, Delroy is your guy!

This was the best driver we have ever had. He was so accommodating. He made our whole trip so smooth!!

Ahmard picked us up in a nice black SUV right on time. Easy drive to Point Grace. Deluxe Transportation is always easy to work with and we highly recommend them.

Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Delroy, our driver, was very pleasant. Have already booked return to the airport.

Our driver was great. On time, very friendly. We asked him to stop at the grocery store quick and he did.

Our driver, Ahmed, was on-time and friendly! A group of 5 adults and lots of luggage..everything fit with plenty of room!

Very friendly, quick service. The vehicle was clean, well maintained, and the driver was professional.

Even though our flight was delayed for about 1/2 hr. When we got to T/C once outside I was asked if I needed help I said I have a Deluxe transportation Service. Within 5-10 minutes Delroy arrived. Very friendly and courteous . Will book again

Driver communicated everything efficiently and effectively. He made sure to find us right away in a busy airport pick up. Car was cool and clean.

Our driver, Delroy, was on time, professional, personable and a GREAT driver. I wish I would have asked for his card.

excellent, on time service. great driver too. easy to book and good communication. clean suv. highly recommend

Delroy was excellent. Stayed in touch with is from right after booking until pickup from airport and drop off at hotel. He was on time and very courteous and professional. We used him for our return trip to the airport as well.

This is the second time I have used Deluxe Transport Services. Delroy was communicative and timely. Both times we had no issues with our airport transfer. AC was blasting, waters ice cold and the ride was smooth. Thank you for the easy transport! We will book again when we come back!

Very friendly nice driver. Comfy car it was perfect for my kids and 78 year old mom. He was very helpful

I would recommend their services to everyone. Really professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.

Wonderful experience using Deluxe Transportation. Communication was at a very high level that we never had to worry. The Escalade we had was very clean as well. Highly recommend using Deluxe when in TC.

Great ease in reserving on a day’s notice, quick confirmation and great service from our driver, Delroy. Clean and large SUV, too!

Very professional, super clean car, prompt service, friendly driver. Couldn’t ask for more. Man of the taxis in the area are in very poor shape. May cost a little more this way but worth it in my opinion.

Was a little confusing to locate the car at the TCI airport....would be easier to have driver with sign at exit to airport as is typical for car services at the price point. Would have expected that.... But driver and vehicle were excellent and gave a nice arrival experience.

Our driver was very friendly and on time. He kept in contact with us the entire time before we boarded our flight as well as when we landed. I would definitely recommend this company who is looking for airport transportation to their hotel.

Transportation was great. Accommodated all of our luggage’s, stroller and family members. On time and professional. Thanks !

This is a great transportation company and it gave us great service while we were visiting Turks and Caicos. Their response time was very quick and they did a great job with communicating with us. I would highly recommend using this service.

Pick up from the airport was great! Driver showed up quick and the car was nice and spacious and tidy! He even pointed out where some nice places to dine and eat. Would highly recommend!

Easy to book. Very Responsive to communication and questions. Prompt service. Clean vehicles. Friendly drivers.

A private ride from the airport is definitley the way to go. They arrived within 10 mins of letting them know we were there

Delroy and his crew are amazing!!!! Top notch service, prompt, professional, etc!! I would highly recommend using this service!!!!

Our driver was so pleasant and gave us lots of ideas of food and things to do. He was awesome and very professional.

Excellent Transportation service. The SUV is clean & very nice. The driver is very personable & professional. I will definitely use the car service while on the island!

Excellent. Driver was wonderful. Lots of tips for places to eat and go on the island. Would definitely use again

My driver was excellent. He was professional and courteous. I recommend this service for getting to the airport stress free and on time.

Pick up from airport was definitely worth the cost and schedule in advance to avoid the long lines. Driver was helpful and friendly.

The driver was amazing! Very fun, personable and engaging. Pointed out all the different resort, dining and shopping options along the way. Just a great guy!

We booked a private service transportation and the company sent us a regular cab instead. Not with the $140.

I'm very pleased and satisfied with the service we received. Delray picked us up on arrival and Philip returned us to the airport for departure. Both gentlemen were professional, friendly and safely delivered us to our destination without any problems. The car was very well kept and the air conditioning cold. I would definitely use their service again without hesitation. Thank you!

Phillip was great. Had lots of great local information. Told us some good places to try and a little island history.

The customer service was top notch!! First time booking private car service and there were information missing as well as some information that was provided was placed in the wrong section. Everything was verified and sorted out a week before our arrival. The pre arrival instructions given was very helpful in helping us navigate after getting through customs. Phillip was on time and very polite. His knowledge was amazing and he gave plenty of recommendations based on our desires. I do not see a reason to use any other company than this one. My family of 6 felt safe and most importantly comfortable with Philip.

Excellent experience...just as I read in reviews. Told the Beaches we arrived and had our own transportation...got security guy to call Viator and tell them to come on down. 5 mins later there they were. Great ride

Extremely professional service. On time, great, safe driving, and very friendly. The vehicle was in great condition and extremely clean inside.

Excellent transportation and customer service. The driver showed up on time, was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this transportation service

Really nice large car which we needed with 5 people plus 2 golf club bags. I was so worried that we would not fit. But all three cars (large family trip with 15 people) were suburbans so we all were able to fit and it was total luxury. Phillip , our driver was awesome as well. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with this transportation service. The driver arrived on time to pick us up from the airport. The SUV was in excellent condition and was very comfortable. I highly recommend their services.

Great service right on time coming and going driver was super nice, nice clean suburban driver was very personable I would highly recommend this company

Both Delroy (owner) and his brother were personable, prompt, knowledgeable and the cars were impeccable. Amazing! Highly recommend to anyone.

The SUV was just perfect and our driver Delray was so nice. He gave us some great information on the area and was nice enough to stop at the grocery store for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better transportation service.

Philip was awesome and very informative on the island as he took us to our destination. Will be booking our trip back to the airport with you.

This is a great, convenient service! Delroy was awesome! Arrived on time and was very polite. Definitely booking for our next trip!
