WORLD FAMOUS GRACE BAY BEACH is located on the northeast coast of the island of Providenciales. This pristine beach is the hallmark of the Turks and Caicos Islands and has received numerous designations, awards and accolades. Grace Bay currently holds the World's Leading Beach Destination position in the World Travel Awards and 2nd place in Trip Advisor's World's Best Beaches. Over the past decade, Grace Bay has taken first or second place in both competitions 19 times. The whole of Grace Bay is excellent and breathtaking, with clean turquoise water and soft white sand, and no rocks, seaweed or pollution. An extensive barrier reef is located approximately one mile offshore, protects Grace Bay from Atlantic ocean swells, which helps keep the beach water calm and safe.
The key feature of the cay is its spectacular two-mile long North Shore beach, which definitely ranks among the best beaches in the country. Pine Cay offers a very calm and relaxed atmosphere.
HALF MOON BAY is a pristine 1,200 meter long beach located between the uninhabited islands of Little Water Cay and Water Cay. Essentially a sandbar that has grown over time, this beach is around 110 meters wide and today the central dune is home to light vegetation and casuarinas.
It is the most popular snorkeling site in the Turks and Caicos Islands due to its magnificent underwater views. Most tours stay close to the shallow end of the reef, where there are intricate gullies and small caves teeming with ocean life, and churning beds of yellow and purple gorgonians above the coral shelf. A wide assortment of reef fish can be seen including black durgons, yellow barbets, yellowtail snappers, Nassau groupers, redfin parrotfish, wrasse, French grunts, blue tangs, angelfish, barracuda, trumpet fish and many other varieties. Sightings of larger sea creatures may include hawksbill turtles, nurse sharks, Caribbean spiny lobster, southern stingrays, spotted eagle rays, and the occasional gray reef shark.
Trip cancelled due to weather and the mechanical issue. Still waiting for my refund. Says private but apparently isn’t not private.

If you want a very slow cruise on a decent vessel, this would be a good choice. But, it’s pretty boring. There was no plan and the staff, though pleasant,, are unable to engage and give you a real tour. We took 1.5 hours to go to a sand bar, spent 10 minutes, then spent the rest of the time traveling back to the Marina. Same route, same scene… kids fell asleep. There was a promise of snorkel but no gear was in sight. And… if if there was gear… we’d probably be too wary to wear it… You’re better off renting a smaller vessel with an engine and a crew with an actual agenda But again, it was a nice albeit slow boat ride that would have been pleasant for maybe 1/2 the time Overall; not recommended
We booked 3 months in advance for 10 people for my 60th birthday. We had perfect clear weather that day (during rainy season) but unfortunately, the boat: Lucia 40, African Dream (nice boat), had mechanical issues (the propeller fell off and was missing). The owner tried his best to accommodate us and put us on his smaller boat for the mean time but it's batterie was dead and wouldn't work being jumped. C'est la vie! - It's a shame cause this is the reason for coming to TCI... The crew he hired for the day were great!! Very freindly, hospitable, and attentative and tried their best to make the best of it for us. We had Zelle'd the owner our payment in advance when we booked, but since they could not provide us the service that we pre-paid, we asked for a refund but the owner could only send us half. And are still waiting for the remaining refund... Next time, maybe put a deposit but definitely pay after the ride.
This was not a pleasant experience. The boat barely worked, when we asked the captive why we were stalling and sitting in the middle of the water. He informed us, that the boat because of how old it was couldn’t operate any quicker. Description says snacks and drinks provided. When we boarded the snacks were a box of 30 snack size chips and ONE bottle of rum for 10 guest . Save your money if you can. I called the tour operator, spoke with a rep who asked if we wanted a refund or another boat as the tour had just started; we requested a refund. I arrived back home, just to be informed that they would not be honoring the refund. Avoid this scam of a company if you can.
This was an outstanding experience. The crew was fantastic and took super care of us. Highly recommended.
We had the most magical day! Our captain was such a blast and his son was his first mate. He found Jojo for us too! Took us snorkeling and then ended the day at Noah’s Ark…which thankfully was not too crowded!
We had the most fun day on the boat with Benoit and Amanda! They were so kind and attentive. It was me and five of my girlfriends celebrating my birthday. The boat has plenty of space and the views were spectacular! Benoit and Amanda took us all around Turks & Caicos -- We went to a sandbar, Half Moon Bay, and Noah's Ark. They even pointed out wildlife when we passed by. We got to swim with dolphins too. All around 10/10.
My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful morning charter with Sellassie and his crew! They were all very attentive and made sure we had a great time. The cruise was calm and relaxing with just enough action of snorkeling and swimming at the sand bar. Ask to go on the dingy - clearly the envy of all the other charters. I think Sallassie is a diamond in the crowded space of charters. Must go!

What an amazing day we had on our boat cruise with Captain Ally in Turks and Caicos! From start to finish, everything was perfect. We set sail on the crystal-clear waters, and Captain Ally made sure every moment was full of fun and relaxation. I recently had the pleasure of going on a catamaran trip with Captain Selassie and his family. I can honestly say it was one of the highlights of my vacation! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. We went to the sand bar & Noah’s Arc. Everything was exceptional!
I scheduled 2 boat trips for next week and they just emailed me, canceling both of our cruises. I booked almost 6 months ago. I saw other similar reviews saying they canceled last minute, hoping we wouldn't experience the same. This was a special boat trip for my wife's 40th bday, now there's no chance of finding a private boat this late. Terrible!
Booked 3 months in advance and then they cancelled the day before the excursion via email with no explanation, I attempted to call and was not able to get a person on the phone. They obviously do not care about customers
Captain Sellassie and His team member both were extremely professional, courtesy, and accommodating. They took great care of us! The experience was definitely a 10 out of 10! If I’m ever in on the island again, it’s no question, I’ll definitely rebook them!
Fun experience on the water. Priced more reasonably than the other boats we took on this trip. Went to several places to snorkel. Took a slow cruise around the island. Kids had a blast.
Turns out there were 2 catamaran’s and the captains didn’t know which group was supposed to go on each one (we ended up in a different one from the confirmation) once on board they made us switch with the other group, this took 30min at least. Both the captain and his assistant were drinking the whole time, snacks were a bag of chips, bathrooms and kitchen were dirty, beaches were beautiful
Captain Craig and Thomas were the best. They were very informative, welcoming and helpful. We had our 76 year old mom and they took great care of her while snorkeling and to get her out to see Iguana Island. We recommend and will book them again.
We loved our half-day with Captain Ben’s team. It was fabulous and they knew exactly where we should go and timed it perfectly so we didn’t have to compete with the masses. Would totally recommend!!!!!
The pristine green and blue waters of Turks and Caicos are breathtaking on this catamaran and we were able to snorkel to a sunken ship and sun ourselves on white sand beaches. I wish there would have been more than just Tostitos and Chex Mix as the snack given that our tour took off at 8am.
Captain Craig and the young man Jilano were awesome. We were a group of 9 and they made our experience wonderful. This was the best thing we did at the island. We had the most fun and the stop at Noah's Ark was Unreal. We even had snorkeling gear if we wanted to snorkel and the rum punch was so good. We will definitely party work Captain Craig and Jilano again
Excellent day. Captain Sellassie and his crew Sterling and Clyde took care of all day. Didn’t lift a finger. We got snorkeling, sand barring, cruising and ended our trip at Noah’s Ark. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an elevated experience. We also met Ben, who was captaining another boat that day. Will remember this amazing boat day for quite some time.
Captain Craig and his entire team went above and beyond. The best overall experience. I’ve chartered many boats. Lucia 40 was GREAT! We snorkeled, island hopped. The best rum punch! Definitely recommend Captian Craig, Ro and Dre for anytime your in Turks.

We sailed back in late January! Amazing day on the water complete with dolphin sighting, beach time, and sunset on the way home. Double decker seating available in the sun, plus the net! Then, plenty of seating in the shade if needed. Captain and crew kept the vibe relaxing and were engaging. Communication was possible in advance via WhatsApp. We brought beverages to supplement their punch and beer offering. Only suggestion is that there is room to offer a more sanitary service set up with disposable glasses. But, who cares when you are on the best boat seen on the water all day!!!
The captin and crew were very accomodating!! We saw dolphins right away. The hospitality was out of this world and the boat was very clean.
I absolutely loved every part of my private boat day with my fiancé. Sellasie contacted us 10-15 minutes early to see if we made it, he met with us to help us grab our things to take to the boat. Anything we needed they (captain and crew) were very nice and accommodating. He poured our drinks he told us about the island and suggested places to go! We docked up at Noah’s ark had a blast there and got back on our boat when we were ready to leave. Sellasie checked on us several times and took so many pictures for us. We will be returning soon and will book again! Thank you so much to captain & sellasie! You two are awesome! Thank you for showing us nothing short of an amazing time!
DO NOT BOOK. We got stranded on an island, had to swim to a passing by boat passing by to be saved, phones destroyed from the swim, speakers don't work, no food & operators refused to contact me back.
Beware - Benoit (who I believe is the business owner) fails to properly coordinate his schedule. I called in advance to ensure no surbooking/double booking because prior reviews showed that he does this and I noticed that my trip was still available to the public at the same time/day. He assured me 11 days prior that this would not happen. The MORNING OF my trip he called to tell me we were double booked and I was forced to reschedule for the next day, which was incredibly disruptive. Fortunately we did not depart the island for 2 days so we’re able to make it work. Ben promised a $455 discount in cash for the inconvenience but only showed up for 30 seconds to greet us and then left us with the boat captains. So I told the captains that Ben had their tip money and to work it out. The captains, Cobie and Sellasie, were great though, and still gave us an enjoyable trip. They should walk away from Ben as a business partner. Hopefully you are able to schedule successfully and if so, enjoy the trip. (Ask for the local Rum though, they charge enough to afford more than a few beers water and soda.)

I had read previous reviews about other people’s cruise being canceled. I decided to still book because I thought maybe their trip was cancel due weather as in the past I had a cruise canceled due to weather. I booked the cruise and the day before I was even asking Captain Ben via WhatsApp a question he told me he would get back to me at 5. We’ll at 5 I got an email that the cruise was canceled citing electrical issue. Then the captain message me via WhatsApp about the cancellation and offer me a cruise on a power boat (FJord 38”) for $1800. We scrambled to find another catamaran cruise and it ended up costing us almost double. Our ground thought that he probably got a better gig. Anyways it seems as cancellations are a trend for this company and not for things out of their control. Don’t be like me, don’t book with them, seems like the likelihood of the cruise being canceled is high.
Turned out that they booked 2 groups at the same time. Both groups showed up not knowing what to do. It took them an hour to figure it out with no communication. We were able to go on our tour and was very pretty once out there. We were promised stop for snorkeling and didn't do it as they forgot they equipment. Captain Tim was a great host but the management is horrible. Would not advise.
Over booked reservations on my 45th bday and couldn’t get a boat …. I’m still pissed. Can’t believe a company of this magnitude did this to me
The catamaran never sailed. We were told the excursion was cancelled when we arrived at the meeting point after many attempts to comunicate with the tour guide over the phone. We never received a cancellation email, text or phone call. Also no alternate plan to accomodate an entire family’s vacation day. The attitude was “it is what it is”. We also heard from other marina patrons that our was not the first group of people that the same tour operator leaves stranded. Worst tour management ever!!
I got an email on the morning of our trip when we got to the dock that the tour operator cancelled. Did not answer phone or give any explanation. We are devastated. Do not book with this boat.
Zero stars. I got an email at 9:00 the night before that our cruise the following day had been canceled. The weather was perfect. No reason given. Luckily we had one more day in Turks and Caicos, so we scrambled to book a boat for the following day, which we ended up paying twice as much for.
Operator of this private catamaran cruise cancelled our trip the night before. This left our group scrambling to rebook a different cruise. The operator of the trip should block out calendar availability if they can’t accommodate a cruise. I recommend staying away from this excursion.

I highly recommend this tour! Ben and his daughter Amandine were great! They are very nice, welcoming, and down to have a good time (Ben makes a great rum punch!). We went with a group of four - me, my husband, my best friend, and her husband - and there was plenty of room on the boat for more people. My friend got a little sea sick so Ben drove slowly and went to less choppy water to help her out which I appreciated. We also stopped a Noah's Ark (a floating bar) which was super fun and helped my friend get over her sea sickness. The boat was clean and well-kept, and views are AMAZING! Overall an A+ experience. Highly recommend!

Incredible day with Captain Ben. My wife and I are celebrating our Honeymoon and this was the highlight of our trip. He and his daughter were such a pleasure to be with. The boat is absolutely beautiful. This was such an amazing way to take in the scenic islands and turquoise water. He also took us to a sand bar just off the shore for more breathtaking views. I highly recommend spending the day with Ben, great service and great company.

Le capitaine Sellasie et son fils étaient des plus agréables. Le catamaran big Ben était très confortable et spacieux pour notre groupe de 9. Le snorkelling sur la barrière de corail était magnifique et nous avons pu ajuster le parcours en fonction de nos préférences. Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir réservé pour une journée complète.
