Our driver was fantastic. Smooth ride there and back. They were waiting for us as soon as we arrived at the airport.

Overall good. We had to wait a little for the car to arrive. The vehicle was an older model escalate. The chrome was peeled off and the interior needed upgrading but driver was nice.

We were left stranded by Provo Connections on the leg from our hotel back to the airport.  Followed the directions in the confirmation email and called 24 hours ahead to confirm the departing ride.  I also e-mailed but did not get any sort of response.   Their phone number quite frequently goes to voicemail so I had to call 4-5 times to get someone on the phone.  They confirmed the pick up point and time - Friday at 12:30.  I called at 12:35 since the car hadn't arrived.  Again, I had to call five times to get someone on the phone, and she said she would call the driver and call me back. She never called me back. Eventually, we took another taxi since I had to get to the airport and I still haven't heard back.

Wonderful driver. She was very knowledgeable about the island. She helped us with restaurants reservations. Clean car and plenty of room for family of 5 with 7 bags.

We booked a round-trip airport transfer with one confirmed stop, paid in advance. What should have been simple turned into a nightmare. The driver never called, rushed us because he had another trip, and imposed a false 15-minute limit not stated anywhere. He took unauthorized photos of us and our luggage, acted aggressively, and even tried to fight my son. The agent hung up when asked her name, showing the same rudeness others have reported. Most shocking, they abandoned us—including my 3-year-old grandson—in front of a restaurant, treating us like criminals. Instead of apologizing, management shifted blame. Absolutely no professionalism, no accountability. Avoid this company—nothing about them is luxury.

Deplorable customer service and tried to change our stop agreement as we were at the stop. The operator screamed at my mother and we had to take our bags from the car and find another service to get to the airport.

Only waited about 10 minutes at airport for driver so not bad. Driver was friendly and car was nice and cool. We asked if we could stop for 5 minutes to run in and grab a couple things at the grocery store we were driving by and we were told no. For $110 ride we were shocked they couldn’t accommodate us. He did get us to resort fast though. 3 rating is more a value rating, they did deliver on what they promised.

It was a little caotic finding your driver at the airport but the return trip from the hotel to the airport was smooth you can just as easy get a taxi.

The car service wan reliable and on time for both pick-up and return to the airport. I would definitely use them again upon going back to Turks.

We were at the airport and our driver never showed up. We had to pay for a taxi and it cost us twice as much.

Provo Connection was late in picking up our party of #11 people. We were the first group at curbside, but the last to be picked up. There were at least #4 Provo vehicles that picked up other parties before us. This defeats the purpose of reserving a vehicle and getting to your destination and avoiding the wait time. Very dissatisfied.

Provo connection is the WORST ever. Only gave 1 star because you can't give none. They were late on arrival and I payed for a transfer and they didn't show up and VIATOR didn't refund it either. Save your money they are awful

Came in on Thursday and out on Sunday. Had to wait longer than several others using different services in pick up line. The first driver wasn't driving a Promo Connections vehicle. I missed in the description that I needed to contact the service for the return trip (when that information is provided at the time booking just like where I am going) I was told they tried to contact me on Saturday before our departure but couldn't get in touch. I didn't see any missed calls or messages on whats app after having no trouble contacting them Sunday morning. They did accommodate our return even though they had several bookings that morning and were there on time. Again, my return flight info was in the booking that was accepted for round trip transportation. Neither driver was friendly and made me feel like we were inconveniencing them during both trips. Will use a different service next time, there are TONS available.

Thought it took a little while to get pickup at the airport. After getting our bags waited about 20 minutes for the car to come. Then it was not the right driver.

Only waited five min for car to pick up at airport. Nice clean SUV. Ride from hotel to airport had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes past pick up time. Friendly driver and nice SUV. I would use again.

We could have took the shared can and paid about the same for family of 6. So this private transport was perfect. Big SUV fits 7 with plenty of room for luggage. Can fit about 5 large suitcases and a couple of carry ons.
