Great experience, Guide was good, had a blast

We did the 2-hour private tour and each of us had our own jet ski. It was the absolute BOMB! We had so much fun! Our guides figured out pretty quickly that we were experienced riders, so they let us go as fast as we wanted (super fast!) We saw everything and had an amazing time! The guides were SO great and Johnathan booked the whole thing. Absolutely perfect! We'll be back and we'll definitely do this one again! Thanks so much!!!!

Had a great time, the view was beautiful and meet up was easy. You may need to call to set up the meet up time but we had a great time and got a fast start on our jet ski.

We always love taking a jet ski ride when we go somewhere warm. I'd looked up a bunch of different tours, and this seemed like the most reputable one! The first time you go, it's a little hard to find - there's a lot going on at the meeting point that has nothing to do with watersports, but that doesn't really matter. Once you get in the turquoise waters, nothing matters. We lucked out and had the famous Jojo (aka Gerald) as our tour guide. I'd read about him and he didn't disappoint. It was a windy day so he made sure we stayed protected and stayed surrounded by land. Everyone was so nice. Johnny (spelling??) is the captain, also a great guy! You can bring your stuff with you - the guys give you a dry bag that you can throw phones and shirts and towels into and the dry bag goes into one of the jet skis. It was a generous hour on the water and don't let the guide part make you think it was a slow and cautious ride. We were able to let it rip!! Well worth the money!! I wish I could post the video Jojo took while we were riding - but I can't get it to post :(

Such a fun experience. The waves were a bit rough the afternoon I went but our guide made sure we got around safely and have an enjoyable experience. Wound definitely do this again

Tour guide was very nice, but the jet skis are beat up. I'd recommend renting from one of the many other companies there.

Amazing experience all around. Inquired about a jet ski tour late on Friday night and was meeting them for a tour early Saturday morning. While all the other places were booked out for weeks or got no response. Booked our tour for 10am and we were the only ones there so we got a private tour from Gerald. Gerald was fun and let us pick the locations we wanted to go to. He was also great at offering to take pictures and videos for us and gave us memories that will last a life time. Prices were great compared to other places. Jet skis were well maintained and fun. Would definitely book with them again!

Gerald and Jonathan are the best!! Very kind and knowledgeable. We did many tours across our week stay but this was by far the best due to how fun and chill our guide was. Definitely a must-do tour as it was the highlight of our trip.

Overall the experience was good, Bob the tour guide was cool and made the excursion interesting and wasn’t trying to rush the experience! The pricing was reasonable also compared to other vendors

This was AMAZING! We went jet skiing out to an old ship wreck, went to Iguana Island and then stop by Noah's Art. We even stop by a private beach and strolled past some celebrity's villas. I highly recommend this tour.

Best jet ski experience ever! Went on a guided tour with my partner and family with our guide Johnny. From start to finish it was just amazing!! I can be a little nervous on jet skis but Johnny and his team made this the best experience. Their jet skis are fitted with a rib on the outside which made it feel so safe. We visited the ship wreck and iguana island. We got to see so many iguanas roaming about. We also stopped into the one of a kind Noah’s Arc and the atmosphere was amazing. I would 100% recommend going with this company when in Turks and Caicos! I can’t wait to return and go out with them again soon. Thank you to all the team for the best experience!!!

We had a trip of a lifetime in Turks and Caicos thanks to Jonathan and his team! What initially started as an idea to rent a jetski turned into visiting Johny multiple times throughout the week to rent from him! His equipment is second to none - Fast, Immaculate jetskis which had inflatable collars for extra stability. You could not tip these Jetskis even if you wanted to!! We availed of trips to Iguana Island, Noah's Ark and the shipwreck. As soon as I return to Turks and Caicos I will for sure be returning to him! Thanks so much Johny and the team!!

Overall good experience only because our tour guide was phenomenal. The only damper was upon my arrival was met with a hostile employee. He seemed to forget tourists are not familiar with excursions not having a building to check into. He complained three times about waving me down as Im trying to drive and pay attention to not go the opposite direction Im used to in the states. Im also used to checking in at a building so was searching for that, not someone waving me down. My partner also didnt see him which allowed me to understand that he was being harsh and the last thing you need is some employee being upset at you simply for not seeing him.

I am so glad I took the time to research a place for a jetski tour verses booking one from a person on the beach. Our family of 3 (older teen boys) had a blast on our 2 hour adventure- definitely the highlight of the trip.

If I could give this 10/5 stars, I would. This was hands-down the highlight of our trip to Turks and Caicos. My friends and I booked a jet ski tour and had the absolute best time from start to finish. Jonathan, the owner, was incredibly professional and communicative. He let us know ahead of time that they were running about 10 minutes behind—something small, but it really showed his respect for our time. The moment we arrived, everything moved quickly and smoothly. We were on the water right away. Bob, our tour guide, was amazing. He was super fun, let us open up the jet skis to full speed, and even encouraged us to try tricks if we wanted. He kept things exciting but safe, and really tailored the experience to our vibe. They didn’t rush us at all—in fact, we think they may have even thrown in some extra time. We made a stop at Noah’s Ark for a drink, which was such a cool addition to the trip. They also went out of their way to take tons of great photos of us, which we appreciated so much. Not everyone does that, and they really took their time to get good shots. Price was $180 for one hour, but with the added time, experience, and photos, it felt like a steal. There are other companies offering jet ski tours out here, but do yourself a favor and go with this one. They’re the best. Period.

When our scheduled activity with another company failed to show up, Jonathon from Turks and Caicos Flyboards saved the day! We were able to go out on the jet ski and tour the shipwreck, iguana island and have lunch at the floating Tiki Bar. Our tour guide, Callum, was outstanding! He was fun and informative and very helpful with the jet ski and getting service at the Tiki Bar. We had a great day! Would highly recommend this company for all of your water sport adventures. Me and my girlfriend had an amazing experience today we couldn’t say enough about our guide Bob he was amazing. He took us to the shipwreck, to an isolated sandbar that we had to ourselves and iguana Island. Bob was patient knowledgeable fluent in three languages and an all-around great guy. I couldn’t say enough about our experience today. Five stars from starting to finish.

I can't recommend this enough! The owner Jonathan and our tour guide Bob were super helpful and nice. We were the only ones on the tour and Bob took his time with us, including making sure we saw iguanas on iguana Island when we couldn't find any ourselves. We didn't feel rushed at all, even when it had already passed an hour. Jonathan was extremely kind as well, he even saw us walking later in the day and stopped to offer us a ride.

The jet skiing was amazing on the open waters in Turks and Caicos. Bob led us around the cools sites but also gave us plenty of freedom to really zoom around the water. He took photos of us around the shipwreck and we even found a small shark in the water we got to chase around. Easy transaction and was nice to communicate with Jonathan by WhatsApp when we couldn’t quite find them at the meet up point. (A lot going on at the same place). Would highly recommend these guys!

This tour was excellent value for money we got more that enough time on the jetski and visited 3 locations. Jetski seemed well maintained and easy to handle.

This jet ski excursion was great! We ran a little late and the owner called me to ensure we were still able to make it. Our guide Bob was also very friendly. He made sure we had fun by telling us to go faster and he made sure we had great pictures when we got to the beach.

We had an amazing time on these brand new jet skis! I was very nervous and Jonathan was patient and clear with his instructions as to how to use the jet ski. After a few minutes we were flying across the water on a calm, beautiful day. We saw the shipwreck and visited the iguana island. Jonathan is a great guide. He took photos and videos for us. Thank goodness because my kids didn’t me when I told them about this excursion!

I’ve been jetskiing many times (including several times in Turks and Caicos), and have never had an experience like we had with Jonathan and Bob. The skis were BRAND NEW and incredibly stable, which made everyone in our group feel safe (even the ladies who were beginners and initially very nervous/unsure about this activity). There were six of us, with a wide range of fitness and experience levels, and Jonathan and Bob easily accomodated everyone at their own level, making sure everyone felt comfortable and happy. The natural beauty of Turks and the stunning color of the (very shallow!) water makes it the ideal place to jetski, as you can see by the pictures and videos Jonathon took for us throughout the excursion! Our guides were both friendly and super professional. I felt we were in very good hands, so we could relax and just enjoy ourselves without any worries. I would never rent skis on Provo from anyone else again. TCI Flyboard for the win!

Great experience! I was so scared to do this as it was our first time but Bob was very reassuring. Jonathan welcomed us to our experience but Bob was the one that took us on the water. It was a bit choppy so we didn’t end up going to the shipwreck, so we just spent more time at Iguana Island instead (we still got our full hour). It was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to do it again!

Having messed up our timing with the ferry to North Caicos, we had some time to kill until the next ferry. We saw some guys preparing jet skis and almost jokingly asked if we could go on a ride. Jonathan told us we could get going with him shortly. We waited for another couple and got an amazing time, exploring the shipwreck and Iguana island. Jonathan was absolutely great in showing us the ropes (first time on a jet ski for us), and even took a bunch of photos and videos. On the way back, he turned up the power on our jet ski as we were getting more comfortable, and we had a fun ride back. Highly recommend the experience and Jonathan was super friendly and hepful.

We had an amazing jet skiing experience with Bob and Jonathan. Despite needing to reschedule due to rain, Jonathan was incredibly accommodating and planned everything perfectly. Bob was an excellent guide who prioritized both fun and safety, taking us to special spots beyond the standard routes. We felt secure throughout the entire journey while still getting to enjoy exciting speeds. For anyone visiting the island, this jet ski service is absolutely worth booking.

Johnny was awesome. He was friendly and so use around a great bit. He was engaging and let us play on the jet ski to the point we were comfortable. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Nice experience. Got to explore and see other areas around the island. Bob was very friendly and communicative. He took quite a bit of photos for us with our phones. Jonathan the owner was great and very communicative. Even picked us up from our resort. Overall a great experience.. BUT.. it doesn’t feel great driving the worst jet skis on the water. The jetski that we used was very beat up and abused. For this reason alone, I would recommend going with a different company until they upgrade..

Most horrible experience I ever had my family and I went. John was extremely rude and very inexperienced with everything please do not go you’ll regret it. Cut our time short and we didn’t even get to see much.ugh not good at all so not go 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Jack F

Jonathan and Gerald from the moment I booked were first class and went out of their way to make sure our family was taken care of. They picked us up at Beaches, we got to the marina and had no wait and were ready to go within 5 minutes. Gerald took us where we wanted to go. Not where he wanted or thought we wanted. We will definitely being going back for another two hour tour. I can not recommend this guys ennough.

We did a 2 hour tour with Bob, who was such a great guide! He took good care of us and allowed us to have a great time while making sure we were safe. We were able to customize our tour to make sure we saw what we wanted including the shipwreck, Noah’s Ark, and we even got to jet ski with dolphins!

We recently came back from Turks & Caicos and we chose to do the Jet Ski Shipwreck and Private Island tour, it was Amazing! Our guide was Jadano who I cannot recommend enough, took us on a private tour around Turks. Jadano had amazing knowledge about all the sights which were really insightful, the guy also has some serious skills on the Jetski haha! The whole team at Turks and Caicos Flyboard were really welcoming and would love to do another experience when we are back from rainy London! 5 STAR SERVICE

Jonathan Rigby runs a very professional operation. He responded to every one of my email questions promptly and clearly. I had a perfect outing! I rented a jet ski. It just so happened that his guide took me out alone. This was very lucky for me, because on our way out to the ship wreck the pounding of the jet ski on the open ocean waves was too much for me. So we turned around and rode on calmer water by iguana island. They also provided me with complimentary pickup and drop off. I go every year to Turks and Caicos and will certainly use them again!

The process to book our trip was smooth. The company both picked up and dropped us off at our resort. The owner and the staff were courteous. The jet skiing was enjoyable and I would recommend either the one or two hour trips. We went to Iguana Island, the ship wreck and Noah's Ark on our one hour trip.

Amazing, fun once in a life time experience. Enjoyed the experience with jet ski, booked with same company clear kayak the next day and then again for fly board. Jonathan and his staff were wonderful!! Highly recommend!

Amazing experience , we did jet ski, tubing and flyboard with our 3 kids with the youngest who is 9years old . Jonathan and Gerald went out of their way to make sure that we had a great experience. They really care about customer experience and we had a fun time. Booked more activities a day later with the same company again 😊.
