They picked up right in front of the hotel beach (Regent Grand). I was able to add a person at the last minute. 3 teen girls went and they enjoyed the experience. The crew was nice and we got pictures with the crew when they got back. We got video from shore since they took flight right near the hotels in Grace Bay.

It was fun and easy and a great experience. The tour guides were friendly and nice. The pick up was right on the beach outside our hotel.

From beginning to end, it was a great experience. Communication and coordination was flawless. The kids enjoyed it and it was a great experience.

The gentleman who posted below is spot on. That was us. It was very scary but thankfully no one got hurt. While we were in the air, another smaller boat pulled up to the parasailing boat to drop off even more passengers and my wife and two older kids were moved to the smaller boat to make room so there was a lot going on in addition to guides being on their phones constantly. That said, the smaller boat reacted very quickly and pulled us out of the water much more quickly than the big boat would have been able to do. Being dragged backwards through the water by the fully deployed chute was very scary but our heads were above water and the chute eventually settled in the water and the smaller boat was quickly on the scene so in a weird sense it was a blessing they did an unusual passenger transfer between boats. It could have been worse / scarier if it happened while we were in the air or if other boat traffic was in the area. From the pictures, it was a knot that let go when it came into the winch so my suggestion is that the operators should carefully check all connections. They didn’t do this on purpose of course but should definitely be more careful. The three guides were also very unfriendly throughout which was icing on the cake. Apologies to the other passengers for my yelling and swearing after we were pulled from the water.

We witnessed an accident during parasailing. The crew brought too many people on the boat. They were distracted. They were running late. They were on their phones. When they pulled in a dad and his young son, the winch pulled the carabiner into the winch socket and popped it. The parasail detached from the boat, sending the dad and the young boy flying in the air. They hit the water and were dragged hundreds of yards. Without life jackets, they probably would have drowned. The wife/mom and two older children were witnessing this from the boat. The older children who had successfully gone up first were distraught, as well as the mother. Of course, they had signed their lives away with their liability waivers, so good luck with recompense. My opinion is this was a combination of faulty equipment, poor personnel, poor training, not paying attention at the critical moment of bringing passengers back down into the boat, and simply a case of “hey you signed a liability waiver”, so the crew was not worried about getting sued. Be careful out there.

Was the best experience, so fun and great crew members. Will definitely do it again...everywhere we go.

Awesome in every way. The boat arrived on time. Communication was good leading up to our event as well. The crew were awesome. They took pictures and were friendly. Special treat, as we were heading back to the beach we encountered a dolphin. The crew took time to stay around a bit to watch it. Very good. Definitely recommend.

This was absolutely amazing! It was my first time parasailing and I got to do it with my boyfriend. They even took a lot of pictures and videos on my phone. I recommend wearing your swimsuit for this. They let our feet dip into the water near the end, which was really fun and felt refreshing. It’s a quick experience, but definitely worth it!

What a fun and exciting experience!! The 2 crew members were helpful, careful and a lot of fun. They took the time to get us geared up and to explain some safety and comfort things to us. They answered all questions and made everyone feel at ease. As long as you can climb the ladder to get in and out of the boat you will have enough fitness to do this activity. It was both exciting and fun. We were up in the air about 12 minutes, which was way too short of a time. If I had any complaint, I think that actual time in the air should be at least 30 minutes. Not that 12 wasnt great but it felt like a really short time to be up there for the cost of the trip. I would still do it again though. I highly recommend this company and this activity. The weather had been unseasonably cool and windy so it was still a bit wavy but the crew made it fun and safe for everyone. They did not rush anything or anyone and took their time to make sure everything was attached safely. They did not ask if we wanted to be dunked in the water so Im not sure if that is an option with this company. That might also have been nice just as added excitement for some who might choose it. If you have never been parasailing or if you have gone from off the beach, this is a far essier and safer way to go. Absolutely a must do in my books as long as the cost remains reasonable.

This was so fun! Except I don’t believe we were in the air that long. Our boat ran out of gasoline or something and had to transfer to another boat.

The company staff had a great attitude. We chose to drive ourselves to the meeting location, but unfortunately we took the wrong road and missed our scheduled tour time. The company specially arranged another boat to take us out on the water. It was truly amazing.

Our beach pickup was on time and easy. We were introduced to the crew and given a talk on what to do. Harness put on, attached and away we went up and up. I had no idea what to expect, and the feeling was serene floating along. All too soon we were back on the boat. I highly recommend this operator because of the crew.

Super fun experience. Took our family of 6 and everyone able to participate (youngest kid was 9). Felt very safe w captain & first mate, they did a great job. We went up in groups of 3 although they said 2 would have been an option as well. Each group got about 10 minutes of time in the air. Boat picked us up from hotel in Grace Bay. Overall really cool experience and would recommend!

Parasailing with Grace Bay Watersports is a must!! The view of the water is unbelievable and the crew made the trip fun for the whole family. They were welcoming, professional, and ensured the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. This was the highlight of the entire trip. 10/10 experience!

The tour guides were super friendly and helpful. It started to rain and we were stuck for a few minutes as the wind passed. Then the tour guide took us to the sunny side and everything was perfect. The view was spectacular and my toe nails finger polish match the ocean water. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who’s not afraid of heights.

We had a wonderful experience on this trip. The crew picked us up from the beach. Our kids wanted to parasail after seeing it all day at the beach. We were very happy from start to finish so glad we went with this company they were very knowledgeable and safe. It was definitely the highlight of the trip for our family to see the beauty of grace bay beach from the sky.

The tour experience, although in the end was fun and the captain and crew was very knowledgable in their expertise, there was very little introduction and felt very business/transactional rather than a welcoming environment to come aboard and take off.
