Itinerary
The tour departs from the Leeward Marine to the south side of the Island. Along the route you will see the Conch Farm. Turks and Caicos was home to the world’s first and only commercial conch farm before it was damaged during hurricane Irma.
Half Moon Bay is a pristine three-quarter mile (1200 meter) beach that's found between the uninhabited islands of Little Water Cay and Water Cay. Essentially a sand bar that grew over time, this beach is about 400 feet (110 meters) wide, and today the central dune supports light vegetation and casuarina trees. From about 1960 into the 1990s, a channel actually existed where Half Moon Bay is now between Little Water Cay and Water Cay. Created by Hurricane Donna, this feature gradually filled in overtime and all water movement stopped by 1999. Half Moon Bay Lagoon on the south side of the beach is largely formed from what used to be the channel.
Pine Cay is named after a small forest of endemic Caicos Pines (Pinus caribaea var. bahamensis, a subspecies of the Caribbean Pine) that surrounds the interior fresh water ponds. Situated in the string of cays between Providenciales and North Caicos, Pine Cay is privately-owned and has low density residential development. The main feature of the cay is its spectacular two-mile long north coast beach, which definitely ranks as one of the top beaches in the country. Pine Cay offers a very quiet and laid-back atmosphere.
Long Bay is an incredible three-mile-long (4.8 km) beach on the southeast side of Providenciales. The water at this popular coast is a breathtaking turquoise, with shallow depths leading off for a very great distance off the beach. Like nearly all beaches in the Turks and Caicos, the sand at Long Bay is white with perfect consistency.
As a part of our guest experience we visit the iconic shipwreck "La Famille Express", originally a Soviet Union ship used to service oil rigs before being decommissioned in 1992. In 1999, the ship was resigned for freight in Panama, where it got its infamous name.

Excellent trip. Managed to see sting ray and turtles. Our guide also took great photos and videos. It was a great way to see key sites such as the ship wreck.
Pros: The tour guide was great! We got to see iguana island and we got to see the ship wreck. We got our pictures taken on islands and we got to swim in the water for a little. We really enjoyed ourselves. Cons: The price you pay is only for one jet ski so if you want a second one you have to pay extra which was not to our knowledge.
This was our first time out on Jet Skis and I loved it! We covered miles. First stop, the La Famille Express, a shipwreck two miles off the coast. We jumped off! Highly recommend, jump! Then off to Iguana Island. Really cool. Iguanas everywhere. Our third stop was a sand bar in the sea. Very cool. Swimming around it was great. There is a nice drop off for swimming. Then a fast ride back to shore. The skis top out at 50 MPH and we gave it all! CJ spent two hours+ with the four of us, two per jet ski, and it was outstanding!
I was running late and Prince got in contact with me and gave me the correct directions and was so patience. He was very knowledgeable about the island. I just had so much fun and this was a birthday experience. I love Prince🖤🇹🇨
They were a little difficult to find at first. Navigate to the GPS coordinates provided in the email and it will lead you to a dock/ramp where there are many different jetskis/jetski tours being launched. We asked for sun and fun and the dock workers didn’t know of them, but that dock is the correct place! Look for jetskis with a bright/neon yellow colored seat. When we arrived, the previous tour was running late so we had to wait 15-20 mins, but we found them! Once that was all sorted out it ended up being one of the best things we did at TCI! CJ was our tour guide and he took us to the abandoned shipwreck as well as one of the surrounding cays and the floating tiki bar. He checked up on us the entirety of the tour and even took some amazing photos/videos! We even got lucky and saw the famous dolphin Jojo during our tour. We had a blast and would recommend this tour to anyone who loves to jet ski or even wants to try to jetski for the first time!
Tour guid was very informative about the island and history. We went with another family who were slower keeping up but the guide was wonderful and understood dad was toting precious cargo
Our guide was super knowledgeable of the waters, got a ton of awesome photos and videos of my wife and I and was just great company!
Prince was an excellent tour guide! For him its a 5! The entire experience, however is a 3. its a very non-descriptive and sketchy pick up and drop off point for tourist. Our taxi driver who was a local questioned the location. There should be SOME sort of signage. Shuttle service and / or beverages should be provided on a $300 activity that last's for one hour.
Hands down probably the best adventure we had while in TCI. The tour guy was so cool! He took us to great spots! We got to see a sand bar in the middle of the ocean! He rode us past the most expensive resort on the island. We saw the ship wreck! And last but certainly not least a stop at Noah’s Arc! We got our monies worth and more!
This is a must do excursion to get a true island experience. We took the island hopper tour. Our guide Prince was very professional and took us around some of the most breathtaking views and island waters. We explored the beautiful Caribbean sea, lagoons, cays and private islands. Our teenage kids rode their zet ski and Prince was always their watching and guiding us through. He took our pictures and videos too so we could just enjoy and take in the views!! Thanks!
It was a really nice experience. CJ was very friendly and fun to hang with for the afternoon and provided some good information about the places we saw. I was a little nervous being the only one on the tour but he made me feel comfortable and ensured that I had fun.
CJ was great fun we got lucky just me and my wife alone on tour with him he had my jump off the shipwreck (3+ stories up) and we flew full speed around to the other islands. Would recommend fun times
The tour operator sent us a text and cancelled our tour and stated we would receive a refund. We never received our refund of $640. He did answer our phone call and stated we would receive the refund, then asked if we were still on the island, and I said no. After that call I never heard from them again about a refund.
I definitely recommend these guys for your next Jetski tour around the Island. Save your self some time and do a quick time around the ship, than the private island and spend the rest of the time on Noah’s Ark so beautiful and amazing. Our man Ashad was so knowledgeable about the sea and history of the island. God Bless Ashad and good luck in your studies..!
Best tour in Provo! Ashad was the most wonderful guide taking us to the shipwreck and private pine cay beach. He was so fun on the jet skis and we had an amazing time! I lost my Apple Watch jumping off the ship & Ashad and another guide went back and dove into the Atlantic Ocean & found it! It still works!! I was so impressed with this guys. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful time
This was our first time jet skiing and we had a great time! The crew was so nice and went above and beyond by taking pictures and videos of us to send to us. My advice would be to wear googles. The ocean spray really bothered my eyes. A must do!
Great time! Had lots of fun on the jet ski to and from the wrecked shipped (got to climb onto the ship). It is absolutely gorgeous in that part of the sea - uninterrupted clear turquoise water as far as you can see!!
We had a good time …. The weather wasn’t all sunny but the ride was nice and our guide was pleasant (and took great pictures for us) and took us to an amazing sandbar in the middle of NOWHERE 😍 I’d definitely do again!
Unique and fun experience for our whole family. Especially for pre-teen/teen age. Great way to see the islands. Amazing views and gave you a good sense of the islands from the water. Could use signage down by Marina as we had no idea where to go. Transportation was not confirmed to the Marina so we took taxi. Very friendly Tour Guide and Shuttle Driver. Would highly recommend.
We had a group of 3. Prince was an awesome guide. Got to see beautiful beaches, search for sand dollars and enjoy a very fun ride. Highly recommend!
Our guide was awesome! The water wasn't too choppy, we went a good speed, and he took great pictures. Highly recommend this tour.
I am rating this experience average due to a mixed bag experience. For booking, getting questions answered, flexibility and dependability, I would give them 5 stars. I communicated with Andre a number of times to set this up, then had to pivot when I had an issue with my schedule, and they were super responsive and helpful. The experience itself was mixed. The wind was buffeting the water and the waves were too high in my opinion. My husband was fine with it and so was the guide, who did somewhat take off way ahead and leave us trailing quite a ways off in his wake. I regretted going on the way out, but on the way back, with the wind behind us, it was fun. My advice: Consider carefully on choppy water days. The ship wreck seems a long way off then! The wreck itself looked dicey to me. My husband jumped off, but neither my daughters 20 and 18, nor I, wanted to climb that measly looking rusty ladder even with our tetanus shots up to date. We did really enjoy the private island that the guide took us to after the wreck. We briefly swam and he took photos of us. The guide also took a lot of video which we will never see because he couldn't air drop from his I phone to our android, and he broke his promise to text or email the video later even though he tipped him $20. So either have an I phone or give him your android if you want video/photos.
This activity says it offers pickup, but that’s not the case. After calling to confirm our pickup time and location, we found out that pickup was not available. Thankfully we had a car and were able to drive to the sight. Upon arrival, we were warned by another tour about this one, which turned out to be true. We were suppose to visit 5 sights (Long Bay beach, a conch farm, La Famille shipwreck, Pine Cay, and sand bar at Half Moon Bay) based on the information listed for this activity. However, we only saw 2 out of 5 (Pine Cay and La Famille shipwreck). We only saw the shipwreck because we asked to see it. So, we missed out on 3 of 5 sights. It was a fun experience overall, though. However, I would highly recommend searching for another more reputable tour operator so you actually get what you paid for.
Booked for 9/7. Was called 15 min before excursion for the operator to tell me a jet ski was broken and could only do 1 hour tour when I paid for 1:30 min. We rebooked for the next day. 9/8 came and was called 15 min before the excursion again to say due to “bad weather” that he would have to either cancel it or give him 30 min to a hour to see if it changes. I called him back a hour later and the same run around. I told him to issue me a refund. Bad business.. I called another tour company and booked a 2 hour excursion the same day 9/8 and there was no weather problems at all! Sunny day all day. Island hopper adventure was bull$hitting me. Would not recommend!
Excellent tour and our guides were the best!!!! The views were unbelievable and we had so much fun!!!
Amazing experience! If you want to jet ski at Turks and Caicos, I highly recommend this company. I have jet skied here before with a different company but this one beats it by far! The guides do a great job taking you to different islands including an abandoned ship, they took amazing photos and videos for us, and they are so much fun. They also took great care of my mom who was scared and couldn't quite get the hang of riding a jet ski. She said she would remember this experience forever.
Despite the miscommunication about the pick up area and being an hour and a half late starting, the experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend booking this adventure again. Nandi was our guide and was fun and engaging.
Our guide was great. And we saw a shark. They also picked us up from our Villa. Took is to Pine Cay.
Showed up 40 min early. Son got sick asked to reschedule. Operation was not in site at ramp. Other tour operator called them for us and we agreed to reschedule. Emailed them 4x and called 3x throughout the day to reschedule. They could not accommodate us until the day we fly out. Unresponsive in asking for refund.
Our tour hosts were amazing! Nandy and Prince were so welcoming and showed us beautiful sites of the island. They were very knowledgeable about the areas and history of the islands. So personable and friendly. They also offered to take many pictures and videos for us which turned out beautiful with the clear waters. We called Viator first thing in the morning to double check our pick up location, but were not given good instructions or the name of the place to get there. We ended up being 15 minutes late, so that was a bummer. I called Viator a second time and was given the correct pick up location name which is BOAT RENTAL TURKS AND CAICOS. We used Google maps app to find this location and it was so easy. Originally we were given a random address that led us to the middle of Leeward Hwy. We are looking to book a second time during our stay! Highly recommend.
The tour guides were phenomenal. So caring, cool, fun loving and helpful. Thank you for a great time.
I canceled , I’m still waiting on my refund ? Do you know how long the refund take! I spoke to the tour guide and said someone will call about my refund
